Absolutely happy with Aldo’s services : reliable, friendly, constantly in touch (pics & vids), nice green facility / yard and quiet safe neighborhood. We’ve left our Husky with Aldo for a month and everything went on really well – had no worries and were always kept posted. Highly recommended.

NOT RELIABLE PERSON...even though I had already given the deposit, on the pre-arranged day on which I had to leave my dog Mr. Aldo disappeared into thin air, to this day I have not had any response. If you love your animals, don't rely on him.

VOICEABLE, I would have given zero stars if possible, this is the treatment of my dog, look at the individual images I will show you a photo before a day and 2 weeks after leaving him with them, what more can I say, the images speak for themselves, very bad service, they are not kind at all, I do not recommend Singori to anyone

I relied on Aldo for a short holiday over a long weekend: my Leo integrated very well and could stay outdoors in the courtyard and garden as he pleased; there was the company of other dogs, but this did not create problems; Aldo made me bring his kennel and some of my clothing to make my dog feel at home, and so it was! Advised!!

I brought my dog Anika to Aldo and she had a great time. Aldo is a very kind and helpful person who certainly loves and takes care of all animals... the villa is very large, well-kept and has a beautiful garden with swimming pools where dogs can bathe, a nice place for your friends to four paws will be able to have a pleasant holiday!! Furthermore, every day Aldo sent me photos of my dog, keeping me constantly informed! Surely the next time I have to leave my dog I will turn to him, and Anika will be very happy!!! Aldo is a very helpful and kind Dog Sitter, he cares about the animals as if they were his own. The villa is well looked after and the dogs have access to a large garden and, in summer, even the swimming pool! I have an extremely demanding dog, Aldo paid attention to all her special needs and treated my Irie like a real princess! He came several times to pick up the dog from her home, and the times she slept with him, she had a great time Thanks Aldo Definitely the next time I have to leave the dog with someone in the area, I will leave it with him. Mr. Aldo is very helpful and kind, the environment is familiar as described. We had a setback and we were very late in picking up the dog, despite this, the price did not change and Mr Aldo did not hesitate for a second to meet us! Aware of having a wary dog, upon our return we found her at ease, indicating that the environment is serene and peaceful. We recommend it and will definitely return!

Thanks to Aldo we were able to take a few days off. My puppy Lella also had a great time with the other 4-legged guests. Aldo is truly very reliable and professional. We will certainly turn to him again for our needs.

Recommended for those who do not want to leave their dog in the "classic" affectionless boarding house. The dogs have access to a house with garden and swimming pool and are not locked up at night. Aldo takes care of his "guests" with passion and although our poodle is a little shy he didn't have any problems! All documented by daily photos. Thank you

First time being separated from my pinscher in 6 years: Aldo was welcoming, kind, attentive and safe with the dog, he took all the time necessary for Aiden to explore the whole garden before letting me go. When I went to pick him up I found a happy, but calm, calm dog: no overly excited whining. I will definitely take it back to him!

Letizia is a great person and loves dogs. She did a great job with my golden/lab mix, and I look forward to using her services again. If you board with her, she will provide daily updates on how your dog is doing and sends a video each night when they go out to play. Would highly recommend using her services for doggy day care or boarding.

I needed someone to watch over my Labrador Vivian when I was away for some weekends during the winter last year. Luckily, I found Letizia online! You could see right away that she was knowledgeable and kind. Her process was thorough as well to make sure it was a right fit. When I couldn’t bring Vivian back to the states with me for the summer because of my schedule, she was the first person I called. Fortunately, it didn’t take much convincing as she took a liking to my puppy. It was hard for me to leave Vivian for months, but I knew she would be in great hands back in Monza. Letizia gave me photo and video updates daily about Vivi’s activities, so I felt connected still even being so far away. I really can not thank her enough and will definitely be going back so vivi can see her “Auntie.” If you’re in need of an expert dog sitter in the area, Letizia is more than capable of caring for your four-legged friend!

We recently relocated to Italy and were so lucky to find Letizia, who speaks several languages including english. We have used Letizias services both as a dog walker and as a dog sitter for overnight stays and we have only good experiences. She is reliable, professional and caring, making leaving our dog easier.

Since we have known Letizia (about 2 years) we have been able to go away and leave our cats at home in complete serenity. He is a very reliable, serious and very well organized person. It's a relief to know she's by our side when needed.

We had the opportunity to meet Letizia to leave our Zoe in retirement for 3 days. Letizia immediately proved to be passionate and professional. Zoe, not used to being in unfamiliar homes, immediately felt pampered and at ease. There was no shortage of constant updates with photos. Highly recommended!

We decided to rely on Letizia even though we didn't know her personally because from the first phone call requesting information she seemed professional and transparent. We didn't want to leave Chloe, our fox, in one of those many boarding houses that, for organizational reasons, manage the animals by keeping them closed for most of the day in large boxes. We wanted Chloe to find the idea of home again, even if not hers, and to be able to maintain her daily habits. Letizia's professionalism was confirmed when before giving us the OK she decided to meet us and asked us to do a whole day of testing to understand if Chloe could feel comfortable and at peace in an environment that wasn't hers and without us. We entrusted our dog to her for 9 days, we received daily feedback, photos and videos... we perceived Chloe's serenity and above all the happiness of being in company and going out often during the day. A more than positive experience, certainly a point of reference for us and in particular for Chloe. Thanks Letizia and thanks to little Leo.
