Darren and Elliot are wonderful people who made us feel more then welcome in their home! They went above and beyond to help us feel settled and kept in contact throughout the sit. Scamp is a beautiful and well-natured girl with plenty of love to give, and going for walks with her around the historic neighbourhood was an absolute pleasure! What a wonderful housesit this was! Jeff and Kai welcomed us like family and treated us with respect and care throughout our stay. Their home is beautiful and artful and set on an incredibly peaceful stretch of the Skykomish River. If you like natural, repurposed wood you will love this house. Multiple waterfalls are in walking distance of the house. Breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. What more can I say? Their dogs and cat are lovely, although we only met them at the beginning and end of the sit because they accompanied Jeff and Kai on their travels. We looked after the house and garden and yard, and fed the local birds and squirrels. Overall a magical experience. We hope to come back again in future.
Jessica and Chris were absolutely amazing, they were very communicative and made us feel at home. You can see they are great people just by a few conversations. Their house is super new and cozy, it has everything you would need, and it is close to markets/other stores. We also really love taking care of their dogs, they are so beautiful and fun, really easy to fall in love with. Ullr is a pup so he still has a lot of energy, while Rossi is more chill. Both of them were very behaved and we had not issues at all. Great on leash wether it’s a walk or a run. We miss them and would definitely sit for them again in another time.
We had a really fantastIc time on this sit. Sara and Dougie were incredibly welcoming into their beautiful home and were so generous. We totally fell in love with gentle Bob, Billy and Sabah, and the new additions, 8 month old kittens Chip and Chop, who provided hours of entertainment. The three dogs quickly accepted the new kittens and we had a wonderfully relaxing and fun petsit.
