We are truly thankful to Chris & Gordana for the amazing love and care they showered on our fur babies Boo and Ellie whilst we were away on holiday. Our longest sit so far with a 3 week vacation, we were initially a little anxious to even advertise the sit, but after our initial conversation on Skype ( despite some technical difficulties with sound) we had absolutely no hesitation that Boo & Ellie would be safe and loved by them. Their genuine warmth, kindness & affection for the doggies was portrayed from the very first point of real contact upon arrival at home, and then too ofcourse during the sit ( we had daily pictures and videos to wake up to each day of them being loved, cuddled, massaged, groomed and even some further training with them, which was over and beyond what we would expect, so truly such an absolute delight, when one is miles away). On their last night with the doggies, they chose to sit for a long while with the doggies to bid farewell, which was so touching & heartfelt. Chris & Gordana took great care of the house too, attending to any matters that came up in a proactive manner and leaving us nothing to deal with remotely which was a huge plus for us as well. We are grateful and appreciative to Chris & Gordana, and do hope they have an opportunity to return to Boo & Ellie again one day. After they left, I could tell the doggies missed them loads, for they repeatedly kept coming up to me, as if to ask me to find them from wherever they maybe hiding! They leave as lifelong friends who we will always cherish and will always be welcome in our home no matter where in the world we maybe.
Our pup was in great hands with Rebecca! She was so easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and left the house clean and tidy when she left. We will definitely have her back!
Gail and John are two amazing people. They are extremely attentive and helpful. I thank them for giving me very detailed instruction and for letting me know about the different care of the cats. Excellent willingness to communicate before, during, and after the sit. It is truly an excellent experience and is highly recommended. Regarding the pets, Gail and John have 3 beautiful lions that have made my day every day during my stay. Effie, the youngest cat, is very reliable and friendly, but at the same time, a wild spirit. When you're not paying attention, she can be chasing a little mouse in my neighbors' gardens. She also loves to play hide and seek. When you try to look for her, she will hide until she is found, but after some belly cuddles, she will let you catch her. Orio is a lovely cat and very companionable. He loves to ask for cuddles and attention. She usually always asks for cuddles when you are working at home or tries to sleep on top of you. Zuco, the orange cat, is a bit shy at first, but when he gains confidence, he is the sweetest cat I have ever met. He loves food and cuddles. He is the quietest of the three and always appears when you call him. Gail, John and their cats are a really amazing family, as my first experience as a sitter they made me feel very comfortable. I hope to come back to see them again to enjoy a tea with them and their wonderful lions.

This place was amazing. I honestly couldn't recommend them more. I have a 12 year old Sammy who is diabetic, has some separation anxiety, and his back legs are failing. Needless to say, I am super conscious of where I leave him. After not such a great experience somewhere else, I left my dog at Breezy Acres for 5 nights. The owner and her daughter made me feel so comfortable leaving Quincy, and even showed me where he'd be sleeping. They even put a rug in his kennel so he wouldn't struggle so much getting up. He got all his meds and treats and they didn't charge me anything extra like every other place. When I picked him up, he was super happy and the owners were so kind. Couldn't recommend this place enough, I will definitely be using them for all my boarding in the future. Thanks so much for taking care of Q for me ♥️.
My dog is my retired working dog so I get extremely worried about her separation anxiety and trying to socialize. However, whenever I bring my dog here (June) I have an immediate sense of security. Her tail doesn’t stop wagging from when we pull in for drop off and when we pick her up. This place is an absolute God send. I can email them just to check up and they send me updates/pictures. They also work with me with scheduling drop off. I love this place and your baby will to!
We have used them for quite a few years for our 2 dogs. This past week has been exceptional and Wes and staff are absolutely amazing. Our dog had an emergency and he did not hesitate to take him to the vet for us, took him back and gave him the extra medical attention needed. Always will recommend them to everyone!

This is our favorite place for our girl, Molly! Her tail literally goes in a circle once we pull in and the owners always listen intently to our specific instructions. The land is gorgeous and I feel absolutely comfortable with them caring for her during our long-term trips.

Nice people, but horrible experience. My dog came home smelling like urine with diarrhea in the fur. Not a huge deal but I was never informed— I would have paid for a bath. Instead I’m not sure how long it was sitting on the skin… But the worst part is my small dog came home with kennel cough despite vax. She wasn’t even out with other dogs, which likely just means poor sanitation practices… We won’t be back.
I have taken my 2 small dogs there 3 times. So far we have had very good experiences. I like that it is a family business and they live on-site. This last time my dogs seemed happy to be back there, which made me feel much better.
My Labrador boarded here for two weeks and I was very satisfied with the service provided by this kennel. They took her out for a walk, per my request, and even sent me photo updates. The owner was very kind and thorough. I will definitely be sending my girl here for future stays!
Took our bulldog Butters and our Chihuahua to get groomed. Went to pick them up and they acted like they didn't want to leave! Service included de-shedding, bathing, ear cleaning and nail trim. The ladies took extra time to trim our Chihuahua's hair and wipe our bulldog's rolls and paws with medicated wipes for yeast, everyone went out of their way to say hi, even when they were outside on their brake. We will be using them as our regular groomer and I even scheduled my neighbor to have their dog groomed next week!
Our experiences with Chelsea’s have been nothing short of outstanding. We found them through Bulletproof when our boy went through the 15 day training program. He was so happy we knew we found a place we can trust to kennel him when the need arises. Last time I dropped him off, he trotted back to the kennels & didn’t even look back (I’ll miss you too, Bubba). We also leave our cat with them and he is equally well cared for and happy. We live in West Chester & drive past 5 other kennels that I know of to get our very loved boys to Chelsea’s. We proudly & confidently recommend them to everyone. This is a picture that they took during a recent stay. This is just one example of how they love the pets in their care AND the families they are part of.
I took my labordoodle here to be groomed . I picked her up and when I got home I noticed her hair was uneven all over. I asked them to leave her face and top of her head fluffy. But her face was short and chopped unevenly. Even her paws where uneven. I could have given her this cut myself

My dog went here for just a week. We come to pick her up and they found her all bloody. They also lied about her having “happy tail” which with a vet visit we found was not the case. We took her to the vet straight away and she had a broken tail (that we thought was going to be amputated.) She could barely move for a few days and had to wear a cone. Now she has a permanent crooked tail. Awful.
We have had both our sheepadoodle and goldendoodle groomed there and have had nothing but great service and excellent grooming! They are very nice, patient and loving towards the dogs. They were also great with us in discussing what grooming we wanted, hair length and cutting method. Having high maintenance coat puppers, we know the time and energy their grooming requires and the price tag that goes along with that so we were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable their prices are. We would highly recommend them and are very happy to have found our new groomer!!!
Very nice workers. Very reasonable pricing. they allow both of our dogs to sleep in same kennel and we love that. We drive from Burlington Ky. We love East side Kennels.
Highly recommend. My two dogs were able to share a kennel and keep each other company while also beating the price of nearby competition. Drop off was easy but pick up was where I realized that the individuals working here love what they do and we had chosen the right place. All I had to do was say my dogs names and they knew who they were and they gladly spoke with me about how they enjoyed my babies; mentioning very specific characteristics of their personalities which was impressive considering the amount of dogs they had at the time. All staff I encountered was happy, friendly, and warm. I highly recommend Chelsea's and I'm so happy to know that there is a good place for my animals the next time we are away!
I am SO lucky I found such amazing people. Chelsea’s bed and biscuit has been outstanding from the moment I met them! As pet owners we have very high expectations for our fur babies, and the staff goes above and beyond those expectations. I have never felt more comfortable leaving my dog anywhere than I do with them. I have been able to walk around the facility at least once or twice a week for the past 5-7 months and it is always cleaned and tidy. They have a staff full of people who are working there because they love your pets!! These people have become more than “a place I take my dog while I am at work”. They have become friends! They will always go out of their way to make sure your pet is taken care of. I have seen them lay on the ground with pets who were scared because of the storm... SERIOUSLY! They take care of my dog better than anyone else I have ever gone to. I will continue to tell everyone I know how amazing they are!!
Very wonderful grooming services. Staff is always incredibly friendly and ready to help me get my dogs in and out of the car when I come. They usually get me right in for an appointment and always have the dogs done on time and smelling and looking beautiful. If you haven't tried their grooming services, you should!
We swore we would never board our dogs but got desperate and someone working in our home so highly recommended Buddy's. Have to admit I was very nervous but we have been totally happy with Buddy's. Our girls come home happy and exhausted and we feel at ease that they are in a safe environment.
Our dog goes to Buddy Boarding 1-2 times per month for daycare. He LOVES it. He comes home exhausted and happy. I love the add ons - when we first started going, he was nervous and I could add one-on-one time. I love to see that he’s having fun so I always still add on photo updates. Hidden gem of a local place! I recently did a test day with Buddy Boardjng and my dog had a blast. They have outdoor areas for the dogs to play in, which is really rare, and they sent multiple photos and check ins even though it was just a short visit.
Really disappointed with our experience with Buddy Boarding. Our dogs both passed their temperament test and then we got a weird text the next time we kept them there after a few hours that said “____ has failed, you need to pick him up.” The communication was just odd all around from this place, and it’s a shame because we had heard good things. We then left 1 of our dogs there while we were on a trip (the one that didn’t need to be picked up) and have been dealing with that dog being very sick all this last week. Wouldn’t recommend.
Our doggies loved this Buddy Boarding!!! The car ride home was nap time because they had so much fun the whole day. I have 2 mini Aussies with a lot of energy, which takes a lot to put them out for the count. Lol
If heaven on earth for Dogs was a thing, it would be Buddy's. Our 1.5 year old Golden thinks it's the best thing ever to "go to the farm" to play with her friends all day and we love knowing (and seeing on their social media updates) that she is having the time of her life! The owners are fantastic and the staff is great! Our girl comes home with the same smile on her face every time! My only complaint is that it's so hard to get into as Cincinnati's best keep dog secret is becoming more well known!
Hands down the BEST place to board your furry companions. Our German Shepard has never been boarded or stayed at a facility other than with friends and family, she had a blast and made a bunch of new friends. We loved getting photo and video updates, and further reassured that she was in the best care. We are looking forward to dropping her off when we need it again, her face says it all 😁
They are amazing! A dogs heaven. You can feel how much the staff truly cares about your dog. They also don’t nickle & dime you and charge extra for playtime/extra love or attention. No other boarding/daycare compares to Buddy Boarding! My dog can smell BB in the car ride when we are miles away and can’t contain his excitement! You know it’s a good place when your dog doesn’t even look back to say goodbye!

My sweet little Cocoa is the most important thing to me so, of course, I only want to send him to the best which I found at PetSuites in Eastgate. I’ve taken him to 2 other daycares but they just didn’t really meet expectations. That’s not the case with PetSuites. The staff was super friendly, the facility was impressive with fun thing for all the fur friends, and the quality of their cameras were phenomenal. What really put the icing on the cake for me was that the staff interacted with the dogs. Watching my fur baby with his teachers brought me so much joy! I loved seeing this picture on his paw-gress report. We will be back!!
We absolutely love Pet Suites in Esstgate!! Our pup has so much fun there with the other dogs. This was our 2nd time boarding her there. We’d never go anywhere else!! It’s kinda pricey, but it’s completely worth the money.
Recently switched taking our Bella from a different day care to Petsuites and we have been very happy so far. No issues, she loves the water play time. Had bathing and grooming done as well and was VERY happy with that the way she looked.
The employees here are super nice! They gave our two dogs personal play time, walks, fed them exactly as we asked them. Even gave their meds as directed. Super great facility with security. They sent us “pawgress” reports with pictures . You can trust them here and definitely affordable for everything they do. We went for a tour before and the dogs loved it before they were placed while we were gone! Highly recommended.
My dog was attacked at PetSuites Eastgate when we were dropping her off for boarding. Carrie Downey the general manager would not provide any information on the dog/owner who attacked our dog or provide an incident report. Also, she would not say if the dog was banned from future boarding/daycare. They did take care of the initial vet bill. However, they are not providing any follow up vet care. After witnessing the attack and the response of staff I do not feel like they are adequately trained. This attack was totally preventable and could have easily been avoided. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LEAVING YOUR PET HERE.
We used Petsuites Eastgate for the first time this weekend for our pup, Maggie. It was her first time being boarded and we were very happy with her stay!!! Absolutely loved getting the pictures of her and her pawgress report. Very clean and adorable facility. Staff was really awesome too!
Pet Suites staff are so friendly and caring. The pets have plenty of clean spaces to play and make friends. The have grooming services and training can be added to your pet’s stay. Our two Goldendoodles love it.
Like all good pet parents, Charli is our WORLD. After a rough experience at another daycare, we were THRILLED when PetSuites Eastgate opened. It has been nothing but a 10/10 amazing experience with the facility and the staff. Dropping our baby off there feels like she's being left with family. Every employee greets her like she's theirs and I know she's in great hands. The Pawgress reports and photos are always a treat and it's great to be updated on our picky eater. This past weekend, we left Charli in their care while we got married. We asked if they could take a picture of her in a bandana on our day since she is just too young and full of energy to be with us during the ceremony. They not only did a full photoshoot, but gave us a beautiful card signed by the staff with the printed photos of Charli when we came to pick her up. Service like this is unfortunately so rare these days but we are beyond glad that this facility is where we can trust to take care of our baby. They're also super affordable and have all kinds of fun activities every month for your pets. I would recommend PetSuites Eastgate to anyone looking for a safe, clean, wonderful daycare/boarding place for their fur baby! Thank you all!
Our Golden Retriever puppy stayed with Puppywood Anderson for 4 nights and 5 days while we were on vacation and she loved it! They have cameras, so you can watch your pup play while you’re away. We had a great customer experience and will board with them again shall we ever need to!
I feel comfortable leaving my dogs here. I have used them for several years. The staff is very nice and seems to genuinely like my pets. The prices are reasonable. Located on Beechmont Ave and is not too difficult to get in and out of there.
Took my Pepper in to get groomed and Missy did an INCREDIBLE job! Pepper gets nervous easily, but Missy had a way with her and I knew I left her in good hands at drop off.
Everyone at Puppywood is helpful and kind, whether on the phone or in person. Our dog Dakota comes back happy (and exhausted 😄) from her stays at Puppywood. She loves getting a bath the day she comes home as well. Just an overall wonderful, loving pet environment! …
I honestly can not say how great this place is!!! If I could have given them 10 stars, I most certainly would have!!!! After suffering a life altering injury, they have been taking care of my Bob for close to a month!!! They truly love all of their furry friends!! They are absolutely AWESOME!!!! Everyone!!!! I can never thank them enough!!!! God bless you all!!!! I will tell everyone how great you are!!!!!
The Anderson folks are fantastic. Our dog loves going to daycare and we use them without hesitation for boarding. The customer service at Puppywood-Anderson is what we all hope we will get in a concierge service. Highly recommend.
They're were willingly too good above and beyond the call of duty for me and my dog and we were brand new customers. I will for sure use them again and My dog gives a 2 paws up rating and he's pretty picky.
Today I could tell our little pups were especially unhappy about staying home as I prepared to leave for an appointment. I was able to book a last-minute half-daycare session at Puppywood. We call it Playcare. When it’s been too cold or rainy to meet up with other dogs and play outside, if I can splurge on some extra fun-time for the puppies I take them to Puppywood. The staff there are kind and knowledgeable and have a can-do attitude about my special requests. Today they needed a couple of biscuits from the reception desk to tide them over ‘til their next meal, no problem. Thanks, Puppywood! They were very happy and tired so they took a nice nap when they got home.
Puppywood Anderson is the BEST! My dog Piper has been going to twice per week daycare for around 8 months, has been groomed with Missy twice, and boarded a couple times. We are so impressed with the care Piper has received every time. She is skiddish and anxious by nature, and she LOVES it there. She literally bounces up and down by the door when she finds out she gets to go to daycare that day.
I have been taking my dog here regularly for months for daycare and he absolutely loves it! He gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot and it is all I can do to keep him from launching out of the car while still buckled in. He is worn out and content when we come home - this has made obedience class so much more successful! We recently started using their grooming services as well and they are attentive to what I want for Ike each time. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful - Sammie is especially kind and treats Ike as if he were her own!

I absolutely LOVE this place for my pups! Bruno (Irish setter) Absolutely LOVED playing with his new friends! The staff are always so kind and caring and absolutely love the dogs! My Bruno has a whole bunch of Energy and loves to run around and get some of that out! I 100% recommend this place for daycare and boarding!
I took the free tour of the facility at Tailwaggers Doggy Daycare and I was very impressed. I can not imagine a dog not being happy during their stay here. Everybody here seems to genuinely care about all the dogs whether they are here for the day or boarded for longer. This care is obvious by how clean the entire place is! I don’t know how they can keep it so clean. They have separate play areas, inside and outside, for the small dogs and the big dogs. Plenty of room for them to romp and play! The retail store in front was well stocked and organized. From what I saw and was told, the prices are very competitive. They offer specials too, so be sure to ask about that!
Tailwaggers is the best and Ally is an amazing groomer. i cant take my dog anywhere else!
Best in the area. I trust the staff to take great care of my boy when he is at daycare. There are cameras in the large and small dog area that allow you watch your dog while you are away. My boy won a full day of fun because he won the 2021 Halloween costume contest!!
I have been taking my little Jake to Tailwaggers for the past 9 months. He loves it. Today I was called because Jake was acting erratically. I was out of town going to a very important medical appointment. Lynn, the owner, took my little guy to her vet and remained there while blood was drawn and other tests administered. When Jake stabilized, she paid the vet bill and took him back to Tailwaggers. She kept me informed every step of the way. I picked Jake up later in the day and he seemed almost normal. Never in my life I have encountered someone who was so dedicated to the dogs who go to Tailwaggers. This is a very special place. Don't hesitate taking your dog to them. They are the very, very best.
Tailwaggers is amazing. We were of course nervous at first, but after his fist day it was obvious he had the time of his life. It continues to be one of his favorite places even after 2 years of taking him here. Everyone is extremely kind, gentle, and patient. We also boarded him here and that was wonderful as well. I’m also so glad they have live webcams you can see them when you’re away! Highly recommend taking your dog(s) here. I’m sure we’ll be back soon.
Our dog Brooke got a bath, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and teeth brushed and we had a great experience!! She was a happy girl when we picked her up and she still smells amazing 2 days later! Nails and teeth look great. We will be bringing her back for her next good scrub! Thank you!
Tailwaggers is a fabulous “home away from home “ for our two fur babies! We are content that our babies are well cared for when we are away.
I absolutely love Tailwaggers in Eastgate! They treat my husky Thor like he is a part of their family. Always excited to greet him and he is exhausted when he comes home! It’s non stop play which is huge for a husky in general. Plenty of physical and mental stimulation during his stays at daycare. I have checked out competitors near by and honestly they do not compare what-so-ever. Some of them were actually depressing and felt like doggie prisons. I couldn’t run out of those locations fast enough. If you are looking for a daycare that loves your fur baby as their own, gives them the attention they deserve and want them to be worn out at the end of the day - highly highly recommend Tailwaggers!

I take my sweet energetic dog, Lily, here while I’m at work and she loves it. She loves the employees and I love watching her through the webcams while I can! The staff is super polite and helpful when I have questions. They informed me right away anytime they noticed something different about Lily. Honestly just really appreciate everyone who works here. This place is also great for getting energy out too for your dog and great if you have a social dog!
I have tried out multiple doggie daycares & boarding across the city, and Dogtown is hands down my (and my dogs) favorite place. The staff know my dog and treat him like he was their own. I can look at cameras 24/7, staff is there 24/7 therefore he can be picked up/dropped at any time, and there are no kennels! Stormy loves Anderson Dogtown
Our dog was staying at this location for his 3rd time. We left him for 7 hours. About 15 minutes after picking him up at 11 PM, we discovered this gash (pictured) on his head. It required 3 staples. We received no notice after it happened from Dogtown employees. We called the morning after, and spoke with a manager. She said he had been interacting with another dog and the dog snapped and created this gash. She said the employee who witnessed it had sent it to the employee group chat. We were not informed at any time and spent all night trying to find a pet hospital with capacity to get him in. They did not offer any sort of rectification beyond a dry apology. We will never trust them with our dog again. We would not advise anyone else to do so.
I love this place, and so does the pup Koda! He loves his groomer and she was amazing from the start. Was able to take my awful description of how I wanted his coat cut and turned it into exactly what I wanted! Koda loves it so much that for the first time ever I can tell him that's where we are going and he gets excited instead of scared 😀thanks yall
My dog loves Dogtown Anderson!! She is a small dog, but high energy and loves to play. They accommodate her personality and needs by placing her with the bigger dogs. I love that I can drop her off while I'm at work and that she gets to play. The staff at Anderson are always cheerful, they know my dog's name, and I love the transparency/security that the webcam provides. They ask for and listen to feedback via surveys which I like - they want to improve and meet customer needs. The groomer is fantastic too - so sweet and willing to groom in the manner I like! My only wish would be for a larger outdoor area, but overall this is a wonderful place for my sweet crazy Marigold. I highly recommend Dogtown Anderson!!!
We left our two beagles here when we went on vacation. By the second day, our senior boy was not eating, and acting very lethargic. They notified me immediately. They brought him to our vet, and it was determined that he was having an arthritis flare up. The staff at Dogtown Anderson gave him his meds every day, monitored his feeding, and called us to keep us informed. I can't say enough positive things about the wonderful care our beloved beagles got here.
Our dog stayed at Dogtown for 9 days and we loved being able to check on her thru the live webcams. She had so much fun. We feel so comfortable here. We will definitely continue to bring her back!
From the experience i've had with boarding to my recent grooming experience with Kellie, i can't give Dogtown Anderson enough stars!! I've had horrific experiences with other boarding facilities in the area with my pups but i know my babies are well cared for at Dogtown Anderson I can't recommend them enough!!
They take wonderful care of our dogs, and the groomer did a great job. My dog really enjoys going there and visiting the other dogs (picture shows dogs haircuts)
