Michael and Tiffany took on the challenge of taking care of our cat for a full month. Just 2 months before, after booking them, our cat suffered an attack causing her to loose her leg. We all were devastated and thought about cancelling our trip of a lifetime. Michael and Tiffany assured us and made us feel confident enough to leave out in their care. Photos and videos were sent to us regularly to keep us updated on progress with everyday life. They administered her medication and took her to the vet to ensure everything was going well . We can't thank them both enough for the wonderful care they have given to our cat Ruby.

I can’t say enough good thing about Cassie! She was fantastic! She took fantastic care of the pups. Was very responsive, communicated extremely well. The house was clean when I got back and even had washed her bedding and all. I highly recommend her!

Sandra and family are personable, kind, excellent communicators, and my place is just as clean as when we left it. They sent us pictures of Shumai and we felt confident and comfortable with them in our home. Things they did super well, contact in advance and ensure expectations were clear. Love on our Shumai. Look for toys for her even though Shumai is lazy and doesn't generally play. They gave her plenty of treats. I definitely recommend them and would happily have them stay again.

I was delighted with Ashley and Ziga's petsitting. My cats settled in with them really well, and they clearly enjoyed interacting with the cats. Just before I left, one of the cats got an eye infection and so they had to administer eye drops twice a day and also deal with a grumpy cat! However, they handled the situation efficiently and without fuss and by the time I returned he was on the mend. When I got back, the cats were relaxed and happy and the house very tidy. I highly recommend Ashley and Ziga; and I hope they will come back to petsit for me again in the future.

Katy was absolutely amazing! We returned to a home that was probably cleaner than we left it, Riley loved the care he received, and Katy was great at communicating with us while we were away. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Tambra, Brad and their family were unbelievably generous and reliable in their attention and care to our home and animals. 5 weeks is a long time to leave our Border Collie, cat, chickens and bunny, as well as our Hobby Farm. Tambra and Brad were diligent and communicative with any small issues that arose and we returned from the trip with our animals and home well cared for. I can not recommend Tambra and Brad enough. Honest, kind and reliable. You would be lucky to have them care for your home and pets should you need their services!

Jeff and Sylvie are such a fantastic couple, it was lovely to meet them and to hear a little about their amazing adventures. We had exchanged a few emails in the lead up to the sit and they arrived with time to show them around and so they could get to know Roku and Bronte before we left. We went away with total confidence knowing that the house and Roku and Bronte would be well looked after. They kept in touch to let us know how everything was going. This is especially comforting to us with Bronte who is now very old and frail and it’s always nice to hear that Roku is enjoying himself! Unfortunately, our fridge broke down while we were away and they were very understanding about it while we tried to sort out having a new one delivered. It really wasn’t ideal for them but they couldn’t have been nicer about it. 

We returned home to two very relaxed pets, an immaculate house, a delicious home baked cake and wonderful meal. It was really so lovely and thoughtful of them to provide us with that after our journey. 

We can’t recommend them highly enough and hope to keep in touch with them and that maybe they can come and look after Roku and Bronte again one day.

Loreen and Rich are a warm hearted couple and very pleasant company.  I was reassured of the safety and care of my pets and had no worries about them while I was away.  They looked after my 2 old cats and my home for 6 days giving affection and consideration.  They adjusted their stay very graciously when I found that I had given them the wrong date for my return, which was very good of them as it must have been inconvenient.  Everything was fine for me, clean and tidy, when I returned.  
I definitely recommend Loreen and Rich to anyone needing a home sitter.
