Hello, my name is Johnny Guardado and I’ve been taking my baby Penelope (Penny) to Ardezz kennels for the last four months, my dog Penelope loves it. Penny loves interacting with other dogs. They treat her well and she loves going back. I recommend Ardezz kennels. They groom her and take care of her really good! Penny always comes home smelling fresh. And everyone is really friendly!

My dog always comes home happy. He seems very happy when he’s there. They are great with communication and they feed my dog the food I provide. If I have any request they are always respectful. I came across this kennel by chance when I was looking for a place to board my Belgium Shepherd! I was allowed to visit prior and was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. Though I did not pick up my dog as my flight was coming in late, my neighbor picked her up and she told me that Ginger looked happy, well fed and very cleaned and groomed. I would highly recommend Ardezz Kennels.

My 3 dogs were well cared for. They seemed happy when I picked them up. I didn’t expect that they were bathed and my Australian shepherd fur had been brushed out. Very thankful.

I have never met a kennel that loves your pets as much as you do! This place is the best! They make sure all pets are up to date on vaccinations, feed your pets chicken and rice, and even make sure they're washed which is all part of the kennel stay (no additional fee). It's also very gated and secured so you won't ever have to worry about your pets escaping. My pets love it there =)

Took great care of our dog from what I can see! She was happy and energetic to come back to us. I will say she seems to be dreaming more than before our vacation but not sure what would cause that.

This kennel is very professionally run and safe. I can trust them and will bring my dog there again for future needs. Also very impressed with their clear and comprehensive communication in emails or via phone.

I can't rave enough about Ardezz and the amazing women there that are loving and caring for our fur babies. Not only are the pets well cared for they are treated with love.. we have been using Ardezz, for many years, it had been a while since we had left our dogs there and it was a refreshing surprise to see familiar faces greeting us and even nicer to see that things haven't changed they still .are chicken and rice meals or whatever food your give your pet, and to top things off when you pick up your pet they are freshly bathed and smelling great. Another perk it the affordable fee, so reasonable. I live you guys and thank you! ♥️

My dog, Emmie, has been going to OHD for daycare for about 9 months now. I have enrolled her in the day school training program for probably the last 3 months. I have seen a huge improvement in Emmie since she has started at OHD (and especially since starting day school) and know that she'll only continue to get better manners over time. She is always excited to get inside and I know she's in the best care in their hands. Thanks OHD!

We love this place! I can barely get my rescue to leave the house (she sees the lease and crates herself) but when I manage to coax her out, after a not so fun car ride, she freaks out when she sees where she's going. Their day school program is perfect for her as she needs both mental and physical stimulation. Thank you OHD!

The Team at OHD is absolutely the best!! They create the cutest videos and have a variety of services that we utilize every time we leave town. Our 13 yr old Rottie loves his interactions with all the dogs, his open play time and cuddles with the OHD Team. The love, attention and care they show our Atticus is why he 'bids me a fond and fast farewell' whenever he is lucky enough to spend time with this exceptional crew. There are tons of locations in So Cal that offer 'dog boarding and day care' but they simply pale in comparison. We commute over an hour to get to OHD and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I took my shy dog to OHD in 2022 bc they were known to be good with timid dogs. However, he didn't pass the initial test because "he didn't sit," which I found perplexing. He does know the command, but it's understandable he wouldn’t obey a stranger in a new place. It felt like they didn’t give him time to warm up, instead labeling him as needing extra training. They suggested a different program for him that didn’t start until later in the year, and I was advised to work on his training in the meantime. I chose another daycare instead, explaining his initial nervousness before our first meeting. They reassured me it was normal, and he's done great there since. The OHD facility seemed nice, and I believe they genuinely care about the dogs, but they may not be ideal for those needing extra time to adjust. I understand wanting the right fit to ensure safety, but in my case, their approach felt a bit too stringent. Feels a bit weird to review them since he never attended, but wanted to post this in case it’s helpful to others whose dogs have a similar temperament. 4 stars bc they seemed nice and I don’t want to mess with their rating.

I am beyond grateful to have came across OHD! My 2 year old pug is very anxious and nervous around other dogs off leash and reactive on leash. When I took her to OHD during her evaluation I was recommended a transition program for Nala and I had never heard of that at any other daycare. She did 8 sessions and on her own felt more confident with other doggies around her. Didn't think she would come around as I had tried many things. I would receive a report card after every session of her progress and pictures once a week. OHD has been a blessing and now when I drop her off for regular daycare I feel at ease she is in great hands. She recently had an overnight and the next morning I received an update on how she did and I was so glad she did great. I highly recommend giving OHD family a try

Been a customer since it opened with my first pup and OHD always went above and beyond in her care, especially in her senior years. We now bring our new pups here for boarding and daycare. There's nowhere or noone else in LA I'd trust their care and safety with. Just the best!

My shy girl Nala is starting to gain confidence and my wild puppy Max helps her out in day school. I love this place so much for my fur babies. They have the best time!!

My cattle dog mix, Marcus LaBarcus, loves spending time here. Seeing him get excited as I drop him off makes me feel so much better whenever I have to travel for work. He comes back happy and tired, proving once and for all that it is in fact possible to wear out an ACD. Cannot recco this spot enough.

Oh hello dog provides exceptional service. During the time they care for and love our dog, they have always been professional and responsible. The staff show great interest in engaging and playing with the dogs, always ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable time. OHD provides a clean and comfortable environment, offering all the attention and love that dogs need. Additionally, the staff regularly provide us with updates on our dog's well-being and activities, allowing us to work with peace of mind. I highly recommend this daycare and consider it a trustworthy place to leave fur baby.

* THE REVIEWS ARE REAL* About a month ago I decided to bring my pup to Oh Hello! She’s been home being spoiled for the last year so she wasn’t the most socialized puppy! The staff here took time to help her become more social and now she wants to play with every dog she encounters. I recently need to go out of town for business and needing boarding (they called it a sleepover 😂😂) not only did they keep me updated with everything going on the even catered to her diva eating habits (she’s very spoiled and won’t eat if it’s not what she wants). I know she loves Oh Hello because once we turn on the street to get there she jumps up and starts doing that cute dog wiggle the dogs do when they are happy! P.S. Most of the staff here drive Subarus and we all know Subaru owners love dogs!

When we first moved here, we needed reliable and trustworthy dog walkers to help make sure our dog got walks while we were taking care of our newborn baby. Gabby and Sebrina were our 2 main dog walkers - they were both so reliable, communicative, and kind to our dog. Our dog got so excited every time they came, and we always looked forward to reading their journal entry and seeing their photos from their time together. I could not recommend them enough! I included some of the photos they would include from their walks :)

I have had such a pleasant experience with Fetch for the past year. Initially, we worked with Javier to help our puppy learn important commands and leash training. Afterwards we relied on Gabby to do pet visits in the afternoon while my husband and I were at work. After each visit they will give a detailed description about whether my dog went potty, the distance of their walk, and that they gave her fresh water (along with adorable photos of my dog during their visit). I feel so lucky to have found Fetch because they have taken such good care of my dog and have really helped my husband and I be responsible dog parents. We love you, Fetch!

We’ve been using Fetch for pack walks and loving it! Gabriela is the sweetest and understands our dog can be shy at first. She takes the pack out for a walk around town or a hike in the mountains, and it’s been a great socialization tool and confidence building for our dog. I also love that they do a pre screen to check the dog’s temperament before enrollment so I know they keep our dogs’ safety top of mind. The app and site are also user friendly and I trust the team 100%. I mean look at how adorable the pups look together!

I have been using Fetch Monrovia for over a year and had Gabby as the dog walker for my two poodles. I can’t ask for a better walker than Gabby. She’s excellent at communicating and always took the best pics for my boys.

I needed help walking my dogs on days that I work longer hours! Walking in to Centinela Feed Pet Store and finding the brochure for Fetch was an answer to my prayers! I was soon connected through the office with Gabby! She is reliable and great with my boys! I never have to worry about the care they are going to get when she comes! She gives them a nice walk and has taught them good manners! I appreciate the training and exposure to other people and dogs while I’m away!!

Sandy and her team are wonderful! They have a love for what they do that comes accross in how they work with clients and their fur babies! I also have to give a shout out that they were able to make a last minute request happen. My puppy Corgi has a ton of energy and I knew I wouldn't be able to focus during my meeting. They walked him and got his energy out, sent me pictures and an outline of where they walked and he took an amazing nap afterwards! Thank you to Sandy and her team!!

I found Fetch! On instagram because I needed help with training of my German Shepherd that was 8months old. I sent them a message about their services and I wanted help with. Sandy responded quickly and referred me to their app. She set me up with a class nearby that would help with puppy and reactive behavior training. Javier the trainer was welcoming and polite and at the same time honest. He thought me how to properly walk and work with my dog. After a few now I see great results and I continue to use the service. I even recommend them to people I meet while I walk my dog. Fetch! Does a great job and care about their clients. I strongly encourage people to use their services.

Tiger is an absolute lifesaver! Since moving to Los Angeles this year, we’ve been on the hunt for reliable pet care for our high energy dog, Poppy. Tiger’s active small-group adventures are perfect for her, and we're so grateful to have found her. Poppy has stayed with Tiger several times for stays ranging from 3 to up to 10 days, and we always have complete peace of mind knowing she’s in loving hands. Tiger’s updates and photos make us feel like Poppy’s on a better vacation than us most of the time! She absolutely loves her off-leash adventures and exploring new trails and creeks. Tiger is amazing. We found our sweet pup off the street and he is very shy and has a tendency to run away when we leave him with other people. Tiger listened attentively to his history and has been amazing with him, accomidating all his quirks. He loves walking with Tiger’s pack! She gives the dogs amazing adventures every day. Tiger always makes sure to give our shy guy a little extra attention. She’s obviously a very experienced dog owner. She’s also been very flexible with our schedules. She is kind, responsible, and knowledgeable. We feel very lucky to have her around.

I have relied on tiger for all of my dog boarding needs and the occasional dog adventures for the last two years. Tiger is very reliable and really great with the dogs. I love that my dog gets social time with other dogs, a ton of exercise and always comes home happy and tired. Tiger is easy to schedule with, and provides pick up and drop off, making her service people friendly too.

There is no more wonderful image than Tiger's van full of happy dogs pulling up to your house. And then my dogs see it and lose their minds with excitement in anticipation for another fun hiking adventure. They always come back tired and happy. Tiger is awesome and love your dogs like her own. I cannot say enough good things about Tiger. I know my Rhoda is in the best possible hands from the moment she jumps into the adventure van, until the time she returns home exhausted, happy and calm. I have been using Pet Care by Tiger for 5 years for everything from dog boarding to dog walking to dog hiking. My job is very demanding and requires very long hours. Many times I wouldn’t have known what to do without the love and kindness of Tiger and her attention to my baby girl Rhoda. Rhoda’s favorite is dog hiking when she gets to be a dog, run off leash and socializing with other dogs on the trails and dog beaches. Rhoda is beyond content, and I get to love her guilt free knowing she’s had an amazing time with Tiger.

Tiger was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of our home and two cats. While on vacation we used to go with the huge, nationally known, home/pet care company to take care of things, but a couple of slip-ups gave us pause and made us look elsewhere this time around. Pet Care by Tiger have all the bases covered. They made sure the food and water bowls stayed full, cleaned the litter box, checked the mail, and made sure the home was secure while we were gone. We have a smart home, so I was consistently checking remotely to make sure everything was ok the first couple of days while out of town, but after seeing the thoroughness of Tiger, I quit checking after seeing that she had things under control. The quality of service was fantastic, Tiger is always cordial and personable, and to top it off, I got to support a local business. This review is loooong overdue. We've been customers of Sitters4Paws for over 6 years now and they're just fantastic!! The sitters care for our fur babies so lovingly - we always travel with such peace of mind knowing our boys are looked after so well. They have an app now which makes communication even easier - they send emails/messages and many photos with every visit. The sitters follow any instructions very well - we used to have an elderly cat that needed medications and they took care of it no problems! Making reservations for visits in their app is so easy and they approve them very quickly or reach out if there are any issues or questions. They get very busy around major holidays but always make sure to give us a heads up before things get full - above and beyond! On our first visit, a manager came out to the house and met our pets and set us up with a very solid lock box for the house key that the sitters use to enter and exit. They check the mail and will water plants if needed too. They always give our boys so much love and treats and make sure they get some play time in every visit. They fill their food bowls, top off the water fountain, scoop the litter, and even sweep up! Great service! Their prices have gone up quite a bit since we first signed up - but what hasn't nowadays? Lol - their prices are comparable to other sitting companies locally and it’s worth it for the peace of mind we get - huge ty to all our sitters and to Sitters4Paws for all your love and care!

I was recommended this company by a coworker who travels a lot for work. The idea of giving strangers access to my babies and personal belongings made me nervous at first, but then I had my initial interview. I was blown away by how thorough the questions were, and it really put me at ease. Not to mention, the price completely beat any boarding available nearby. Not only did my babies get yo stay at home where they are comfortable with the toys, litter and food they are used to, but they were played with and given love. I got several photos every day with reports on them. They even administered meds to my kittens when needed. I’m sold. I will always use them.

Our cats have very particular diet/medication requirements (which have changed over the years), and they have always been dutiful, thorough, friendly, and professional in ensuring they are taken care of. Even when one of our apartment buildings was being VERY difficult, they patiently worked with us to ensure that our pets got the care that they needed. For over 6 years, Sitter4Paws has taken care of our kitties when we are away. They came highly recommended by a friend, and their excellent service and the convenience and reliability are second to none. The sitters closely follow our kitties’ routine with a serious attention to detail. We had an elderly cat who was on multiple medications and Sitter4Paws were easily able to accommodate us and give her a high quality of care. They now feed and take care of our 2 young cats with the same enthusiasm and high quality. We are big worriers and it gives us such peace of mind to know that our beloved kitties will be safe and well taken care of when we are away. There was a month where my partner was out of town and I was working long hours. With two fur babies, I was overwhelmed and knew I needed help. Thank goodness for Sitter4Paws!! They rescued us many times when we were in a bind and needed support with our dogs. First off, communication is great. Many pet sitting companies we reached out to either never got back to us and/or replied back to us 2-3 weeks later. I sincerely appreciate their strong communication skills. You have your initial Zoom consultation with them, fill out an intake form (this is where you add your lockbox #, their feeding times, etc.). Once you start requesting their services, they get back to you promptly when they've received your request and when it's officially booked. All pet sitters have been reliable and respectful of our home and dogs. There's never been a no-show and they follow instructions that you leave them to a T. My partner and I always look forward to the updates after the pet sitting is done :) There's lots of pictures and a detailed summary of how the pets are doing! It's definitely reassuring and gives us confidence that we will be loyal to Sitter4Paws for many years to come. Highly recommended!

I've used Sitters4Paws for a few years now, as pet/cat carers who visit our home every day we're out of town. S4P employees are always responsive via the app/email/their site, and it's very easy to book visits online as well. After the initial visit and consultation wherein an animal carer visited our home and interviewed us and our pets, multiple various carers have come by to tend to our 2 cats. We've never had any bad issues, no worries, our cats consistently looked after, fed, clean and safe. We return to healthy cats who miss us a lot, no trauma evident! Our home also somehow feels more secure since we know someone will swing by and keep an eye on things. No theft either (I personally encourage everyone to secure their valuables anyway, but I trust this company with keys and access to my home even if we haven't met them face-to-face). We recommend this service to anyone looking for in-home pet care. Visits start at 30 minutes and are up to 90 minutes, you can schedule multiple visits per day if you need. Our cats are shy and only need 1 visit per day. The pricing is very fair and relatively affordable. We're grateful for the hands-on help and daily photos when we're away.

They take true care of your pet(s) and provide a detailed email of everything they did during the visit with pictures and all. Can't say enough good things. Sitter4Paws is a lifesaver! I missed a flight and needed to return 4 days later than planned. Stressful - but I knew my fur-babies were in great hands. The sitters have gone above and beyond in making sure everyone was happy and taken care of. My babies greet the sitters warmly & fondly with every visit. I love the photos and updates during the visits.

I have visited this location upwards of 20 times in the past 3 years. The most recent time I visited which was the third week of December 2024 my dog was denied access to group boarding. I had only bought my dog to the pet resort for him to have social. At the first the attendant told me my dog was too large to go to group boarding he is a miniature poodle and 16 lbs, lie number 1. I told her he is not too big for group boarding as he has been multiple times and he is still considered a small dog. I had been to this location for years and he had been in group boarding many times. He is 3 years old and not aggressive at all. I’ve personally escorted my neighbors dog to this location who is a golden doodle and is 25 lbs and he is put In group boarding and high energy! When I picked him up and found out he was not In group boarding they said he was jumping around other dogs. I said okay, was it sexual in nature? (Answer is no) was it aggressive in nature (the answer is no). So what is the problem? I do not plan to return to this location as I feel they decide when or how to apply rules. It was upsetting I bought my dog there to interact with other dogs and instead he was placed in single boarding and he could have stayed at my home for that.

This is a great place to board your pet. The price was reasonable and they took really good care of my two dogs. Their grooming service was great as well.

We take our dog everytime we go on vacation and she loves it. Everyone is so kind and knows the dogs by name.

This is the first time I've ever left my 6 yr old dog at a pet resort. I was more nervous than my pet. Four days and my little puppy was equally as happy for us to see each other again. Crew at the resort made the entry process very easy and answered all my questions. When that time comes again when we must be separated, I will not hesitate to use Heavenly Pet Resort again.

My husband and I went to the Temple City Heavenly Pet Resort this afternoon, to tour the dog boarding area. We were greeted by Jessica, a very nice young woman, who walked us through their premises. It was very loud back where all of the dogs were, because most of them were barking. (Instead of thinking of it as barking, I'd like to say instead, that they were welcoming us as a choir and the barking was the song!) The facility was very clean, it did not smell, and we did not see any dog pee or feces. The temperature today was hot, but the facility was a very comfortable air-conditioned temp. Jessica spent a generous amount of time with us. We went ahead and booked our fur-kid for a few days later this month. Jessica is very knowledgeable with respect to how the "H.P.R." runs. She did not rush us to decide on anything, but she was up at the front desk to help us. Go check out "H.P.R." for yourself...you owe it to yourself and your fur-kid.

The staff is very friendly when you walk in. I’ve taken my dog here about 4 times now and I have never had an issue. She’s gotten used to being there and is now able to be part of the communal area since she’s spayed. Prices are fair and you can take your own food for a very small fee if your dog is on a specific diet. I normally book a couple of weeks or months in advance to secure a spot for my dog. If you’re dog is not spayed or neutered, they have to stay in a “French suite” aka private kennel or you can opt for that if you can’t or don’t want your dog with other dogs which is what I had to do in the past. They have a daily daycare ($30 for dogs $22 for cats) option if you don’t plan on leaving your dog or cat there for a couple of days. They also sent remainders of your pet’s future stay. I highly recommend if you’re in the San Gabriel Valley areas.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Take excellent care of our pet, very clean, friendly, you can call and see how your pet is doing. Been a customer for almost 20 years. This is a wonderful place to board your pet. It's clean and has many play areas and the staff is very nice. I turned in the paperwork in advance so everything ran quick and smoothly the day I brought in by dog. They even provide the food with no extra charge. Pick up was also very quick and easy. He came out happy. Thanks for taking care of Kona.

It’s not a dog spa, not a super fancy place. However it is a safe and clean environment for your pets to stay while you’re away. Their prices are very reasonable and that’s important to us because we have 3 dogs.

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful Anna Marie is with our pup, Lucy. She’s extremely knowledgeable about how to care for dogs, flexible with my timings, and just an overall pleasure to talk to. We recently picked Lucy up from a 16-day stay, and not once over that period was I worried about how she was doing. Anna Marie went above and beyond - she sent frequent photos and videos, brushed her out daily, worked on commands, and even took it into her own hands to figure out what food Lucy needed when she was being a picky eater. To tell you that I was such at ease knowing she was in Anna Marie’s care is an understatement. I am so grateful to have found her and Happy Heart Pet Care. I am an EXTREMELY over protective Dog Mom to my 5 yo French Bull Dog Brodie. I have been searching for a dog sitter and trainer for him as long as I can remember, but I’ve never been satisfied leaving my fur baby until I found Happy Heart Pet Care. I will say I love to spoil my boy and only the best will do, however, this also meant he got away with a lot more behavioral wise then he should. So I needed to find someone knowledgeable that I could trust with my boy… I haven’t been able to find someone reliable that not only had the experience to help train Brodie, but that I felt comfortable trusting to care for him. Anna Marie checks all the boxes. She not only has helped with Brodie’s training, but I trust her to care for him as if he was her own. She is truly our dog nanny! Brodie loves Anna Marie and he has become such a better behaved boy since he was introduced to her training and care. Having a person who not only will train your dog, but love them the way you would is priceless. He respects her and she has a great relationship with my boy teaching him with obedience training and socialization. All the dogs she cares for are very well behaved so he has her pack to learn from as well. She also is a great resource for a number of suggestions and advice with regard to your pets health and well being. She is always the first person I call or text to ask any questions with regard to his health or needs, which is invaluable. She is one of the most kind and understanding people I’ve met in LA and I have no doubt I would ever find someone who cares or loves Brodie more as a trainer or dog nanny than her. Needless to say I highly recommend Happy Heart Pet Care. Your life will be easier with your dog if you use her, trust me!

So grateful to have found Happy Heart Pet Care--they are the best! I have an adopted pound dog who is super skittish (and bark-y) with new people and for the past 4+ years, has not been comfortable with other dogs. She LOVES Anna-Marie and Matthew and, after just three visits, she is already changing in wonderful ways--less skittish with new people and excited to play with other dogs, which I never thought possible. Anna-Marie is incredibly kind and accommodating, thoughtful about introducing new dogs to their environment, and thoughtful of skittish human owners, sending them photos of their happy dogs. I contacted them because of the consistently amazing Yelp reviews (a rare thing), without realizing they're on the west side of LA. My dog and I are way on the east side, but still travel there because knowing my pup is safe and happy with people she loves and who genuinely care is worth everything.

Matthew and Anna Marie are both so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about dogs. Their love for our 9week old Darcy is so heartwarming! I certainly had my concern leaving a young puppy with other people for a week, but Matthew and Anna Marie stayed very communicative. They also helped me on getting to know/adjust for a puppy. I could see Darcy was so well cared for through photos/detailed text updates. Truly appreciate their existence 💙

Anna-Marie took care of my 1 year old shih tzu puppy, Tater Tot, for almost 3 weeks while we were away. She was wonderful as she was very flexible with drop off/pick up times, and gave Tater Tot lots of love but also trained him! Tater is much more calm and well behaved now! He was brushed everyday, made many new dog friends, and enjoyed his walks. Anna-Marie updated us with cute photos and videos of him and we can’t wait to have him back with her again!

Where do I start? So thankful for Matt and Anna Maria. Matt has been a life saver with behavior modification with my sweet girl Cocoa. Cocoa is a hyper-vigilant rescue pit, with a few social challenges. Matt not only was able to with patience and professionalism, earn her trust, and help with her behaviors, he was also able to teach me, ways to manage when she and I are in the wild. He is very hands on, and teaches key fundamentals when handling a dog, and working with the world around them. I literally on multiple occasions have been able to handle situations without panic and stress due to Matt’s training. Cocoa also has been managing her stress better as well. You are equipped with the knowledge literally after just one session, the most rewarding thing is seeing the transformation in Cocoa. She has come such a long way. Happy Heart Pet Care has been a blessing. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

I highly recommend this company not just as a dog trainer but for all your pet care needs. They do training, dog sitting, walking, and even cat sitting. They are highly experienced and had my aggressive rescue dog showing improvement after just a few sessions! I’ve also used their services when traveling. They send updates on the pup and make sure he is very well taken care of. Highly recommend them!!

We found Anna Marie on Yelp and trusted the good reviews she had- it was the first time we left our puppy with someone she didn't know and in another city. We loved Anna the first moment we met her, she was super kind, and you could tell she had a lot of knowledge and experience with dogs. We saw our puppy liked her from the very beginning and felt safe with her- we left her one full day and, when we picked her up, she was super happy and looked like Anna took great care of her. I highly recommend her; she is amazing!

Let me interpret what they are saying for you. “We hate when you leave us alone, however if you MUST, then please have that nice Lady from Fetch, Leslie come visit us, at least. She pets us, she feeds us and gives us treats, and keeps our box clean. We know Tammy at the Fetch office keeps you up to date and scheduled but it’s Leslie who sends you pictures to melt you heart and make you come home sooner. We don’t want to have to leave you reminders, or wake you up to tell you again, just listen: call Fetch, and come home sooner……” I have to agree with them.

I called to book a pet taxi for my dog and myself and spoke with Tom, who was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and very responsive. He referred me to a great guy's pet taxi service, who was also quite responsive, and he agreed to help me with my beloved pet who had a seizure early this month and needs a check up. I wish I could give Dog Camp LA 5,00000 stars - 5 just doesn't do justice for their one-of-a-kind company. When I started a new job earlier this year where I couldn't take my dog to work, I was panicking with how to handle it. After some research, my initial phone call with Brenda immediately calmed my nerves and she was able to accommodate us and meet the very next day. Since then, it has been nothing but smooth sailing - Dog Camp LA are my literal heroes lol. Each update from their trained, dedicated, professional and incredibly sweet walkers make my (and my dog's) day. They feel like family now and even when I have to book last minute or cancel with a shifting schedule, they are the most understanding and quick to support our needs: like just yesterday there was a small earthquake in LA and one of their amazing walkers came to check on my dog to make sure she was ok! I could go on and on, genuinely beyond grateful for Dog Camp LA.

Elliott at Dog Camp is super. He takes great care of our cat Mars and she loves all of the attention she gets from him. He sends us fun pics of her during their visits that show how happy she is. We and Mars are very comfortable with him. Thanks Elliott.

They house sat for us and we have a little terrier (a hyper dog!) and they were great! Trustworthy and clean. They even took our dog on hikes and wore her out. I would recommend them to anyone. WELL worth the peace of mind to have pros look after our baby.

We had the BEST experience with LA Pet Sitters! Thank you so much to Brooke and Julia for taking the most incredible care of our two high maintenance kitties. Julia is the best cat sitter we have ever had. Our cats loved her and I could tell how much she loved them and cared for them as if they were her own babies. They require special care including medication and being separated while we are away and everything was handled with such ease. From communication to following instructions and leaving our place so clean, the entire experience was amazing. We had such piece of mind knowing our kitties were so well taken care of and are so grateful to have found our new favorite pet sitter! ❤️

We had a great experience with LA pet sitting! Our pet sitter was Emily and she took great care of our two cats while we were out of town for the week. She sent us updates after each visit and it was great to know she was there keeping them company while we were gone. Communication and coordination was also super easy. We had a wonderful experience with LA Pet Sitting. It was the first time we had ever left our cat for more than a night, so we were a bit nervous about the trip we were taking. Luckily for us everyone at LPS were so professional and understanding. They took care of our cat perfectly, and gave us daily updates with pictures, so that we could always know our little guy was safe and sound in their hands. I also love that it's a local business instead of an app. It gave me extra comfort knowing that this business has been in the area for a decade+, serving the community. I couldn't recommend it more. Brooke and Paulette, were fantastic.

My husband and I are quote OCD about our pet care. We basically left a booklet with detailed instructions to care for our four fur babies. These instructions were emailed to our sitter directly so she can review and ask questions before our time away. We couldn't be happier with the services Julianne provided for our pets. I was truly happy with her services and my four cats seemed happy too! I loved seeing pictures of my cats looking so happy and playful. Two of my fur babies have high anxiety and one is mildly feral, but she gave them their own space and allowed them to warm up to her on their own terms. Our oldest cat, 18, has separation anxiety and doesn't like being alone, so I really appreciated the extra attention and care she gave to him. He is also on a prescription diet but loves to sneak up on my other cats' food bowl. She was very vigilent and assured he stuck to his own bowl to prevent advancement with his kidney disease. I engaged LA Pet Sitting shortly after to moving to LA with my 3 cats and my dog. My work had unexpected travel and I was able to communicate via the web portal and get an intake visit pretty quickly. I was impressed with their system and the thoroughness of their information collection. An in person visit to meet the pets and go over feeding and medications was very well done. Alexia was attentive and great giving meds and following specialized feeding instructions. One of my cats has a bowel disease and caring for her is not easy. The updates were reassuring while I was away and in my opinion this could not have gone better. I would absolutely recommend them.

Sinead was great! She cleaned up a couple of messes the kitties made, brought in packages, and wrote thorough reports on how each cat was doing every day. It gave us peace of mind while we traveled over the holidays. Getting to meet her a couple days in advance and show her around was nice too. Would definitely recommend LA Pet Sitting and Sinead!

I have been using LA Pet Sitting for years to take care of my three cats. All of the sitters I have used have been wonderful - reliable, personable, and caring towards my pets. They take time to sit with my cats and play with them, as well as to write detailed notes on their activities.
