Cat Sitters in Mount Bures

Sabrina looked after my two cats and house for a week and was absolutely fantastic. She is very self-reliant and just arrived and got on with everything. One of my cats is quite needy and she took that completely in her stride. The house was left immaculately clean and tidy. If Sabrina is available for future sits I would be really delighted and would thoroughly recommend her. Thank you, Sabrina!

This was the third time that Pauline has sat for us and that in itself speaks volumes . This was also the longest sit at nearly 3 weeks and we had no doubt that our home and Suki our TT would be in safe hands . From the outset, it was clear that Suki had not forgotten Pauline . Suki’s greeting was very enthusiastic and we just knew that all would be well . As normal, our home was spotless on our return and Suki had benefited from spending time with Pauline and learnt new training commands . Needless to say we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Pauline and plan to ask her to sit again .

After getting let down at the 11th hour by a confirmed sitter, I reached out to Ian and Tracey who had saved my sit previously to see if they could help. Tracey responded very quickly and following a call the next day, we were able to confirm that she would do the sit alone. Tracey was extremely organised and communicative throughout and arrived first thing in the morning to ensure that the cats were not on their own for too long. She sent regular updates about the cats and the fact that they were more focused on getting in the garden when we returned home rather than having a fuss was a sign that they were very relaxed. We arrived back to a spotless house and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea after our journey. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Tracey on this occasion however I hope in the future that she and Ian can be tempted to sit for us again. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey to look after your home and pets.

Will and Leah were great pet sitters. Their communication was excellent before and during the sit. They sent photos and messages to keep us up to date on how our dog was going. And they left the house in the same condition as we left it. We would recommend and welcome them back anytime 🙂

Eleanor was just the best sitter and the loveliest person! A very interesting and intelligent woman, I would have happily chatted with her all night! (I’m quite a shy, solitary person so that says a lot about her warmth) It was all very last minute as Peggy was due to go and stay with a friend but she had an accident and had to have an operation so I thought it was better she stayed at home. Eleanor looked after her beautifully, followed all instructions diligently including giving medication. Peggy was very taken with her, Fiesta too who apparently brought her a delightful present of a mouse! (A good sign whether you like it or not!) Eleanor is the perfect balance of sensible, practical, caring and affectionate with the animals. She even comforted them both during a storm. The house was spotless and all the laundry done. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her wholeheartedly. Eleanor I so enjoyed meeting you and I hope you’ll come again. Thank you from all of us x

Really can't thank Michelle enough. I felt very confident leaving my cat Lola in her care. I received daily updates and photos so I felt relaxed while away. Michelle took care of my home too, so would definitely recommend.

I've lost count of how many times Heather has sit for us... Our cats adore her and we are so relaxed knowing she is looking after them. She's very attentive to their schedules and personalities, and sends lots of fun updates throughout her stay. Plus she's very thoughtful and always leaves the house so clean. If you are lucky enough to secure her as a sitter, you will not be disappointed!

Thanks for a great sit. Alison and Tom communicated excellently from the outset and throughout the sit, sending regular photos of Dillon and Sassy. They arrived on time and listened attentively while I showed them around and explained the minor details of the pets' daily lives. I arrived home after they'd left to a very clean and tidy house and two extremely happy pets. Everything was as I'd hoped for including all the washing done and hung up to dry. They are big animal lovers who demonstrated complete respect for my home and my pets. A very satisfied pet owner.

Madeline and Roy are such a lovely couple. We felt very comfortable being away, knowing they were taking care of our cats and staying in our home. The house was super clean on return and cats were content. They sent us photos every now and then too. Communication was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend them at all. Ally, Jo and Lily took amazing care of our puppies and our home. The puppies were well looked after and loved. The house was clean and tidy on return and we were kept in touch while we were away. They are lovely! House was immaculate, pets hadn't missed us at all. I actually think that Monty thinks they are better pet-parents than we are... Everything ship-shape and a couple of photos throughout the holiday showed us all the pets having the time of their lives. Can't beat it.

Fabulous - in every way. Super organised and clear in all of our communications pre the sit and then absolutely wonderful when here. We returned to a beautiful clean and organised house and very happy pets. Thankyou Marisa and Stephen for looking after our pets and house so well for us. We will definitely be in touch next time we’re heading away.

We are glad that we chose Geriant to sit our cats. He was attentive to them, used to send us wonderful pictures of our cats every day and updating on them daily - smooth and efficient communication. Geriant left the house clean and even planted some mint in our patio. Great surprise! We also met him in person a day before and our son loved Geriant. He bonded quickly also with our cats, gaining their trust on the first day. I would definitely invite him to pet sit again.

Another "purrfect" sit by Catherine, who is now known as Neos holiday mum! Catherine has sat for us on a number of occasions as is like part of the family. Neo clearly adores her, and loves having her to stay, and it is comforting for us knowing he is in safe hands. A big thank you once again Cat, and see you soon!

Kat is literally the most perfect catsitter I have had. She is a total cat lover and my 2 babies were in the best hands. She gives them a lot of time and attention and they love her. She sent regular messages and pictures and kept me up to date with everything. She has tons of experience with cats and animals. I would recommend Kat without hesitation. She actually did a few sits for me when I needed to go away again and she has become a dear friend now.

Fiona and Callum came for 6 nights and looked after our 2 dogs, our cat and the chickens. Fiona kept us updated while we were away and I didn't worry about anything while we were gone. On our return all the animals seemed very happy and content, I don't think they'd missed us at all! The dogs looked very dapper as Fiona and Callum had given them a brush and the house was cleaner than when we left it. I would love to have them sit again in the future and would recommend them as 5 star sitters!
