Cat Sitters in Montpellier

Patricia & Jean Claude, Were the perfect house sitters for our trip away. They are a very capable and intelligent couple who can cope with all the difficulties involved in taking over the running of someone else's house and animals. During their stay they encountered horrendous weather, which made it difficult to walk the dog and attend to the chickens. However, they coped really well. I cleaned the house from top to bottom before they arrived but I am ashamed to say it was even cleaner when we returned. During our stay away they did not bother us with trivial problems but sent a photo of our dog in the rain. They also took care of my Brothers dog for 2 nights during the sit and made sure that my Mother was warm and settled before they left on their long drive home to France on the last day. I would like to emphasise how capable they were and would love to have them back again in the future.

Myself and my husband are overjoyed with the outstanding care Helen and Peter, that are extremely loving and friendly, provided for our home and pets, Eko and Neo, during our holidays. Returning to a clean house and happy pets was such a relief. Their exceptional communication, including daily video and image updates, kept us connected and assured. We highly recommend them and would welcome them back anytime with open arms. Eko and Neo will miss them dearly, and we are so grateful for the peace of mind they brought to our time away on holidays 🐾 Thank you so much for everything 🙏

Amazing from start to finish - Laurence took such good care of my old boy Coco who’d had a nasty fall a few days before we left. I could relax knowing she was doing all she could for him and he was so much better when we got back. Both dog and cat were as content as ever and the house pristine. I can highly recommend, they are a wonderful couple 🥰

Nigel and Pierre were great house sitters. They are very pet focused and our elderly dog seemed very comfortable with them. They were in daily contact with us , sending messages, picture and videos. I would definitely be happy to have them stay again and unreservedly recommend them to any potential Housesitter Host.

Carole and Sylvain were brilliant Housesitters! They clearly loved all of our animals and they were so well cared for. This is what we wish to have with all of our Housesitters and Carole and Sylvain certainly delivered it in style. We very much enjoyed catching up with them when we returned home. Lunch and a delicious dinner were laid on for us which was really lovely. The morning before they left we went out together for a snorkel at the beach and had a good catch up with everything. We would welcome Carole and Sylvain back to our house at any time and hope that they will want to come and visit us again.

Where to begin? I guess with the joy of meeting such a beautiful young family of four. Due to a family emergency, I had to leave the country quickly, and Madeleine responded within a few hours of my posting the sit, and we confirmed quickly. Madeleine (Maddy); her husband, Sam; and their adorable, well-behaved and precocious (in the best possible!) children, Isaac and Hazel arrived a day early so I could show them around. They instantly connected with the dogs, and me, and I felt totally confident and at ease leaving the responsibilities of the dogs and house to them. While I was gone, they sent me regular updates, with photos, of their family outings on the property with the dogs, and I was completely at peace during a very difficult time, dealing with the loss of my son and my mother. What they didn’t send me were photos of all the mowing and brush cutting that Sam had been doing! Indeed, in addition to exceptional care of the dogs — and additional burdens like watering 90 young olive trees by hand, as well as other plants and garden, tending to hens — Sam tackled long overdue maintenance of the grounds, including tractor mowing and brush cutting with a powerful Stihl brush-cutter that I still don’t even dare to use! What a gift it was to return to such a tidy place. When I had to prolong my stay abroad and arranged to have another sitter come to fill in the gap, Maddy and Sam arranged for a perfect transition, explaining everything that needed to be done and how (not at all evident, and spread out all over the property), and it happened without a hitch. They left their guesthouse spotless, the grounds in better shape than it had been in months, and my two dogs happy and stress-free. I’m so grateful to all four of you for your kindness and generosity. I’m glad you live so close, so that you can come back and visit. You’re welcome anytime.

Ines and Bruno were very flexible with the start date, which had to change due to a family emergency. They arrived on time, and it was obvious they had carefully studied our home guide before their arrival. They quickly acclimated themselves to our home and to the daily duties necessary to care for our Tippy. We left to catch our train very confident in their concern and abilities. From the pictures they sent during our 3.5 days away, we knew they and Tippy were bonding well. We arrived home to find Tippy relaxed and happy, and our home was cleaner than when we left it, which says a lot about their attention to detail and kindness. Ines and Bruno are a bright, creative, and socially conscious couple, and we recommend them to other pet owners without reservation.

Camille sat for our senior dog for a week. She is friendly and was flexible and accommodating of our travel schedule. She was responsive and kept in touch over the sit and reassured us with updates and photos of our dog. Our home was in perfectly clean condition when we arrived home, which was so lovely. Can easily recommend Camille, we would have her back at ours without hesitation :). Thanks again Camille!

Luc was lovely! We had a few miscommunications, but he was very kind and the cats loved him. He was very conscientious of my food restrictions and not cooking with gluten, and he left the kitchen spotless.

Simon and Eléa looked after our two dogs for two weeks and they were the perfect house and pet sitters. We met on zoom the week prior to the scheduled house-sit and they were warm, engaging and trustworthy from the get-go. Simon and Eléa communicated with us very generously throughout the trip and sent us regular video updates of their adventures and cuddles with the dogs. The dogs were extremely happy and well looked after. The house was left spotless and linen and towels were washed for us upon return. I couldn’t recommend these two more highly!!

Marine was a pleasure. From the moment we met her we felt she was responsible and understood what we needed. The dogs immediately warmed to her, and a relaxed environment quickly ensued. When we returned, Marine had kept the house tidy and the dogs had bonded with her incredibly well. I am delighted to recommend Marine very highly, and would welcome her back into our home anytime

We were very lucky to have Emma to stay with our cats. Emma has all the qualities of a wonderful pet sitter - she is a very lovable person with positive vibes! She sent us daily updates, which meant a lot to us. One of the cats was recovering from a knee surgery and we were very glad to hear everything was going well. Emma is very understanding and self sufficient. On our arrival we could see that our cats were very well taken care of and our home was exceptionally clean. She even left us candy - so thoughtful of her. We are very happy we got to know Emma and we highly recommend her! <3
