Dog Sitters in Mount Rainier, MD

Christine and her son Stefan stayed and cared for our 2 dogs, 2 cats, 6 chickens, home, and garden for a month while we were away. They did a beautiful job stepping in and caring for the space and animals as we would. Chris communicated the few unexpected incidents for quick resolution. We would welcome them back anytime!

From the start, Kerry was very communicative with us. She cared very well for our dog, Finn, taking him to the dog park several times, feeding him some of his favorite food (within limits we had discussed with her), and sending us lots of photos along the way. We had a couple of maintenance issues with the house that came up while we were away, and Kerry managed well through them. The house was very clean when we came home. We could not have been more pleased with Kerry, and would recommend her as a house and pet sitter without hesitation.

This was our first sit we posted to zeewoi and we felt completely happy and comfortable trusting Jess to look after our crew for two weeks. She was a great communicator, warm, calm and friendly with our pets, sent sweet and funny photos of happy dog on walks and cats sprawled in the sun. We could not have asked for a better match and hope in the future we might be lucky enough to have her housesit again! She is a stellar pet sitter and all-around great human being.

Juliet stayed at our home and took care of it and our Momo for almost 20 days. She updated us regularly and sent pictures. He had no complaints and enjoyed our vacation peacefully! Will definitely recommend her.

Krista was great!!!!!!! First off I want to comment about her bubbly, smiley personality. Krista is a genuinely happy young women and her love for animals is obvious when she speaks about them or is in their presence. I was so lucky to have found such a wonderful person to leave my farm and pets with while I was away for two weeks. The farm is a big place. Its well organized and easy to care for once you get the routine down. This does require a lot of energy and a will to learn. When I came home everything was in perfect order. Krista tackled all that it entails as if she had been doing it all her life. She followed the routine which is the most important thing for animals. They count on a perfect schedule which keeps them healthy minded and happy. Krista is very smart and intuitive and even rigged a broken fence post until I was able to send someone to fix it. My dogs loved her so much that they cuddled with her as they would with me, the proof was in some adorable videos she sent me. My horses loved the daily grooming, apples and carrots and the goats and chickens appeared to be very spoiled by her attentions and treats. I could go on all day about Krista, my only wish is that she come back some day for another sit. Thank you Krista :) Deb

Matt has been a housesitter for me and Freddie multiple times. He’s exceptional - takes good care of the place and my little guy, gives me updates when needed but is tremendously self sufficient. When I got home, as always, Matt left my place spotless and my little guy was there waiting, happy and ready to see me.

Kera was great - super self sufficient, arrived and departed when she said she was going to and was so compassionate when we told her Nellie was sick a few days later (nothing related to Kera, but we just had some questions to see if Nellie had been acting weird and her kindness showed through when I reached out about it!). Kat was an exceptional house and pet sitter. My giant mutt can be a handful, and Kat made the effort to get to know her and bond with her. She is thoughtful, and obviously loves getting to know pets. She was a great communicator and also took excellent care of my home, leaving it in better shape than I left it. I recommend her without hesitation!

Claire was perfect. She communicated well. Was on time, responsible and caring. There was a PGE outage while she was there and she made sure everything went well. We appreciated her so much and would welcome her back anytime

They were amazing! Great communication and provided me with pictures of Bella while I was away! I knew Bella would be in great hands due to them having a fur baby as well. They took Bella on long walks and showed her so much love. My apartment was left very clean. I would definitely have them sit for me again! Bella will miss them no doubt !
