Leigh and her team, in particular Lisa, are amazing! This is our second time using Fetch Pet Care of East Austin, so I couldn’t be happier with their services. From the moment we met, she took the time to get to know my cats and where everything was in my house. She is a genuinely pet lover because my cats really liked her from the first visit. During our time away, I received regular updates and pictures. I always felt confident that my kitties were in good hands. I will be booking again. I highly recommend Fetch Pet Care of East Austin to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive cat sitter!

I worked very long hours during the night and always had the Fetch team come in as late as 9:30 10pm to walk my sweet Britney so she could be socialized and taken care of. It was great waiting to get the notification about how the pup walk went and what happened and the pictures.

I love my girls with all my heart. Leigh came by to take care of them while I was visiting my family up north. You can see by the pictures they were very happy with their visit. I would recommend Fetch! to anyone who needs a caring pet sitter.

Finally! We found a reliable pet sitting service to take care of our fur babies. We previously had a Horrible experience with a Rover sitter that lost one of our dogs! After meeting the pet sitters Ellen and Brittany, they did a great job and we will definitely use Fetch! in the future.

Fetch Pet Care did a fantastic job for us when we left for 10 days! They provided daily texts with details and tons of pictures of the dogs on their Fetch! app. And responded promptly to requests and comments from us throughout our trip. They respected our home, took in our mail, put out our trash and even washed some dog bedding as they felt necessary. We've already booked them again for our next trip!

Fetch! Pet Care took the ABSOLUTE best care of our *very particular* dogs. Leigh Dunson is an actual dream woman. She stayed overnights with our two Dalmatians for a long weekend while we were away (out of state) and I’ve never felt so secure leaving my dogs. This was the first time we’ve left them with a sitter and not with family, and it actually was way better. Delilah, our female dal is very fearful aggressive and super particular about who she trusts and allows in her space. Leigh has come to let them out during days when we are both working and Delilah is tolerant, but she can be very protective over her space when someone stays here. Leigh was patient with her, stood her ground, knew how to handle dogs like Delilah who have been traumatized, and by the end of the stay Delilah had grown and progressed so much. Our other dal, Domino, is also a rescue and can become very anxious when we are gone. She went the extra mile to make him feel comfy and safe while she was here. The pictures say it all. Thank you so much. I will be recommending this company to anyone in the area for years to come.

Leigh Dunson was so considerate of my anxiety regarding being out of town and not being able to take my dogs with me. When she visited my house to meet me and my babies, she brought along a very detailed and thorough questionnaire that allowed me to provide specific details about their care, routines, and tips to help them acclimate to the change. Three times a day Leigh sent a detailed report of her interaction with the dogs and also sent along pictures. My babies were spoiled with three walks a day. :) On the first visit, Leigh even returned to my home to check the temperature of the thermostat after I texted her; I feared I had not turned on the heat before I left and it was forecasted to be cold. Leigh cleaned up any messes the dogs made and even washed their bowls on her last visit. She left us with a jar of free treats and coupon to buy more. I will definitely be using Fetch! Pet Care again for any of my pet care needs!

This is the first time I've used a pet sitting service and I was very satisfied. I called last minute, and over the holiday, and was able to get care for my two kittens. Katelyn came over twice a day, played with the "boys", sent pictures, and provided a written summary of her visits. If I need services again, Fetch! Pet Care is where I'll go to get it.
