Pet Sitters in Morfa

From the moment we met Sheila and Gareth we knew that our 2 cocker spaniels, Josh and Oscar, would be in capable hands and we left the next morning for our holiday knowing that we didn’t have to worry about them. Sheila kept us up to date with details and photographs of walks and quiet time ( dogs snuggled up with Gareth on sofas or beds ! ). When we returned home, our house was spotless, Gareth had mowed the back lawn and Sheila had cooked food for us. Would not hesitate in recommending Sheila and Gareth for future dog sits.

Suzanne lives local to us and was able to look after our house, Kym and Darcy at very short notice. The dogs warmed to her straight away and we would certainly invite Suzanne back for further sits and recommend her to others.

Ruth and Paul are return sitters and are always welcome as they are so reliable, kind and caring. The dogs love them so much and were so excited to see them again. Ruth and Paul follow all our rules and look after everything so well - the house is clean and tidy and they go above and beyond in their care of the animals, the garden and the house. Thanks so much guys - you make our holidays a relaxing experience and we are very grateful xx

Susan took care of our two deaf, elderly cats for two weeks in December. She was happy to give them their twice-daily medications, cater to their whims at very early hours in the morning, and give them plenty of attention while we were gone. We appreciated Susan's frequent updates - she sent pictures of our boys daily and kept us informed about their activities. She also answered questions we had about our mail and sent us pictures of mailings when we requested it. As this was her first sit, she asked lots of great questions about our expectations and wishes, and was happy to oblige. In addition to being a conscientious cat and house sitter, Susan was a lot of fun to visit with and we truly enjoyed getting to know her! We were glad that we had Susan sit for our cats and would have her back in the future. We never worried about anything while we were away, and when our vacation eventually ended, we were happy to come home to fresh flowers and two happy cats!

It was great to have Richard back to take care of Monti for a longer stint so we could enjoy a stress free honeymoon. As per our previous review, Richard took great care of Monti, was very communicative & left the house immaculate. Highly recommended

We can't say enough positive about Gavin, and his son Gus. Super conscientious, pleasant and lovely, committed to do the best sit they can. The dogs love them (this is the second time they have sat), looked after so well with lots of walks, cuddles and ball playing (very important for Roo :-)). The cherry on the cake is they left the house immaculate and also were extremely flexible with times, as we had a couple of things change both ends of our travels. Thank you Gavin and Gus, you are welcome to sit anytime.

Heather and Tom returned to our house in order, this time, to look after just Rory. It was lovely to see them again and to catch up a little. Rory was immediately chatty and completely at ease in their presence. I like to think he recognised their sensitive and gentle ways, knowing he was safe and would be much loved and entertained. I too felt totally happy and reassured that Heather and Tom would instinctively know how to handle Rory and allow him to bond in his own time. Indeed, within the hour before I left, he was playing and wallowing in their attention and affection. When I returned 48 hours later (they had left a short time before) he was utterly settled and contented. Heather and Tom are superb sitters. They made a very long and tedious journey to help me out and suffered the inevitable traffic hold-ups that typify a hot Bank Holiday drive. Everything was immaculate when I got back. They had taken on the job of watering my plant pots as well as taking care of domestic tasks so I had a lazy evening. I recommend them highly as house and pet sitters and hope they will be able to manage other oportunities to come my way!

Joe was absolutely amazing. He stepped in at 24 hours notice in an emergency situation when our active sitter could not continue. He rose to the challenge of looking after our very bitey, teething puppy and helped with his training. He took excellent care of our very senior dog who was poorly during the sit. Joe is excellent with animals, very confident and capable but also very compassionate. Our puppy was clearly very sad to say goodbye to him and kept looking for him. We would welcome Joe back in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to take great care of your home and pet family.

Stuart and Caroline were excellent. The house was left spotless and tidy, our dogs were happy. We would be very pleased to have them stay anytime. Highly recommended.

Kim was a wonderful sitter for my timid cat, Allie. She has a magic touch with animals that allowed me to relax and not worry during my vacation, knowing that Allie was being well cared-for, and that she was out from under the bed! Kim took great care of my apartment, too, and she was thoughtful with her daily communication and pictures. I will welcome her back anytime!

Hector and Laura were absolutely great and I would highly recommend them for sitting. Sadly, one of our cats, Minou, died during the week they were with us (she had already gone to the vets before they arrived, however), and both were so kind and sweet in supporting that situation. They took great care of Hank and Sabine and left our home beautifully clean and tidy during their stay. We’d love to have them back any time again. Thank you!

Lisa was extremely reassuring and kept us updated with photos and messages throughout our holiday. She left our home spotless and we couldn’t recommend her enough. We came home to a happy, content and healthy pup, it was clear to see that she had taken great care of our pup and that she loves animals. She was a great communicator, a kind person and trustworthy. We will definitely be using Lisa again :)
