Emma
This was a lovely few days- Emma and Chas were very friendly and give me really clear instructions; the dogs were great and there’re nice walks nearby; and the chickens easy to look after.

I had a wonderful stay at Daniel and Ellen's apartment. Let's start with the star of the house, Mompi: an absolutely adorable cat, always ready to cuddle on the couch and watch a movie with you. She is very independent, sometimes disappearing for hours, but then she comes back ready to be petted (and fed). It was a pleasure to take care of her.

Daniel and Ellen were two wonderful hosts who made me feel at home right from the start. We met before their departure, and they showed me everything I needed to know about the apartment and Mompi's routines. They also left a detailed guide with all the necessary information and some great food recommendations to try in the area. They ensured I was comfortable in their apartment, and communication was always smooth.

The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. It felt like a mini-vacation staying there. It's very well located, with two U-Bahn lines nearby and several buses and metro options. In 20 minutes, you're in the city center. It also has the fantastic Rehberge Park just 10 minutes away. I can only recommend this sit to everyone, and I would definitely take care of Mompi again in the future.

Marsha and Phil were wonderful hosts. In addition to detailed instructions on the animal care and home management, they made sure we had all we could possibly need for our stay in their comfortable home. They were available and responsive to any questions while they were away.

The pool and hot tub are lovely. While they wanted us to make use of them, the weather did not cooperate. But the view and sound of the water made sitting outside relaxing and tranquil.
The yard is huge! Bigger than a dog park, which made it a pleasure to take the furry kids out for a frolic and potty.

Now to the fur babies: We went through cuddle withdrawal when we left. All three are rescues and are so loving with distinct personalities. Cosita was shy at first, and very independent, but a day in and she was vying for lap space. Half Pint is so relaxed and just wants a lap (but at mealtime, she can hardly contain herself. It’s hilarious!). While we loved them all, Raynee, who is new to the family, really found a place in our hearts. Maybe it is her back story. She is snuggly, silly, and loving. I think they all won the dog / human lottery when they found each other.

We highly recommend this sit.

Paul
Paul was so welcoming! We had the best time with Henry, Luna and Poppy! Henry the dog was a blast to be around! He cuddled with us when we watched tv and did so well on walks. Their house is so nice and clean. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. It's about a 30 minute drive to downtown. We were very grateful that Paul chose us to take care of his pets even though we were from out of state.

I had a great time watching Pippa and Radley in Jamie’s home, which is in a neighborhood close to parks, public transportation and great restaurants.

Pippa is a sweet, easy-to-love dog who will take every ounce of attention that you’re willing to give her. She loves to flip over for belly rubs and twirl around for treats. Radley is a rambunctious puppy who will be sad when his family leaves but will quickly warm up to you. They both love to play with each other and go on play dates with neighboring dogs, although it’s best to walk them separately (there’s a pretty big size difference between the two!).

I would definitely recommend this sit for any dog lover!
