Our first house and petsitting experience in Susan's and David's lovely home and garden in Harpenden surpassed all our expectations! The communications with Susan was very smooth and reliable and everything about the house and pets was readily explained in our guide or through direct contact. We loved the company of all the pets, cuddling and friendly cats Ninja and Steve, little sleepy hamster Twix and the one chicken Misty + fish. Susan generously let us borrow their bikes so we could explore the area on wheels. It was a privilige to be your house gards and we hope to stay in touch in the future. Love Anna and Wilmer
Absolute 5 star sit. Lawrence and Gilly were completely brilliant from start to finish, excellent communication, and they welcomed us the night before they left to show us around. The house is so amazing, you won't find a better one on THS. Olive and Oti are the most beautiful affectionate dogs, we completely fell in love with them, and were very sad to say goodbye. Can't recommend this sit enough, do yourself a favour and apply to look after Olive and Oti in Romsey!

Sweet Bentley was a doll baby. He’s quite the senior gentleman. I enjoyed my time with him ❤️. He needs a diaper wrap changed occasionally/ it’s not a big deal. The cats are totally self service! Their water fountain and programmed feeder keep them happy. The pool was great between thunderstorms. You could get by without a car with easy grocery and restaurant deliveries! I rented a car since I was there a week. Jason and Greg had me over pre sit to go over things and that helped things go very smoothly;)
This sit at Nick, Penny and Sassy’s home was 5* all round. When we arrived we were given a detailed tour of their large, modern bungalow which was extremely clean and well maintained and tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac with a pretty, private garden to relax in. We slept in a large bedroom with en-suite facilities. Sassy is a lovely cuddly Burmese cat, easy to look after and enjoys her tummy tickled. We walked into Wareham centre a couple of times - a c.15 min walk which has access to a Sainsburys, various eateries etc., There is a bus stop within a moments walk with services to Corfe Castle, Swanage, Weymouth etc (timetable may be seasonal). The Blue Pool with resident peacock/hens was within a short drive for a woodland wander. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Monkey World also closeby. All in all probably our favourite sit. We would be delighted to return some day.
