We had such a lovely time taking care of Storm and Lily. Samantha and Alex were present to make everything clear about the care of the pets, but house also. The notes left were very thorough and Samantha also gave us a warm welcome & tour of everything upon arrival. The cats were very easy to take care of, Storm is such a lovely cat who is always up for a nap and cuddle :) The house has everything you need and is very close both to Haarlem and Amsterdam! Thank you guys for having us ☺️
Our time with Milo and Monty in Inverness was great! The two are good company on walks in the forest right next to the house and for snuggles on the couch. Sharon and David were very welcoming and friendly. They provided clear instructions and communicated well during the sit. They also provided a car and food staples to use during the sit which was very thoughtful. Milo unfortunately injured a paw while running in the house and required a couple visits to the vet. The vet contact details were included in the welcome package and we were able keep Sharon up to date on the injury, treatment and recovery. Milo's daily routines were adapted during recovery and medication was administered with his meals.
This sit had the pool with a temp that didn’t require any bracing before jumping in, it really felt like the perfect temperature—even more so at night, floating while looking at the stars and the moon and breathing in the scent of the wonderfully large frangipani tree in the backyard. You are by a canal visited occasionally by manatees and sharks, so make sure you take the time to see who is going by (we forgot to look). We felt very spoiled by the hospitality of Beth and the family—the girls gave us the tour. Our fur hosts, Luna and Darby, did an awesome job taking us around their neighbourhood (Luna occasionally bailed on the walks). There park nearby with a place to put in paddle boards or kayaks, a playground, and also a pretty fun dog park. If you have kids, they’d love the giant tree in the middle of it—it was one of the best climbing trees our kids have ever seen. We got to visit the pretty Lido Beach and walked the St. Pete beaches, visited the Clearwater museum (great dolphin show) to meet other marine locals, and explore the area—make sure you also visit Fort Desoto. Beth and family are welcoming and kind hosts who you would be honoured to sit for and the fur babies are very relaxed sisters who are a pleasure to cuddle with and explore neighbourhoods with.
It was a pleasure sitting for Jacquie and her husband Alessandro. The home is in a peaceful retreat of a Chicago suburb away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoyed the company of the 4 friendly cats, and the nature in the surrounding areas with miles of pristine forests and lakes. The grocery stores and library are a stone's throw away and getting to the city of Chicago is pretty straightforward. The couple is kind and helpful, and left super clear instructions and got me settled quickly. Highly recommended sit. Thank you for your warm hospitality! Best wishes!
This was a perfect sit! Loki and Wilma were the best little companions for a long weekend. They are perfectly behaved and love to cuddle next to you on the sofa! Both were great on walks and just happy little dogs. Katja’s is a lovely host who spent time to explain everything in detail. The apartment is fantastic and super comfortable. There is a small garden/patio which is great for letting the dogs out for a quick potty break but there are several park areas just 5-10 minutes away walking to have a nice walk. Loads of shops and restaurants on the doorstep as well as public transport options. I would definitely recommend this sit.
What a great experience! My first trip to Colorado did not dissappoint! The minute I walked through the door I immediately felt at home. I was greeted by a very social Camey who let me know right away that belly rubs were amazing. Ann's reasurance to make myself at home, the extremely comfortable bed, fabulous shower and wonderful fur babies were just a few of the many reasons that I would highly recommend Ann, Telan, and Camey. I really appreciate this opportunity and all Ann did to help me truly enjoy my Colorado visit!
