Cat Sitters in Mornington Peninsula

I had a good feeling about Rita after calling her about sitting for my cats. She spoke so lovingly of her own pets and passed pets and asked lots of questions, particularly enquiring about rules so as to not disrupt any behaviour training already set for them. She sent lovely photos and videos regularly and was a great comfort to my cats in my month-long absence. The house was clean and tidy and everything in its right place. She is direct and clear in her communications. I would recommend her to anyone.

Uma was our first sitter, and we were obviously nervous about someone staying in our house with our dog. We asked her to come a day early so that we could get to know her and explain about how to work with our dog and handle things in the house. She was happy to oblige us and what a wonderful sitter, and person, she ended up being. Our dog loved her, as did we, and we cannot more highly recommend her to anyone looking for a competent and personal sitter.

It was an absolute joy to have Gordon sit for us and look after our two cats! From the start he was considerate and conscientious, and during the sit made sure we had regular updates with photos and videos which meant we were confident that our boys were in good hands and we had nothing to worry about while we were away. When we returned the cats were very relaxed and happy and seemed to be big fans of Gordon, and the flat was in a wonderful state, clean, and with everything where it should be. We would definitely have Gordon sit for us again and cannot recommend him enough!

Joanna was awesome! Kind, thoughtful, energetic & such a positive person. She was flexible with the dates when we had to change our trip & bonded immediately with Frankie. Joanna sent us regular updates & photos, we returned to a very relaxed pup & a house that was clean & tidy

Alice was the perfect sitter, calm and responsible and she looked after our cat and kitten beautifully! It was a pleasure to meet her and to go away feeling completely relaxed about our home.

Alina and Tomas are excellent dog and house sitters. We were so lucky to have them looking after our border collie and house while we were overseas. Aline and Tomas are genuinely interested in and caring for our dog. They also looked after our house and garden. We loved that they prepared some food for us when we got home and also thoughtfully bought a little gift for our dog. We would welcome them back to our place any time.

Charlotte and her sister Olivia were exceptional sitters. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Our little Pablo who is still a puppy adored them and they obliged me by doing extra days. I highly recommend them and hope that our paths will cross again.

Brooke and Alex were amazing. They were very communicative and from day one interested to learn how to sit Monty. They did a great job taking care of Monty as we were away for more than 2 weeks and sent us regular updates and made sure he stick to his diet and exercise routine even on rainy days. We definitely recommend them as a reliable and trustworthy couple. They also left our home clean and tidy ❤️ which is something we do really appreciate! Always welcome again to our home 🙏🏻

Ailbhe was a total delight as a pet sitter. So kind and patient with the dogs. Excellent communication about the pet sit and she came over a week before to do a meet and greet and learn the dogs routines. The dogs absolutely loved her and the house was so clean when she left. She also watered the plants through hot days and looked after the fish. I hope we can have her back.

Jinwoong was new to New Zealand and so we took a while to finalise the booking, but everything went well for the sit and he was very caring to Ida Dog, sending me regular updates for the weekend.

When I chose Kathryn as my house sitter I couldn’t have made a better choice. We were compatible from the first connection by email. It was as if we had known each other for years. I had no qualms about Kathryn looking after my cat Pepe while I was away. Pepe was obviously very happy too, judging by his reaction to me when I returned. There were a few problems with the internet but Kathryn with the help of a neighbour got them sorted. Kathryn stayed with me for a few days before and after the house sit and we have exchanged emails since. I have a new friend. I would not hesitate to recommend Kathryn to anyone who was considering her as a house sitter.
