Thank you so much to Vicki & H for taking such great care of our 2 cats. Vicki was great at keeping in touch in the lead up to the sit (which is always reassuring for a pet guardian) and throughout the sit Vicki sent photos and updates of how the cats were doing (getting very spoilt!). Vicki defintely added a dash of magic, as she managed to get our very fussy Coco to eat (which is tricky for us at the best of times). When we returned from our holiday, the house was tidy and clean, and the linen washed - so very appreciated after a long journey. Thank you so much!
Fiona and Francisco was the best thing that have happened to us. We’ve no words to express what they mean to us. First of all, they were super well organized with everything, they came home for a meet and greet and wrote down every information/instruction we gave. As soon as we met them we knew they were the ones. They sent pictures and updates whenever we asked for (they asked first how often we wanted to receive updates) The day we were arriving they sent a housekeeping list explaining what they did at home before leaving like washing bedding and towels, replacing household supplies used and washing our furry baby. And after almost 50 days out, we finally got home and found a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a very clean house with a super happy dog. Could we asked for more?!! They showed us love for what they do and that is priceless. We definitely recommend them and hopefully they’ll be available next time we need to travel.
It was so wonderful to spend our 3-week Portugal hiking trip not worrying about the cats, fish and house. Diane was wonderful and took care of things so well. She kept us informed of how the cats were doing and sent pictures of them. Since they are rather persnickety about their eating I was concerned, but she handled it well. When a chipmunk appeared in the house (cats are indoors only, so either they caught it in then catio or in the gazebo when they were in there) she captured it and set it free outside. Diane asked what we might need when we returned and picked up milk and half & half for us. I would be very happy to have her sit again in the future if she is available.
