Kasia (Katarzyna) is amazing! She took incredible care of our dog over 2.5 weeks while we were overseas. She made time to walk him regularly and ensure he was fed, loved and cared for just as we would at home. She took great care of our home and left it looking better than she found it, and she checked in with us regularly. It felt safe and easy from start to finish. Kasia is mature, sensible and an excellent communicator, and I would gladly have her stay with us or recommend her to anyone in future.

Tessa was kind responsive, and most importantly sweet with Lola! She sent me photos and shared how they were spending time together. Lola got a lot of time on the beach - I’m sure she had a blast!

Caryn stayed at our home for a month over the holidays to look after Lokei who I'm hardly apart from. Everything went so smoothly. It was a real relief whilst traveling overseas. Caryn sent notes from time to time. Lokei was super calm and happy upon return and our place was in fantastic condition. Even with a few new plant additions. I'd certainly recommend Caryn to anyone.

Noaimh has been incredibly helpful with Murphy on a number of occasions. We booked her initially for this sitting but she has also sat a couple of spontaneous times before this. She built a great rapport with Murphy and it is obvious he got on with here really well. The apartment has always been really well looked after and she has been very active with our active dog! Great for us! We really enjoyed the comms and the photos sent through or them having a great time! We would definitely have Noaimh back to look after Murphy any time she is available!

Gracie did such an amazing job looking after our girl Bean. Bean is a very shy and timid girl who rarely takes to strangers. She will often hide for a few days. Bean was instantly comfortable with Gracie and was even playing with her on the first night. This instantly relieved my stress knowing that Bean was in safe hands. Gracie kept in daily contact with pictures and messages so we could see how Bean was getting along. On return the house was clean with sheets and towels washed. I couldn’t recommend Gracie high enough! Thanks for looking after our place and precious kitty!

Rebecca and Arthur were both fantastic sitters. It was our first time and everything was seamless. We could tell immediately that they are both dog people and Bonnie took to them immediately. They were very responsive and we had communication with them throughout our time away. They arguably left the house in a better condition that what we gave it to them, Arthur even made us home made bread for when we got back! Would 100% recommend!

Anna was an exceptional carer for our animals and our home. She was very easy to communicate with, followed detailed and in some cases complex instructions across a long term house sit. She demonstrated initiative and our animals absolutely loved her. We had confidence from our first meeting and she did not disappoint us in any way. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any potential house or pet sitting clients.

Elena & Raquel are amazing house sitters. They were on time to collect the keys, sent heaps of updates of our babies, properly administered medication and left the house even cleaner than when we left. We have another 2 week stay planned for them in September and what a relief it is to have reliable, clean and kind people taking care of our fur babies

This is my first experience on TH so I'm not aware of any particular protocols, nuances or requirements with regards reviews. So I will review using Airbnb as a bit of a guide, from the perspective of both host and guest. Mark took on my pet sit at quite short notice but nevertheless did a great job. We had an onsite briefing and he carefully listened to my all my guidance/comments (which I followed up with written instructions). He left my apartment in great condition, going to the trouble of stripping the bed and washing and drying the sheets (which I suspect he achieved by sleeping on the sofa the last night). The BBQ was cleaner than I left it and generally everything was tidy and clean. He bonded with my sweet cat Sacher whilst he wrote at the dining table and sent me photos to show her sprawled across his papers beside he and his laptop. She even ventured onto the bed with him the last couple of days. He was considerate of my neighbours even helping my elderley stroke effected neighbour who was disoriented and needed directions. He also changed the litter tray even though I said it would be ok till I returned. So he went above and beyond the ask. I would highly recommend him to others looking for a high caliber sitter and would welcome him back.

We were very happy to host Kiana in our apartment to pet sit for our two bunnies. She had great communication with us throughout the process and the sit, followed directions exactly, provided regular updates on our pets, and left out apartment clean and cared for. Sitting for our bunnies requires attention to detail, commitment, and genuine care from the pet sitter to ensure their health and happiness, and Kiana met all of those requirements. We were very happy to host Kiana and would recommend her as a pet sitter.

Kind, caring, and extremely understanding. We came back to a very happy cat and a very clean house. Great communication, and very understanding when things went wrong. We appreciate you both so much!
