Kate and Steve came to look after our 2 dogs for 6 days and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We met via a video call prior to the sit and Kate arrived on time on the first day and I instantly felt at ease as she was so lovely. We had numerous messages and photos throughout the sit which was great as it helps me to relax whilst I’m away, knowing that Max and Lois were being well looked after. We returned to a nice tidy house with fresh bed linen and a lovely card and bread and milk which was a lovely touch. As previously mentioned, I would have no hesitation in recommending them and we are looking forward to inviting them back!

Amy is the best pet sitter we have ever had. She is a genuine pet whisperer. She is calm & handles many different personalities. Our Maltese is very hesitant with other dogs but Amy's calm personality sets our pets at ease. Her training, skills & experiences have made her more than qualified to own & manage a boarding facility for dogs & cats. We also boarded our 2 cats. The male cat loves other cats but our female cat can be nasty. Amy took care of them together for 11 days without incidents. She is amazing. She is also is very personable with people. Boarding our two dogs here makes our vacations out of town that much more enjoyable and relaxing, because we know they are in excellent care with Amy!! They start wagging their tails and jumping all over the car when we pull up, I'm convinced they like it better with Amy than with us! Amy is super communicative, very accommodating since one of our pups does can't do group play, and when an emergency came up she was incredibly thorough and went above & beyond. I highly recommend boarding your pets here, Amy is fantastic and I am sure you won't be disappointed.

What a great place and Amy is fabulous. She took in our two cats at the last minute while we were having work done on our coach. The cat house was perfect. They had furniture and windows and toys just like home. Amy does a fabulous job of keep her facilities clean and up to date. Her dog kennels were wonderful for their boarders. Highly recommend this and will definitely be back when in the area. Even got a recommendation for a great German Deli nearby for lunch.
I have been to MANY different kennels across the nation and this is the ONLY one my dog (Oakley) is EXCITED to stay at. More accurately, it feels like a second home. We feel so blessed to have found Amy and Christian-- It is no question they love all the critters who stay with them and have the biggest hearts. They are attentive to each critter's individual needs (my dog needs to have exercise and human affection every day) and they go above and beyond that. I know I should have a backup kennel in case they are ever full, but everywhere else falls short in comparison!
Badlands boarding is nothing short of amazing! I’m leaving this review as someone who has worked along side owner Amy and been to her facility many of times. As a trainer I refer ALL my clients here for boarding. Facility is always clean and well taken care. Amy The care for the dogs is above and beyond. Amy treats every dog like they’re her own. Just picked up our dog "Daisy" after leaving her for a 6 day visit with Amy. How lucky we are to have discovered Badlands Kennel! Above and beyond the top professional care that Amy provides, Amy really cares about your pet. She hands out plenty of TLC, helping your pet to feel at home! I put my sweet Tulip in a kennel for the first time this weekend 7/30/2022. Amy is very real and great with dogs! It came highly recommended in Redlands. The price is reasonable. Tulip is 11 and needs a place to chill when I go to events. She dislikes crowds. So Tulip got to meet a few new dog friends, she was comfortable enough to eat dinner. And I feel very relieved I found this place! If you need to board your furrbaby check this place out!
Andrea is simply amazing! I messaged her on DogVacay and she responded within minutes. She's super sweet and enthusiastic about dogs and kept my 9 week old Pit happy and well fed. During my absence, she constantly sent me updates about my puppy with pictures and videos, which definitely helped me feel more at ease with leaving my puppy for the first time since I got him. She is extremely flexible with time and follows specific instructions perfectly. Since my puppy had not gotten all of his shots yet, I requested that she did not take him out and she did exactly that, keeping him indoors and safe from germs and viruses! I would have assumed that he wouldn't be getting a lot of exercise being indoors, but Andrea and her own Pit, Prime, kept him busy and extremely happy! I definitely recommend ANYONE going away to leave their pet with Andrea, especially at the amazingly low and fair rate that she asks for. Just like her profile states, she truly cares about the well-being of your pet as if it was a child. I'm definitely coming back to her next time I'm out of town! :) THANK YOU ANDREA & PRIME for keeping Kato happy!! <3

Judy has taken care of my dogs for awhile now. I can depend on her to take good care of my dogs and bring in any packages if needed. I was able to have her come over with very short notice during the holidays to take care of the dogs when I wasn’t able to get home and that gave me peace of mind.

Ines is the best Petsitter I’ve used over the years. She is very responsive, reliable and took photos and videos of my bird which made me feel at ease leaving a young bird in her care. The cage was spotless and the outside plants were watered. Ines went above and beyond to provide excellent pet care. Great service! Ines came to my house and cared for my 4 dogs. She feeds them, cleans up after them, gives meds, and plays with them. Every time she comes to the house she texts an update and sends pics! I didn’t have to worry at all about my babies!

What, oh what can I say about her pet sitting business!!! She is an absolutely lovely woman. I never, ever fear leaving my dog with Inez. Mick goes nuts when the car turns off the Main Street and heads into her neighborhood!!! I can’t control him on his leash.....he just loves Inez, her 🏡 and her other pets she takes care of!!!! I am not sure how she does it all. Mick (our Maltese) would surely rather live with her!!! She also takes care of pets in their own homes daily when their owners are at work. Really not sure how she feeds, walks, plays with all these pets. I can NOT recommend Inez high enough. I will just let my dog, Mick, give the recommendation!!!🦮🐶🦴🦴💕💕
From the day we meet Ines, both my husband & I knew she was a perfect fit to watch our Booboo kitty while we were out of town. Ines sent us messages of how kitty was doing along with pictures. We will definitely be using her services next time we go out of town and need a sitter for our little guy.
I had never left my two 6 yr old cockatiels with anyone before, let alone for 12 days! They are super social and out of the cage whenever we’re home. They also experience night frights sometimes and will literally beat themselves bloody unless calmed by someone. So I was reluctant to leave them in anyone’s hands. Ines did a meet and greet with us and the birds a couple weeks before we left them. I knew from her demeanor at that meeting, my birds would be in the best possible care. And they were! Ines sent me videos and daily updates. I don’t think they wanted to leave “bird camp”! Lol 😆 Ines is remarkable snd very knowledgeable... super organized and she always puts the animals in her care first, I will never hesitate to leave my babies with her again in the future.
Junie stayed with Kathryn for 10 whole days! Venturing Pack Dog Services was sooo great! I was able to trust my Junie with her! She sent update photos of our Junie as well! Would definitely drop Junie there again, she had tons of fun!! Highly recommend them!

I found this dog boarding when my usual spot was unexpectedly full, and what a wonderful bit of luck! Kathryn (and her team, Ray and Kevin) treated my dog like she was one of her own. Her knowledge and understanding of how to treat dogs was quite compassionate and effective. When I dropped my dog off, Kathryn spent over 45 minutes carefully answering every question I had, with evidence-based explanations. I was worried about how my dog would interact with the other dogs there, but Kathryn sent me pictures (many times during each day of my dog’s visit) of my dog happily playing with the others, which put my mind at ease and allowed me to enjoy my vacation. My dog had a wonderful time there, and came home very happy. This is now my go-to boarding facility for my doggy, and I am confident you will be happy there too. Great place to take your extended family. It’s legit because you have to ensure the dogs are up to date on vaccinations just like pets smart hotel. Which means your dogs are safe and sound. They give you picture updates via text as well. It’s local in my area which is a plus! Give this place a shot you won’t regret it ! Just fyi - a mandatory day care boarding is required for future stays.
I can't say enough good things about Venturing Pack Dog Services and the great care they give to the pups in their care. We have brought our puppy Herbie to Kathryn several times and even in emergencies and her and the team have done a fantastic job of caring for him and making sure he is happy and safe. We wouldn't leave our dog with anyone else. This isn't a place where you drop off your dog and wonder who they are spending time with. Kathryn has an abundance of experience working with dogs and it comes through in the love she gives them, they are family to her, and we love getting the photos of him having the best time! I’m so grateful for Kathryn and the Venturing Pack team. I began searching for a dog boarder to watch my corgi while I was out of the country. My corgi, Juju, is VERY energetic so I didn’t want her locked up in a cage in a cement room all day (like many boarders). I was so excited to find Venturing Pack! For the most part, the dogs are able to roam about the house during the day and have a ton of playtime outside in the backyard and actually go on walks every day on a nearby hiking trail. Already, I was impressed, but I knew that Venturing Pack was truly a godsend upon meeting Kathryn. Juju is pretty shy but Kathryn handled her like the pro she is and Juju warmed up to her in two minutes! While I was away, Kathryn sent me pictures multiple times a day and Juj was always having a blast! If you want your dog to be truly loved and cared for while you’re away, then this is the place for you.
I’m so grateful to have found Kathryn and Ray! I travel into the Moreno Valley area every few months, this trip was unplanned so I had no where to board my Louis, until I located Venturing Pack dog services. I felt very comfortable knowing he was in good care and received pictures throughout his stay. I will definitely use their service again so Louis can see his new friends🐾
I know when you pull up to her daycare it doesn't look like your typical dog daycare. It is a house daycare for your dogs. Kathryn has her own pack that she has to protect and she will evaluate your dogs before accepting overnight boarding. It is a relief knowing someone who knows how to actually take care of dogs and honestly her evaluations are fair. I wouldn't want a biting dog around my dogs either so I really do trust her judgment. Your dogs will be happy to have a friendly pack for days and that's exactly what happened. I left my dogs there for 4 days and they're happy and well exercised! She will take photos of them every couple of hours or so and it will give you instant peace of mind which is the best. This setup is so much better than those 20 kennel daycare because your dogs will be running around freely in a house with backyard just like yours.
I have been with Kathy for a week and this weekend was my first weekend boarding and she took excellent care of my baby and sent me pictures through his stay. I am so pleased with her she made my baby feel comfortable and me as well she is the best
Kathryn is amazing with Gizmo. We have boarded him several times with her. This last one he was there for 5 days. She takes him on walks send txt messages through out the day and gizmo loves playing with his friends. He received a bath before I picked him up. She and her team are amazing and I highly recommend her services. I don't leave Gizmo with hardly anyone.
I recommend Kristy 10000%!!! My pup doesn’t do well with boarding so I opted to have him stay home and have Kristy come in a few times a day for feeding, walking etc. She kept me updated with messages & photos the whole week. He doesn’t do well with strangers but he loved her. Thank you Kristy!!!
I needed a pet sitter last minuet and thankfully Kristy had an opening when I needed it. She came referred from a friend but her reviews speak for themselves. I have a 6 month old puppy and she'd never stayed anywhere else, needless to say I was nervous. We met Kristy beforehand and I saw how well she ran things, I was super content in leaving our furbaby. She had great communication, gave me updates if I needed them and the best part my puppy got the socialization she needed. Kristy is the best dog sitter you can find. There is no one as caring and hands-on as she is. We had her take care of our shy girl for 3 days and everything was perfect. Kristy has been my number-one dog sitter for at least 10 years. She has many years of experience, and I feel like I am leaving my pets in my own care when I have her come to stay while I go away. All of my animals love her. Her attention to each one of them is outstanding. She is good at delivering medications and doing everything that needs to be done. She has excellent skill in taking care of senior dogs and fragile baby animals as well. I have been very blessed to have found Kristy, and I know that God is with her when she takes care of my animals.

Prior to the trip, we met up with Kristy which helped ease any nerves. She answered all of my questions & I filled out a form that she provided to ensure that Hachi would receive all the proper care. Kristy sent daily videos/photos of him - making fur friends, going on dog walks & hanging out in the big backyard! It was so comforting to know how much Hachi enjoyed his stay. My 3 dogs have been staying here for the past several years when I go out of town. We love it.
I’m not one to write reviews, however, I feel this one is necessary!! My sweet Cooper has been going to Coventry for the past 3 months, since he was 5 months old. My previous dog also went to Coventry for about a year until he passed and my sweet kitty was boarded there while I was on vacation. It gives me peace of mind knowing that Cooper is having SO much fun with his friends and learning and developing his puppy brain, as well as in the best care with the best staff! When we drive to “school” (Coventry), he gets SO excited you can see it in his face in the first pic! The environment is clean, positive, and very friendly! There’s also fun activities Cooper participated in such as the Olympics, varsity swim team, doodle day, and bingo! I recommend all my friends to Coventry and to really take advantage of their daycare punch card!! They also do the best job with grooming!! Overall, Coventry is a very professional and as I’ve mentioned friendly environment, I cannot recommend them enough!!
We have been taking our kids to Coventry Pet Resort for the past decade for boarding, grooming and daycare services. The service is top notch and all our dogs love going, especially to daycare where they play all day with their friends. Ryan and all the staff are always so friendly and you can tell they love animals which makes me feel very comfortable leaving my loved ones at Coventry. Murphy has been coming here for the past 8 years and absolutely loves doggy daycare. Doggy Olympics was one of his favorite events and he won a gold medal. The staff is super friendly and they carry tons of high quality food and treats for the dogs. Highly recommend!!!
We had a last min change of plans from a trip booked to the Grand canyon to death valley due to bad weather! This place was perfect for our quick change! It's $15 a night for tent camping. We had a cute spot with a pretty tree and a picnic bench. The bathrooms were nearby. They have 2 stalls and showers. The water was hot which I need! Across the street is the gas station and general store. We stopped by a few times for ice cream and souvenirs. The restaurant next door we had lunch at one day and breakfast the next. The food was great and the service too. The drive to most of the trails and death Valley were at least an hour to an hour and a half away. Make sure you have gas in your car!!! We overall had a blast and highly recommend staying here to tent camp!
Coventry Place is an amazing place for daycare and boarding! My Spicy absolutely loves it there, the staff are caring and friendly. The groomers also do a great job! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My dogs have been going to Coventry for years now and what in love is the special care my dog receives. It is the only place I trust to leave my animal knowing he will be treated as if he was home. He is so excited to see the staff daily when he is dropped off at daycare. The staff is like family and greets us by name when we walk into the door. You don’t receive service like this anymore, if you’re looking for a place for your fur baby- this is the spot!

I’ve been taking my fur babies to Coventry for over 15 years. My beautiful baby girl Racine LOVES it there. She enjoys daycare 3 days a week and is so excited to see the wonderful staff and greets them with hugs and kisses. She gets a bath and teeth brushed once a month and they always do a beautiful job. I was so happy Coventry was recommended by several of my coworkers. Everyone is so nice. I love that I can request grooming during daycare! I love that it is affordable but most of all my dog enjoys the pet resort. She goes in happy and comes out happy. It’s a safe place for my dog to run and play while I work.
Michael took care of our dog and groomed him. Let me just say this was the best grooming we have ever had. Deborah the business owner is so kind and they literally are there to take care of the dogs all the time. Wish if I can give more than 5 stars for this wonderful service ♥️
If you need a place to board your pup, this is it! Really great for daycare or for longer stays. They have lots of trainers constantly present to facilitate good play, they send home a report card every day so you know how your dog did, along with several high quality pictures of your dog’s interactions. They also have cameras you can tune into at any point to check in. They will definitely leave you with happy dog!
It's expensive but you 100% get what you pay for. Amazing staff, friendly and communicative. I have a nervous dog so I'm usually worried to leave her in a kennel during holiday travels, however this place made me feel really good about it. Daily report cards are awesome and seriously gave me peace of mind. Would recommend
This was our first time taking Sage to a day camp. We were a bit nervous at first not knowing how she would do. After dropping her off we loved the idea of being able to see how she was doing on live cameras. Definitely will be taking her back here! Very pleased with the staff with how patient they are working with our girl making her feel comfortable. They also have a great selection of bakery treats for your pup! All the people who work there are very good with dogs, including Andi who trained with Caesar Milan. They have flexible hours, indoor and several secure outdoor play areas with cameras so you can check in and watch your dog playing, divisions by dog size and temperament, several obedience training classes, and optional meals and treats. They take your dogs out to play and don't charge you extra for it! Once they overcharged me by accident and when I asked them about it, they were really nice and took care of it on the spot. Top notch! Highly recommend.

Val from Happy Dog Resort did an AMAZING JOB! My partner and I are overjoyed with how our girl looks. She’s ready for the holidays. Happy Dog also has a Glamping option. Lily got to play with her friends and groomed after. I’ve been going to Happy Dog Resort for over a year and they are the best location in Redlands.

Love this place! Milo loves it! Never seen him so tired before! Like they say, a tired dog is a happy dog. They have everything here in order to make your dog as comfortable as can be. Highly recommend!
It is as real as its name “Happy Dog”, my dog Bruno is always looking forward coming to this place. There isn’t any day that he didn’t ask to come here. For my boy, Bruno, this place is like “Disneyland”. He was so sad when he didn’t visit this place for a week and it broke my heart. Our little guy had a ton of fun his first day at doggy day camp! ⛺️ we didn’t know how he’d do being left but the Happy Dog employees did great with him. They sent photos of his day so we could see him enjoying himself. They even groomed him so he came home smelling sweet. Will definitely be using them again 🤗 …
Gennifer is an incredible groomer and pet sitter! She grooms many of my puppies after they go to their new families and also has them come stay at her home when their parents go out of town. She loves animals and considers them all part of her family. Her home and yard are clean and kept sanitary. Genn is very organized and thorough with contracts and paperwork and she sends photos and updates about how your fur kid is doing while you’re gone! Gennifer’s services are priceless!
I recently moved to CA and needed someone to watch my two dogs for a few days while out of town. I'm very paranoid about leaving my babies with people I don't know because they are my family and also, weimaraners are unique and not all people understand their needs/behaviors. The moment Gen walked into my house for a meet and greet, I knew she would be the perfect fit. She kept me well informed of how my dogs were doing and sent me pics and videos. I had zero concerns the whole time I was away and new my babies were being treated with love. I will most certainly be using her again and highly recommend her to anyone needing an amazing/loving/trusting pet sitter!
Gennifer does such a wonderful job grooming my Shih Tzu. My dog looks so cute and Gennifer makes us all feel so comfortable. We recently left our one year old Golden Doodle Malibu for the first time with Gen B’s Happy Paws.I interviewed several people before deciding on Gen B’s Happy Paws.I could tell by the daily videos and photos that Malibu was having fun with the other dogs and was well cared for. What a blessing not to worry about her on our vacation! We have already booked with her for our next trip!
We recently met and booked Gennifer for service when we planned to be out of town with family. We were hesitant in finding the right match for our needs: in-home sitter, large breed dogs, elderly dog + medication needs, and very attached — needing lots of attention. After first meeting Gennifer, I knew she was perfect because she came more well prepared for our meet and greet than I was. She asked questions that I wouldn’t have even thought of. She’s extremely thorough, so I knew she was going to take the best care of them (specifically the way we would want). Gennifer is even careful enough to ask how we normally feed/do things, so she kept things as familiar/routine as possible. We opted for 2 (1-hour) visits each day. Every visit, I had constant contact with Gennifer along with video updates, photos and updates on their appetite, mood, etc.! When it got colder, she even started putting Pinto’s jacket on for the nights. It was sad knowing they were alone during the long days/nights, but I knew they were so well loved, played with, and cared for every time she visited. I HIGHLY recommend Gennifer for all your pet services! We will be using her, exclusively from now on!!
Gennifer is absolutely the best pet sitter you could ask for. She cares for your dogs like they were her own. Actually her motto is ‘Where pets are family’. She spends quality time with them and is very conscientious about their safety and whatever they might need at any given time. My little fur baby absolutely adores her. I trust her implicitly. Gen took care of our French Bulldog while we were on vacation. She came very highly recommended by a trusted friend. We couldn't be happier with how she lovingly cared for our cherished pup. Gen kept us up-to-date and sent videos and photos every day. We wouldn't even think about taking him anywhere else. As everyone knows, it's virtually impossible to find someone you can trust with your pet at a reasonable price, and when you do, it's a true blessing. Gen will be our go-to every time!
