Sarah and Rob gave us a warm welcome to their beautiful home. Buddy was true calm old lady but managed the odd sprint round the garden albeit her pace on a walk was gentle and refined! Digby on the other hand could keep going and going and going! Once he gets to know you he is a beautiful gentle sole who just wants a lot of attention and play. We really enjoyed our sit, our bed was extremely comfortable! Would recommend as the setting is beautiful and so are the dogs!
Julie was a wonderful host, leaving me printed Welcome guide and fun sticky notes. It was a pleasant surprise to find "thank you" note on bar of chocolate! It trully made my day! Hazel and Kaia are absolutely adorable. They are very easy to take care of. They are respectful of each other and play well together. Hazel loves winning at games but she steps aside to make sure Kaia is included too. This is just too cute to watch! Pitbull has a big big heart. Thanks again for having me watch your furry friends!
Cori's house is adorable and everything was exactly as she described. Her communication was exceptional! Nuni is a gentle dog and does best in a calm environment. She is a great hiking partner! I would gladly return to do this sit again.

We had a wonderful stay in Frisby on the Wreake in June 2024 and I would highly recommend housesitting Inca, Bumble and Skipper if you have the chance. We loved the active, friendly and loving dogs and really enjoyed our time with Inca, Bumble and Skipper. The surrounding area has lovely meadows and rivers to walk. The dogs adjusted so quickly to us and were very responsive on walks. They are fun and enjoy cuddles and affection, our perfect dogs! Richard and Trish were wonderful hosts. Communication was really easy and we arranged the sit very easily. Richard left a full typed house guide for us with all the information we could need including bus timetables. Richard was kind enough to buy us some food supplies and also picked us up from Melton Mowbury train station and dropped us back. On arrival Richard gave us a tour of the house and explained everything and then we went on a walk to get our bearings in the local area which was ideal. We really enjoyed a great week relaxing in the wonderful Grade 2 listed cottage with a very homely kitchen and all you could need. The cottage atmosphere is something I really love and the house is very spacious which I enjoyed. The garden is really well cared for and beautiful and we played with the dogs and relaxed outside in very private and enjoyable surroundings. We visited the local pub twice and the locals were very welcoming. Great pizza night on the Friday we were they and they offer a nice menu of food. We had a fantastic stay in Frisby and would love to go back any time. I really enjoy the opportunities of this website and thank you Richard and Trish for having us. Glad you enjoyed a break!
