Vincent took very good care of Lucy and left the house tidy. Unfortunately we had some issues with the app and weren’t able to schedule a pre-meeting, which would have been extremely important since Lucy is a very scared dog and requires a bit of patience and trust building. Other than that his reports were detailed.

Helen was great. When we got home Sugar was as happy as can be. Helen communicated during her stay and the house was clean and organized when we got in. She made sure Sugar was okay during the fireworks and with an issue we had with a beeping alarm. I also appreciated that she asked specific questions ahead of time to make sure we covered all the details.

Maryjo and Jon were great sitters! They took really good care of all of our pets and the house. They were communicative and reliable. We would welcome them back anytime!

Marina and James were excellent home/pet sitters. I think the cats missed them when they were gone! (My feelings were a little hurt.) Apartment was clean and tidy, everything in place. I would welcome them back any time and highly recommend their help.

Adriana sat for us while we were away for our wedding and mini-moon. She lives nearby, so it was great to have her come by beforehand to meet the cats and do a runthrough. It was a relief to not have to worry about communications while we were busy with the wedding. She seemed to quickly forge a good bond with our cats, and sent us pics when we requested them. She was also happy to stay an extra night when we decided to extend our trip due to an unforeseen circumstance, which was greatly appreciated. We came back to a clean home, happy cats, and well-tended plants!

Magda was organized, quick to reply to messages, and accommodating with plans. She arrived early so that we could spend time providing details of the sit and so that our dog Myers could see us with her. She was very self-sufficient during the stay and left the house neat and tidy. I'd recommend Magda and would use her to sit Myers again.

It was a pleasure working with Todd, and having him care for our house and cats. We met before the trip on a WhatsApp call and all of our questions were addressed. He was very communicative during our trip and sent updates and pictures frequently. I think, maybe, the cats were sad to see him go. They were relaxed and happy when we got home and the house was in perfect condition. My wife and I highly recommend him. He is a lovely human being.

Julie-Anne and Ian arrived early for the sit as arranged to allow for us to meet and have handover time with Roxy. Right from the moment they arrived I felt at ease because of their friendliness and loving connection with Roxy. She is 15 and sometimes gets a bit anxious these days. However she soon settled in with them and was happily snuggling with Julie-Anne on the lounge when I left. Both Julie-Anne and Ian were very relaxed, easy going and helpful which made setting out on my trip a pleasure, knowing Roxy was so well cared for. 
On my return, everything was clean and tidy and Roxy was very content. 
I have no hesitation in recommending Julie-Anne and Ian as house and pet sitters and look forward to having them back to look after Roxy again soon 😊
