Marlen was an excellent sitter for the three nights we were away. She developed a quick bond with our two fur kids and they would have been very happy to spend much more time with her. Marlen is a bright and pleasant young lady and an excellent communicator. She sent us many pictures of our little ones and this was greatly appreciated. We would be very happy to have Marlen sit for us in the future.
Deb took such excellent care of Ziggy. She knew how to win him over right from the start with a toy and treats. Deb was easy to communicate with and was accessible before and after the sit. She sent me daily updates with photos of Ziggy, which I greatly appreciated, and looked forward to each day. She left the house clean and tended my inside and outside plants. Ziggy and I would certainly invite her back.

Susan was absolutely amazing in taking care of our kitten Miza. She spent there half a month when we were on a long trip overseas. She was updating us everyday with pictures and videos. She looked very joyful in her cat's paradise) Very good ratio of price and value. We were very happy with their services and definitely will make this our permanent place for Miza to stay when we are away!)
Susanne was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and took great care of my cat. I had to increase the boarding dates last minute a few times due to my flight being moved around and she was more than willing to accommodate the extra days. She sent pictures, videos, and updates on my cat every day and was quick to respond to my texts and calls. I highly recommend her and would have her watch my cat again should the need ever arise. The room she set up for the cats has a few cat beds, a cat tower, toys, pillows, and a tv playing nature videos on it. My cat was nervous at first being in a new area away from home, but he quickly settled in and started enjoying the environment. Thanks again, Susanne!

Suzanne was the best sitter for my cat tuna. She provided images and videos everyday and took time to make sure tuna was comfortable and in the best care. When tuna was angry and hissing, she was patient and took time for tuna to become comfortable. In the end tuna loved her so much! Can’t wait to take her back to him when I’m traveling again. It is great we can leave our three cats in a home with a dedicated and passionate caregiver. Susanne provided a great space, excellent care. She kept us informed and sent pictures and videos. She was also flexible for pick up and drop off. Highly recommended!
Susanne has been an angel in taking care of my kitty. I have used her services twice and been very happy with the daily photos, videos, and overall love she has shown towards Miyuki. As all cats are, Miyuki was shy the first trip. The second trip, Miyuki is now a best friend. I will use Susanne and her services every time when needed in the future and 100% recommend.
Best boarding that we have found, our dog Mickey loves to stay there and of course play in Susan's house pool when is hot, she really cares for him, ours is a Golden Retriever and he is very active, we never felt disappointed with Susan care, she really cares for our pets.
My pup has been going there for awhile now. They always give him lots of love and attention and they have a backyard which is great for even more exercise and playtime. He is always safe, happy, and healthy there and they love him like a dear family member.

We had a great experience with Sit & Stay for boarding, daycare and light grooming. We were in LA for a wedding and needed last minute care for our 75 lb goldendoodle and the Sit & Stay team was able to accommodate us on short notice. The team was caring and kind and professional and our dog had a great time over the weekend! We would highly recommend them to anyone for boarding or daycare!!

This place was great and gave awesome care to my little fur baby. It was her first time boarding so it was important to me that I find somewhere that would give her not only physical care but love too! Sit & Stay more than exceeded my expectations.
I was in a stressful situation and needed a place for Bob to stay for the day and night since I couldn't take him to where we were going. Bob is an apartment cat and doesn't have a lot of experience in the outside world. Not only that, I've never really been separated from him since we started hanging out about 3.5 years ago. I guess the staff noticed all this when I contacted them to see if they had room for Bob on short notice. Not only did they have room for him, they sent me a pic of him a few hours after I dropped him off to show me he was ok. It was at that point that I realized I had nothing to worry about. Bob was in the best hands imaginable. The staff, Sara, Nicole, Mary, and six others I didn't get to meet, are amazing. Bob had a great time and was comfy. They took great care of him. Bob didn't get the chance to stay the whole time as we had to shorten our original plans and pick him up early. Once again, no hassle. I love this place. I wouldn't consider taking Bob anywhere else. Thanks guys. I'm telling all my friends!
I had to leave my senior pup while I was away here. I left worried and had major anxiety detachment issues. But everyone here at Sit and Stay put me at ease every day with an email of how he was doing and photos. He had so much fun, I dont think he wanted to leave his new friends.

Really loved this place. I had to leave my precious cat here for a few days and was extremely impressed. You feel like they undoubtedly go the extra mile to make your furry friend feel comfortable and safe. It's an actual home to let your cat roam around freely and they only host a few cats at a time. I cannot say enough good things about Valley Pet Sitting. We have used them for several years now to visit our cat, Mr. Pudds, whenever we travel and the service has been outstanding. We just returned from three weeks away, and each day we looked forward to the full report and photos we received to help us feel connected with our cat. In addition to the daily cleaning of the litter box and feeding and playing with Mr. Pudds, they brought in packages, brought up the trash cans, and watered the plants. We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for the past 6 years and are very satisfied with their services. The pet sitters they send to take care of our kitties have always been cat lovers (which is essential!) and they follow our instructions to the T! We also find their prices very reasonable and their online portal easy to use. On a personal note, when my 16 1/2 year old cat died last year, I was too emotional to delete her as a pet from the online portal, and Sharon with Customer Service very kindly offered to do it for me. Those little touches mean a lot.
We have been really impressed and SO happy with how Vally Pet Sitting has taken care of our sweet kitty buddy when both of us are out of town. Our cat tends to have a lot of anxiety when both owners are not at home and has not done well with many sitters in the past. Vally Pet Sitting spends time with him, loving on him, caring for him and we have noticed a huge shift in out cat’s behavior when we come home from long trips. Highly recommend them! As a woman living alone with my young daughter, I take extreme caution with the people I allow into my home, especially in my absence. My two cats mean the world to my daughter and I, so it was no surprise that I have been apprehensive to take a getaway and leave them home alone. In researching my options, I came across VPS and talked to someone over the phone after reading through reviews on several different sites. They were so reassuring!! They completely understood how important my home and animals are to me and helped me every step of the way. I got detailed status reports after each visit and the BEST photos I have ever seen of my babies!! They are always fast to respond, even to the smallest of questions or even little comments about my visits. When I got back home, it was as if I had never left, everything was done as if I had done it, including not only my cats but by two fish tanks and several houseplants as well. Clean and tidy, no messes left behind and I'm pretty sure someone wiped down my countertops before organizing my mail in a neat pile! Very attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in their service. Unlike other companies, their office staff and pet sitters work together to make sure both you and your pet are taken care of. Other companies I looked into just send sitters alone and there is no one there to help them if there is an emergency! I highly recommend VPS to everyone with or without pets (they do home care too!) , if you are leaving on a vacation they are a must have option for assurance that everything and everyone at home is a-ok. We love VPS!

Reposting an old review, I still use VPS and will always use them forever! : I love this company! I've never used a pet sitting service before (I'm not trusting type and always used family/friends), but holidays and covid meant I needed to either hire someone to come to my home or board my two cats. I didn't want to board my little fur balls since that's stressful for them (one came from a shelter and has a fear of strangers/new places), so opted to hire Valley Pet Sitting for the two weeks I was out of country for Christmas/New Years. I'm so happy! They answered all my questions before signing up, they helped me figure out the app, price was reasonable, and super flexible when my plans changed (airline cancelled my flight so I had to change dates/flights). The sitters themselves were super friendly and definitely were animal lovers. I got daily pictures and a written updates (totally going to keep the cute photos of my kitties 😻). Everyday the cats got fresh food, water, clean litter boxes, and pets/cuddles. I liked how the sitters were able to gain the trust of the cats and one even jumped into their laps for cuddles. How cute! I'm definitely going to use this company again and I feel better knowing I can book them in future whenever I want to leave town for trips.
When it comes to taking care of my various fish tanks ranging from Fresh to Salt water, Plants, and Breeder tanks, Valley Pet Sitting Inc. is the most trusted choice. They are the only ones that can handle all the various conditions and feedings my fish need, and I know it will be done as well as if I had actually taken care of them myself! They kept me updated after every visit not only taking care of all my tanks, but also watered my plants, brought my mail and packages in, and took out the trash on trash day.
