Dale was fantastic! We couldn't have been happier. Before and during the sit his communication was top notch. He is friendly and a great dog sitter, and seemed to really become friends with our pup in the short time we were away. We never had to worry about our pup. We came home to a very clean house and content dog. He even washed the sheets and put clean ones on our bed before he left, which he didn't have to do. It was a pleasant surprise after a long day of travel. We'd be extremely happy to have Dale dog sit again in the future.

This was our very first house and pet sit with THS, and Sara made it so easy! She has a great Welcome guide and had additional instructions about pet care when we arrived. She also responded quickly to texts, and was flexible with her return date to accommodate us.

Wally and Buzz are both really sweet and easy to take care of. We enjoyed taking Wally for walks but he did run off a couple times when we let him off leash. Fortunately he just went home and waited, or over to the neighbor’s house. He wants to greet every dog and human he sees! He’s very friendly. The cat came in every night and allowed himself to be petted.

The house itself is beautiful with a great deck and a view of the water. Guemes Island is quiet and everyone you encounter there is kind and friendly. One day we rode our bikes, hiked up the Guemes Mountain trail and walked on the beach, all in one day. We saw porpoises, which was exciting, but no Orcas.

Highly recommend this sit if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful time!

Hester and Angus are excellent hosts, they were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. They have a great home in an awesome village. Jack is a great dog and was a pleasure to look after! He is great on walks and loves to play fletch. Would happily look after Jack again!

We stayed 3 weeks in this gorgeous, spacious house, we both loved it. It’s very cozy and modern, you find everything you need, not even mention the Christmas decorations that made our time so Christmasy!

The neighbourhood is safe and peaceful with absolutely idillic holiday vibes. Careful with the reindeers!

The cats, Misty and Roxy were very laid back and easy to look after. Roxy is the main affectionate one, but overtime Misty, the “independent” also warmed to us a lot. Also the two chickens, impressive how they know when to go to bed before the door closes.

We would fully recommend this house sit to any couples or groups of people, our only advice would be that a car is essential due to the public transport seemed very unreliable.(At least in winter time)

But to conclude this was a beautiful stay thank you.
