This was an amazing sit. Mary communicated very well every step of the process. She is a wonderful pet parent, an elegant woman who is well traveled, articulate, funny and gracious. Miss Katie is adorable and extremely well behaved. She rarely barks, loves to be laying, and sitting right near you. Miss Katie enjoys playing fetch with her many chewy toys. The location is amazing. It is just a couple miles from the ocean and rivers are every where. Lovely little shops line the historic district and sprinkled amongst those were nice restaurants. We recommend this sit and would return again if Miss Katie and Mary wanted us.
House-sitting for Wendy was a pleasure. The terms of the sit were clearly arranged, and the house was readied for a sitter. There was no trouble at all and I would happily sit for her again ! :)
The sit was just lovely. I felt very welcomed by Nicky and Antony. The house and property are very pretty yet comfortable, along with the small village. Socks- the year old terrier puppy was as expected- full of energy, loved walks and the out of doors, loves to play fetch indoors and loves to be close by wherever you are around. The basic schedule was communicated well, a list of neighbors close at hand, a l lovely dog-walker neighbor checked in often and was very helpful and cheerful. I was given a lovely room to make my little nest and i sleep very soundly in the quiet house my comfortable bed. Would sit again!
Richard and Phiona made me feel very welcome from the moment of our first communication and I was very happy to visit them at their home to meet Valentino and Satchmo prior to us all agreeing the sit. I'm pleased they chose me as I have to admit to falling head-over-heels with the amazing Valentino on first sight! I was asked during this visit if I had any problem the potentially addition of another dog before the date of the house sit (I didn't!) so was overjoyed when puppy Siena was adopted in to the family. Arriving the night before Richard and Phiona's departure gave me the opportunity to see the household routine in action so I could confidently provide continuity to the pets; especially important with a puppy who is still very much in a learning phase. It's a big leap of trust to leave one's beautiful home, beloved pets and car in the hands of someone else and therefore the time we spent together prior to Richard and Phiona jetting off was invaluable (even though it was initially a bit nerve-wracking having Richard oversee my inaugural driving of his car in the snow!). Looking after the home, Satchmo, Valentino and Siena was a *pleasure*. Valentino is a true gentleman of a dog; he made me laugh so much with his little 'inside barks' when I'd forgotten to give him his 'washing-up ball' and walking him was wonderful - he's so large and handsome that people stopped us regularly to comment; he's certainly a head-turner! He followed me everywhere like a shadow and Siena is such a delightfully mad puppy that it was hard not to laugh at her when she made a bee-line for the muddiest puddle she could find, running through it, nose down, like a truffling pig! She also adored being brushed every evening - they were both great company. I particularly enjoyed the walks in the area; Windsor Great Park, the Long Walk, Savill Gardens and around the lake at Virginia Water were wonderful. I walked just under 120 miles in a couple of weeks, quite happily! Satchmo the cat is largely self-sufficient but really did appreciate a chat and a chin-tickle on a regular basis. In summary, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a house-sit for Richard and Phiona as they, their home and the animal companions they have chosen to share it with are all absolutely *delightful*. I really look forward to being able to stay for them again in the not-too-distant future..! x
We absolutely loved looking after Pepper and Poppy in Montriond. Jonathan, Ruth and the girls are lovely lovely people and we felt really welcomed. They have a gorgeous chalet with a super comfy guest bedroom with a stunning view and balcony. The dogs are well behaved and super cute. Absolutely recommend this sit if you get a chance!
I had such a lovely time with Ned and Effy. I miss them both already! They’re very chilled and independent. Savannah and Luke welcomed me into their home - I felt comfy and safe as a solo sitter and made the most of the sunshine in their garden, exploring Bristol and working from home with ease. We love Barb and all the staff at Laughing Dog Inn. Our sweet, crazy, fun loving Aussie has a hard time in new situations. The staff understood her needs and gave her love and support while she learned to have fun when her mom and dad were away. Not all pups are easy, so it's nice to have a loving place they will be cared for and well looked after. We are thrilled to give them the 5 stars they deserve.
And good times and bad, Laughing dog inn has been there for us for our pets. They take extremely good care of your pet, if Something Happens and your pet needs medical attention, they are very diligently attend to it. Most of the time though, it’s all playtime and an excellent experience for my Ziggy! Ziggy gets extremely excited when we get close to dropping him off there, we call it going away to camp for a couple of days or however we have to leave our pets. The staff is easy to accommodate special requests to make him comfortable. Thank you for being there for us all the time! Also! They will post photos on their Facebook site or send them to you by text message if you request!
We have had wonderful experiences with Laughing Dog Inn. We have done their Puppy 101 and daycare to date and love all of the staff with whom we’ve worked. They go above and beyond. I love that they send a photos or videos of our puppy playing and pair her up with similar dogs and puppies. The setup with different environments has been great and the owners and trainers are always available. Updated on 3/3/23: I highly recommend the boarding option as well. Our girl stayed 11 days and came home happy and calm. Special thanks to everyone and to Paige for the adolescent dog training so far.
Barb is absolutely amazing. We did a puppy 1 class with our new puppy and learned tons. We rescued a second husky 3 weeks ago and have been applying the lessons we learned in the puppy 1 class. However, we live in an apartment and take them to dog parks and out for walks as much as possible, but it just wasn't enough. We took them to laughing dog inn for the doggy day care and they had the most amazing day. Our puppers have been sleeping solid after their dinner. I've never seen them sleep so sound and with smiles on their faces. I can't say enough good things about Barb and the laughing dog inn. We thank you, and the puppers can't wait to come back!

We brought our rescue pups to Laughing Inn - first time they were away from us since November, and due to COVID, they were not around very many people or other dogs. So we were a little nervous leaving them for the first time. The staff even sent me a text telling me about their day So we were put at ease right away. The owner, Barb, is a hands on owner of the facility; very knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to leave my dogs at Laughing Inn whenever we go someplace, as I told me friends, heck I would stay there!!
I always appreciate all the wonderful people at Laughing Dog Inn. They’ve been a huge help in socializing my pandemic pup, and they always welcome her as a loved individual. She comes home tired from a day of playing with all her friends, and I know she’s safe and cared for the whole time. I love the training classes and the daycare, and I really love that the staff know and love each dog so well. These are genuine dog people in the very best sense.
We recently boarded our six month old puppy at Laughing Dog Inn and it was the best experience ever. After having dogs for years and going through many different ways of boarding, Barb and her team make the process so easy. Not only can you book online, but you get text message updates during the day. The drop off and pick up process is so easy, I was delighted to not have to fill out pages of paperwork. We are thrilled that our puppy will be able to be at Laughing Dog Inn for many years to come!
Barb and staff at the laughing dog inn are still amazing. We moved out of the area almost 2 years ago but needed to travel for a day trip past them for business. We left our 2 puppers with them for the day and they had so much fun just like when they went on a weekly basis back when we lived in the area. Conejo- Fetch Pet Care has been a great find (Thank you Plush Puppy of NP, ladies!). Ashley understood and worked with our interesting schedule and unique doggie set up. Nathan was careful to follow through with their walking needs, was dependable, caring, and professional. I really like the timely visit feedback, complete with photo and walk information(map). I feel confident my little girls are in good hands when I can't be with them.
Ashley was wonderful! She took such good care of my 'boys'. I was a bit apprehensive leaving them overnight but she checked in with me during their stay, letting me know they were doing well. I will definitely use her services in the future!
Thank you Ashley for taking such great care of my dogs while we were out of town. Both dogs stayed at her house and felt right at home. She not only cared for them so lovingly and professionally, but she also administered a daily shot of insulin to my Miniature Pinscher who is diabetic. Ashley worked us in to her schedule for our last minute travel plans. Her communication was awesome from the start. She let me know how Fetch works, walked me through scheduling, and immediately after each walk I got an email with detailed information about her visit. She earned my puppy’s trust quickly. Due to the pandemic I ended up with my son’s pup. While happy to help out and thrilled to have Bella stay with me I was concerned how to provide timely care for her due to my work schedule. Ashley Wright and her Fetch! team responded to my initial inquiry quickly and professionally, a strong initial impression. I’ve now worked with Ashley and her team for about 30 days and I’m happy, relieved, and not stressing about Bella. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I can tell you that THIS experience with Ashley’s Fetch! team has far exceeded those expectations. Oh, and the kicker? Once she completes her 1/2 hour walk with Bella I receive an email with a picture of my happy pup and their walk route! So cool! Bright spot of my day! We met Ashley (owner) and Nathan recently and LOVE them! Our anxious and energetic pup also loved them! They took a lot of time getting to know us and Dobby at our meet and greet, and we have no doubt that they are experienced and caring. Looking forward to having their support for years to come.
This was our first time using Fetch service and we were very pleased with this company and so happy with the care our 2 dogs received. The entire process of registering our pets was very easy and very thorough. Our two Westies were right at home with Ashley and her family right from the start. They require lots of love and attention which they got plenty for sure!! It was so fun to get pictures of them and seeing how happy they were. Ashley and Nathan were great caretakers for our two kittens during an extended vacation my wife and I took. We traveled out of the country for 3 weeks, and while away the Fetch team took great care of our pets! Daily visits consisted of a considerable amount of playtime, some cuddles, feeding, cleaning and photos! Ashley and Nathan helped us relax on our trip knowing that our pets were well cared for; and daily photos of each made us feel a closer connection to our furry family! I have only good things to say about Fetch! First of all, the booking system is easy and super straightforward. Everything you need to know you can find on their website. You create an account and from there is a easy process to book the service you desire. They call/email you to confirm your service and to book a free visit so you can meet the person who is going to be responsible for the services you hired. Ours was Traci. A lovely lady that took great care of our cat. You can see that she really loves animals. She sent us daily "pet diaries" through their website with pictures included! I loved it! We are definitely using Fetch! again.

Sadly, this will not be a positive review. I would like to begin by pointing out that I’ve trusted Simi valley pet resort with my two , ( now 3) Dobermans for the past three years. During that time, they took great care of my dogs and were friendly, respectful and professional with me as the owner. Unfortunately, about 1 yr ago, a canine flu broke out, which one of my dogs contracted, and due to this, I was unable to bring my dogs there for 6-9 months. When I returned, I had a third dog. I was told that she would have to be evaluated and that due to the fact that my other two dogs had not been there in some time, they would need to be reevaluated. I found it reasonable to require an evaluation for my new pup, but a bit odd that the others, who’d been long time frequenters of the day care to have to be reassessed. Nevertheless, I agreed and the evaluation went well. I proceeded to book the three of them for 3 days and two nights which should have totaled 375.00. When I went to collect my pets, I was shocked to learn that we were being charged 463.00. The young woman I dealt with explained to me after some mass confusion, that we were being charged an extra 45 per day per day for “ holiday cost”. We pointed out that the holiday had been Thursday and that our dogs were there for Friday and Saturday. At this point, the confused ( and extremely rude) young woman put Steve the owner on the phone. He reaffirmed that we were being charged an additional 45 per day for holiday fees. This made no sense as these two and 1/2 days did not fall on the holiday. He was unfriendly and neglected to successfully explain why we had been charged extra on days other than the holiday. I was equally perturbed that I had not been advised in advance that there was an additional ( exorbitant) fee. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay their cost-what else could I have done? I decided that I would pay 200 in cash and put the rest on my card. One of the 100 bills that I paid with had a MINUSCULE tear in it and the employee demanded that I give her another bill. I refused and her attitude went from bad to worse. When I attempted to pay the balance using my card, I was informed that they had billed my card that had previously been on file. That was not the card that I’d wanted to use and was basically informed that it was the one that they had used and that there would be no changes. If I’d have been informed that the price was going to be so high, I’d have made other arrangements. It is my contention that Steve, the owner, had an obligation to inform me of the price deviation so that I could have made an informed choice. Furthermore, the employee was outrageously rude, particularly with her attempted refusal to accept a bill that was barely damaged. I will not be returning to this establishment and would not recommend them to others
Literally everyone here is so nice. I’m very comfortable dropping my dog off and she goes absolutely insane when we pull into the parking lot. There are treats that you can ask to give them so they can have a little bit of time to themselves. I don’t have a backyard for my dog so once every three weeks we drop her off to get her energy out and a socialize and it’s made a big difference when she is interacting with other dogs on our walks or at the park. I’ve never boarded for the weekend here but I would feel comfortable doing so highly recommended. They also send pictures to your phone showing you how you’re furry animal doing.

I was only going to be in town for the day and they were able to accommodate my dogs needs and grooming! While I was waiting for his intake (to make sure he played nicely), it was great to see all the dogs so excited to go into the play area. This made me feel comfortable leaving my dog for the day. I would use them again if I am ever in this area! Thanks for being so accommodating! Stay was 2/12/2022.
Absolutely LOVE how exhausted my pup is when we pick her up after a full day at SVPR!! The staff are friendly and Steve is great and super nice too. The nap time peanut butter kong is truly a treat for the pup. When we pull into the drive, she knows where we are and starts scrambling to get out and see all her furry friends! Needless to say, I highly recommend this doggy day care if you're looking for a safe place for your baby to be during your work day.
I truly cannot recommend this place enough, the staff do a great job and maintaining a safe and clean environment for the dogs to play in and you can tell they genuinely care for each dog. I have and will continue to recommend Simi Valley Pet Resort to all friends and family!
After calling for a person who works there to make sure they are okay from a mental health crisis they put me on hold and say that they are going to call the police. I just asked if they got there okay and if they were working today. I said nothing else besides this. Very unfriendly and rude.

Recently started taking our beagle here. Great place for her to go whether it's just for a few hours during the day or overnight. Really like being able to check in on her throughout the day via their webcam. All the dogs are treated with love and kindness from all of the staff the entire time they are there.
We love Beach Dog Fun! My fussy dog can be a bit sensitive and Melissa and the whole staff are always patient and loving with him. I am so thankful for this business and especially their boarding services, as I often need to travel and don’t have anywhere else for my pup can go. Highly recommend this business to other pup parents!
Specializes in small dog boarding or day care. The dogs get to socialize with each other the entire time. My pug mix loves going and is all energy spent by the time we pick him up. They have live view cameras so you can check in on your dog at any time. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Beach Dog Fun to anyone looking for doggy daycare! I came up to Camarillo for a week of training for a new position in senior living that I just started. I didn't want to leave my Shih Tzu, Puck at home. So I drove up the week before to have her assessed at Beach Dog Fun. I am so glad I did! Puck had the best time going to Beach Dog Fun everyday made new puppy friends and played while I went to work. Everyone who works at Beach Dog is so professional, kind, polite, and they love dogs. It has a great space for dogs to play and lounge. It is clean, easy to get to, great parking and also offers grooming and puppy/dog supplies. When I pulled up in the morning Puck jumped onto my lap to get out of the car as quick as possible to see her friends and play. She even had a bath and had her nails clipped. She came out all fluffy. Thank you team Beach Dog Fun. We really appreciate all your efforts to make the week super enjoyable for Puck and me.
I don’t believe I’ve ever left a public review, but after what I’ve witnessed I had to share so others don’t meet the same fate. This review is for Teresa because I have never encountered a person (who works with dogs!) this hostile and demeaning. I have been taking my dog here for grooming and daycare services ( I haven’t been as much considering our pups are getting sick and this place doesn’t ask for vaccines/it absolutely reeks of urine) My mother called Teresa to confirm our appointment but for the THIRD time they claimed that we “never made the appointment” which is weird to argue because we make all our appointments in person, considering the difficulties we’ve experienced here, but I promise if we went back and reviewed security cam footage we’d be on it three different times clear as day! Teresa continued the conversation by firing nasty remarks and finished her tangent with “I’m not doing anything about this. Go find another groomer” My mother had been looking to Teresa, a working representative for this company, for guidance on rectifying the on going issue of our “missing” appointments but instead we were verbally demeaned and degraded by someone we supported more than graciously. It’s truly disappointing to know that someone working with our fur babies behaves in such a way.
The Best!!!!! I feel so comfortable leaving our cocker spaniel here. They do a fantastic job with the dogs. Also the dogs seem to have a great time playing with each other. Also if you need to go on a trip it's a perfect place to drop off your pup before you go. There is someone on site there 24/7. There's also a video cam so you can see your dog throughout the day, if you want. They do a fantastic job here. I can't say enough great things about this establishment.
Flying high pet resort is a great place to be!! Our rescue, Duke absolutely loves every minute he is at day care. He starts vocalizing in excitement when we pull in to the parking lot and can't wait to get out the car and enter the office. We are so grateful for the wonderful and kind staff. Staff to family communication is great and I truly feel like they love our dogs and love working at flying high pet resort. We tried a different daycare facility prior to flying high pet resort and had a completely opposite experience. Duke cowered in the corner of the car and resisted going in. Thank you flying high pet resort for creating a space that I know my furry friend loves and I feel comfortable leaving him to play with his friends. Strongly recommend.
Clean, almost totally odor-free. Staff is professional plus invitingly friendly. They offer services, and my cowardy canine's anxiety adapts even during his hotel stays. When a cowardly canine runs to the door, that says it all. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend.

Never give anyone a review until now. I wanted to thank Flying High Pet Resort for been the best place in Camarillo, I have 2 husky’s yes they’re big and nobody wanted to take them because they’re husky’s and big. My dogs they know when we arrive and they leave super tired, they always post videos and pictures of your dogs to show you how they loved them and how much fun they’re having here. Thank you for giving love to my kids Bane and Duke they love your place. Keep the great work. 🙏🏻
Amazing doesn’t even begin to cover the owners and people who work here. They always treated my Frenchie wonderfully and if it was up to my dog she would go every day! She would run in and I would be dragging her out. If you are looking for a daycare you found them! I will not take my puppy anywhere else.
My Pekingese Ember and I love this wonderful place for daycare and boarding. She also has other options for grooming and teeth cleaning. The family owners and employees are loving and kind. My Ember is so excited to go there; practically screams while getting out of the car.
I've been with Flying High Pet Resort for at least three months and I can sincerely tell you that they do a fantastic job of taking care of my Belgian Malinois. They work very well with me, letting me know of any issues and in ensuring her training stays consistent. I recommend Flying High Pet Resort to anyone needing pet care, whether it's daycare or boarding.
My dog had a great time here, had an emergency trip and he ended up staying 4 nights. Of course he missed me and was super excited, but was in great shape. I'll be happy to take him back. Update: I take here usually twice a week for day care. He loves the place and really loves forward to it. Starts the tail wag and bouncy dance soon as we hit the highway exit!

Susan was absolutely amazing in taking care of our kitten Miza. She spent there half a month when we were on a long trip overseas. She was updating us everyday with pictures and videos. She looked very joyful in her cat's paradise) Very good ratio of price and value. We were very happy with their services and definitely will make this our permanent place for Miza to stay when we are away!)
Susanne was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and took great care of my cat. I had to increase the boarding dates last minute a few times due to my flight being moved around and she was more than willing to accommodate the extra days. She sent pictures, videos, and updates on my cat every day and was quick to respond to my texts and calls. I highly recommend her and would have her watch my cat again should the need ever arise. The room she set up for the cats has a few cat beds, a cat tower, toys, pillows, and a tv playing nature videos on it. My cat was nervous at first being in a new area away from home, but he quickly settled in and started enjoying the environment. Thanks again, Susanne!

Suzanne was the best sitter for my cat tuna. She provided images and videos everyday and took time to make sure tuna was comfortable and in the best care. When tuna was angry and hissing, she was patient and took time for tuna to become comfortable. In the end tuna loved her so much! Can’t wait to take her back to him when I’m traveling again. It is great we can leave our three cats in a home with a dedicated and passionate caregiver. Susanne provided a great space, excellent care. She kept us informed and sent pictures and videos. She was also flexible for pick up and drop off. Highly recommended!
Susanne has been an angel in taking care of my kitty. I have used her services twice and been very happy with the daily photos, videos, and overall love she has shown towards Miyuki. As all cats are, Miyuki was shy the first trip. The second trip, Miyuki is now a best friend. I will use Susanne and her services every time when needed in the future and 100% recommend.
Best boarding that we have found, our dog Mickey loves to stay there and of course play in Susan's house pool when is hot, she really cares for him, ours is a Golden Retriever and he is very active, we never felt disappointed with Susan care, she really cares for our pets.
My pup has been going there for awhile now. They always give him lots of love and attention and they have a backyard which is great for even more exercise and playtime. He is always safe, happy, and healthy there and they love him like a dear family member.

We had a great experience with Sit & Stay for boarding, daycare and light grooming. We were in LA for a wedding and needed last minute care for our 75 lb goldendoodle and the Sit & Stay team was able to accommodate us on short notice. The team was caring and kind and professional and our dog had a great time over the weekend! We would highly recommend them to anyone for boarding or daycare!!

This place was great and gave awesome care to my little fur baby. It was her first time boarding so it was important to me that I find somewhere that would give her not only physical care but love too! Sit & Stay more than exceeded my expectations.
I was in a stressful situation and needed a place for Bob to stay for the day and night since I couldn't take him to where we were going. Bob is an apartment cat and doesn't have a lot of experience in the outside world. Not only that, I've never really been separated from him since we started hanging out about 3.5 years ago. I guess the staff noticed all this when I contacted them to see if they had room for Bob on short notice. Not only did they have room for him, they sent me a pic of him a few hours after I dropped him off to show me he was ok. It was at that point that I realized I had nothing to worry about. Bob was in the best hands imaginable. The staff, Sara, Nicole, Mary, and six others I didn't get to meet, are amazing. Bob had a great time and was comfy. They took great care of him. Bob didn't get the chance to stay the whole time as we had to shorten our original plans and pick him up early. Once again, no hassle. I love this place. I wouldn't consider taking Bob anywhere else. Thanks guys. I'm telling all my friends!
I had to leave my senior pup while I was away here. I left worried and had major anxiety detachment issues. But everyone here at Sit and Stay put me at ease every day with an email of how he was doing and photos. He had so much fun, I dont think he wanted to leave his new friends.

Finally found the best dog and cat boarding. I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter. My dog and cat we're so happy here. They always hated going to dog hotels and I was lucky to have found this home away from home for pets.
