Great couple & Zeus is a fantastic pup. Well trained, affectionate & lots of fun.
What a wonderful experience this was with Mr.Murphy! I felt so welcomed in their beautiful home as they were very accommodating to my work needs. Murphy is literally the best! He won over my heart in the first few minutes❤️ I had an amazing time explain Rafael with Murph,, playing with him and laughing a ton at his silly little quarks😂 He is a very well behaved boy and so full of love. I would absolutely recommend this sit and absolutely return! Thank you Marlee and Murphy!
Five Stars A wonderful couple and five lovely animals, all how will either want to either sit on or near you. A short drive or public bus to downtown New Orleans and a short walk to the Mississippi and a great local pub. We would be happy to sit for Susie and Mark again.
I had a lovely stay with Chip and Dale in Epsom. Catherine's house is a historic home in a great location, just a short walk from shops and transportation links. Epsom station has frequent trains to London, and the town is lovely and has lots of green spaces. Chip and Dale are wonderfully affectionate cats and a joy to be around. Communication with Catherine was smooth and easy, and she made sure that I had everything I needed for my stay. Lovely sit!
We had a great stay at Una and Alex home taking care of Barley and Davey. While we missed meeting Una and Alex but had great communication with them in preparation for our housesit. Their house is a lovely little bungalow outside of Cherry Creek in Denver. Great location to some of the best food and restaurants in Cherry Creek area. The grocery store is super close and you have everything you need in the kitchen to prep your meals. Barley and Davey are great and we loved watching them play and tussle. Both love to snuggle. Barley is more cat than a dog and will plop himself anywhere you are to let you know he is there and wants attention. Davey is more elusive but when he comes out he wants to sit on your lap and get lots of love. Can I take a second and tell you about the bed. Wow! We used to have a temperpedic mattress and this one came in a close second to THE most comfortable bed we ever slept in. I hope you get a chance to housesit for Una and Alex. You will love taking care of these two sweet cats!
This was our first experience through TrustedHousesitters and it was even more wonderful than we could have hoped! It has set the bar very high. We had a very warm welcome from Mary, Steve and the boys and they left us an excellent welcome pack, explaining everything. Flo showed us her favourite walking route, though the lovely open countryside on their doorstep. ‘Walking’ Flo was a matter of just accompanying her and sharing her joy of romping through the fields, she always kept us in sight. We only took a lead in case of encounters with other dogs and had to use it just once, in ten days. We could write a book on how much we love Flo and how wonderful she is! She is very loving and so easy to look after, we found it a wrench to leave her. It was an experience my son especially, will always cherish. The house and its setting are idyllic, it is very tranquil and you feel yourself immediately unwinding. It was a treat to stay in such a characterful and much loved family home, rather than an impersonal hotel. A morning coffee on the terrace with Flo lying on your feet and Mack and Tabitha sitting on and next to you, was a wonderful way to start each day. Followed by a trip to check on the hens, who reward you with an eggy breakfast. It’s a dream set up if you’re house sitting with children as the boys have everything a kid could wish for, indoors and outside in their great gardens. Mary and Steve are very generous hosts and my son could play with everything. If you can ever manage to galvanise yourself and leave this relaxing base, there are many lovely places to visit locally. Mary and Steve’s recommendations were invaluable and crabbing at Walberswick beach was a particular highlight. We hope to return again in the future and cannot recommend this experience highly enough!
