I can’t say enough about Anita. I’ll start with the important adjectives first; in order of importance, of course. She’s warm, friendly, genuine, kind, sweet, responsive, responsible, punctual, and very neat. Anita went above and beyond, coming to town early to meet me in person and to let my dog meet her with me there. When I got waylaid at the airport for five hours, she postponed her departure to make sure Charlie (said dog) got fed. That’s Anita in a nutshell. Plus, she sent me pics and updates on the regular. She even took amazing care of my precious plants. Look no further. Anita’s got you covered.

Sherrie was GREAT!! She took wonderful care of our animals. She was attentive and responsive. Sherrie left the house clean and even baked us muffins for our return. Definitely 5 stars.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Abby was magnificent! From very first contact we could tell she was an organized planner with a very warm and open heart. She applied many weeks in advance of our sit and was proactive about reaching out as the air approached to settle on details. We were not able to meet up with Abby before we left but we were very comfortable with coordinating her entry and access to the house in our absence. Our kitties took to Abby immediately and communication was great throughout. Abby really makes sure that homeowners know their pets and home are sincerely cared for

Naomi was a reliable and thoughtful sitter for my two kitties! She was careful with feeding them (one is on a prescription diet) and sent lots of cute pics and videos. She was communicative and made it easy to work out the logistics. I’d welcome Naomi back to Asheville and my home anytime.

Arlo was a great sitter. Our dog Fred seemed very calm when we got home and the house was clean. Arlo was attentive to the house, noticing plants that needed watering and a possible issue with our air conditioner. I would utilize his services again for sure!

I'm so happy we invited Shannon and Alejandra to come stay in our home and take care of our 2 babies! They did such a great job of handling our elderly, slightly ornery dogs from start to finish. At first, we weren't sure it would work because timing did not overlap perfectly. But Shannon was such a great communicator, I was determined to make it work. We were able to work it out so another sitter could step in for half a day seamlessly. Totally worth it! S&A were super self-sufficient and checked in when we could support them with the dogs/questions about the apartment. I would invite them back any time!

Sierra was great! Kept the house clean and tidy and took great care of our pups.

Lizzie was an amazing sitter! She was super flexible when my plans changed and my girls and I were comfortable with her immediately upon meeting! She was very responsive, sent lots of cute updates and left my house clean. Definitely would have Lizzie back here again.
