I have been using Firehouse Pet Resort for years and they must do magic on my dog! She plays with other dogs, listens to the team there, and always trots in like she's going on vacation when I bring her. I know she's getting lots of love because she knows every employee I see and they all know her. They also take such good care of her--she's never been injured despite playing with big dogs for months, and they notice when she's not feeling well even more quickly than I do. And they send the cutest pictures of my pup! I love this place so much!

Love this place! My puppy has stayed at their resort a few times now, and we fully trust them! Each time our doggy has had so much fun. They are very attentive and communicative throughout the entire stay. Our dog gets so excited when we approach the resort. Price is affordable and worth it. Wouldn't leave our baby anywhere else!

Lily was treated kindly and got to play with a variety of dogs. She may be 33 lbs. but thinks she is 85 lbs! Love that it isn't overcrowded and they have more time with the fur babies.

We absolutely love this place! It is always clean and we know our senior pup Is well taken care of. It is great that her vet is also attached so we were able to get her annual exam while we were boarding. Great company!

Has an amazing team that are always welcoming you and your pet. When I take my kiddo (my dog) twice a week, for play care her tail wags so much like crazy and has met her best friends. Even when using there boarding services I cannot stop recommending as they are provided, when call. Very happy to have found a place where my kiddo can have fun and is always welcome. Where do I start. I was so nervous leaving my baby! Yes! That’s my baby. Just anywhere. I must have visit Firehouse several times before I left him there for playcare. Biggie loves it there! He gets to interact with other dogs, which helps with his social skills! The staff there are AMAZING & you can tell their love for animals! I am so appreciative of the staff. They take so good care of Biggie while I am at work. The staff are very communicative with day at pick up & call me when needed. Ms. Vanessa is Biggie’s girlfriend 🤣. Esterlene is a great manager. We love the care & staff at Firehouse Resorts in Kyle!!❤️

Annie has gone to “puppy play care” twice a week for several months and absolutely loves it! Everyone there is so kind and welcoming! They take such good care of her while I’m at work. She gets so excited when we get there! The staff is incredible with Annie! It’s also comforting that her vet is next door in case of an emergency. I highly recommend it!

I found Dr. Roslyn Reavis to be rude and dismissive. Was able to find better and more affordable care elsewhere.

The entire team is wonderful. We take all 3 of our pets here, and they take the best care of them! We've been coming to them for just under 2 years now, and have never had a bad experience. Whether it's something simple, like a allergy shot, or more extensive, like a mass removal, Firehouse has got you covered!

The staff is so friendly and are true animal lovers! My dog has gotten so much better with new people and other dogs since going to the pet day care there! We love Firehouse Pet Resort!

Denise and her husband, Brian, are fantastic pet sitters! We never have to worry about our pets when we go out of town which is very freeing. We LOVE the photos they send. I am particularly grateful to have so many photos of one of my dogs who recently passed since I am so bad at taking photos myself. Denise’s photography skills are an added bonus!

Denise has been taking care of my dog Bella for nearly 4 years now. In fact, Bella was her first client. She is kind and gentle with dogs. She has also helped me in times when I have had an emergency and has taken her in. There is no best dog sitter service anywhere that I've encountered. Trust me I am very particular when it comes to my baby. Do not look anywhere else but to agile animals, pets, sitting. You will not be disappointed. It is a family-owned and operated business built from the ground up. Let them know that Doreen referred you. They treat your dog like they are family. Denise and her husband Brian's dedication and love for dogs is very apparent and my dog loves going over there. Please do not pass them by because they are worth every penny that you get. Denise and her husband are friendly and kind. I do not leave glowing reviews like this very easily. I take whoever takes care of my dog very seriously. In fact, Denise is not just a pet sitter, but she is a pet nanny. In fact, I bought her a t-shirt saying that. So once again see. Denise and her husband Brian. They work as a team and I am grateful to have them on team Bella.

My house sitter cancelled last minute and I didn’t know what to do. I reached out to Agile and they were amazing! I was so impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. I was sent pictures and updates daily and I’m pretty sure my pets didn’t even miss me! They are definitely my go to sitters from now on!

I called and checked on Skyler and somebody text me right away and told me Skyler was out in the yard and I could go to the cameras and watch her. My husband and I enjoyed watching the cameras watching her play and have a good time as she was away from us on this short trip. She is so happy, she was so tired and you can tell she really had a great time at Pet Paradise . You can see how happy Skyler is as we picked her up and so happy.

I took my dog to a facility for a weeklong stay after reading positive reviews. Halfway through, they called to inquire if he had any issues with bowel movements. I mentioned that it might be due to anxiety. When I went to pick him up, they asked if he had any neurological problems. I was confused by the question and asked for clarification. When I saw him, he appeared in a severely compromised state—weak, bleeding from his joints, and seven pounds lighter. He didn't react to me and was struggling to breathe. His eyes were discharging a yellow-green substance. I immediately took him to an emergency vet clinic for urgent care.

We absolutely love this place. The manager Omar is always so welcoming with my pups Azul and Axul. Not to mention his staff who are just as welcoming and make the check in and check out process so fast and easy and they know all the dogs names!! The boys have a fabulous time with all the friends and staff. They play so much and get the zoomies out!! The communication with the pup parents is unremarkable. Nothing gets missed. And are you kidding me, the report cards, those are my favorite!! The furever connected is such a great add on! We love all the pics we can get!! As a pup mom, it makes me happy to see their reaction when they realize they are in paradise with all their friends.

DO NOT EVER BOARD YOUR DOG HERE. I boarded my dog over thanksgiving and then over Christmas. Over thanksgiving they gave him back to me soaking wet saying they didn’t have time to groom him even though I scheduled his boarding in June for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Today Dec.27 I was on my way home when I got a call saying they “lost” my dogs food and he didn’t have any for yesterday or today. So you mean to tell me that my dog didn’t get fed for 2 DAYS!!! So I’m already on fire and go up there to get him. When I brought him home I noticed within the first 5 min that he was licking his elbow so I took a look and both of his elbows were bloody and skinned. I called up there and of course per usual no one answered. I also called 4 separate times on Christmas Day and left 3 messages and not one time did anyone return my call. This place is a joke and has a bunch of teenagers running it. Really consider somewhere else to board your dog or cat. Rachel (regional manager) said she would reimburse for the veterinary costs but then dodged all of my calls and voicemails. I will be going up there tomorrow in person to speak to a manager personally face to face to get this resolved.

This place is amazing!!! The people here were so helpful, caring and kind to both owners and dogs. We used the daycare service and got photo updates, a report card, photos and loved the cameras to watch her play. Our puppy was so happy coming here, will definitely be my go to boarding/daycare place. She was so tired coming home so I knew she had a great day of play!! So great to know shes being well taken care of when I work. Thank you pet paradise!!

My dogs were clearly happy and loved while here. I appreciated the live feed and photos for check ins. And I loved that the manager took the time to go over one of my dogs anxiety during her temperament check and his offer to keep working with her next time they’re there.

I can't say enough good things about Pet Paradise Kyle! My dog Ellie absolutely loves it here and looks forward to going every single time. From the moment we walk in, the manager and staff greet us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home. The care they provide for the dogs is truly top-notch; I know Ellie is in the best hands possible. What I appreciate the most is their excellent communication. They always keep me updated on Ellie's day, and I never have to worry about her well-being while she's there. It's such a relief to know she's having a great time and being well taken care of. Overall good experience. Difficult to catch my pup on the cameras, and confusion about times when I could catch her or delays in camera feed. There was a vaccination incomplete in her profile, and I found out at 630 on a Friday. Ultimately I was offered a reasonable solution, but initially the check in was rigid and did not take accountability for communication and application errors that did not notify me of the needed documentation.

Staff are amazing, always compassionate and kind to the dogs. It gives you lots of peace of mind having cameras you can check in on too. The staff are always really great at communicating updates and you can tell they love the dogs like they were their own! I highly recommend the Kyle location!

Our boy Winston had a great stay. He had mostly fun until he got really homesick and overwhelmed with it being a full house. Even though he was upset and wasn’t his happy self, Omar and staff looked after him and made sure he was safe. We really appreciate the updates from Omar.

Love this place for my dog! I love the fact that they are out to play most of the day. The price is unbeatable. Especially for all that’s offered. Every interaction with the staff has been friendly and helpful. They keep good eyes on the dogs. I can tell because my dog was new and they knew him by name already and what he liked to do. My dog loves it here and never wants me to pick him up to go home LOL I was surprised people left one star reviews on this so when I went to read them, they seemed to be from people that didn’t understand how a doggy daycare operates. Ruff Ranch has made drop off and pickup super easy, hours are great, big & safe spaces for dogs to play and more than fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I've been taking my pup Leo to Ruff Ranch for a few years now, we love it. Staff has always been so kind and welcoming. I know Leo is in good hands when I drop him off for the day.

The boys are insanely happy when they go to Ruff Ranch. Rio loves everyone and Dag, well he is an escape artist who never quite makes it out. The staff are amazing. They know our boys and Coco so well that we never feel like we are doing wrong by leaving our fur kids

My dog just loves going to Ruff Ranch and getting to run around with other dogs. Staff is always friendly and careful handling dogs. It's comforting knowing that I don't have to worry about Cora's care when I'm traveling.

Ruff Ranch is an exceptional kennel. We have used them for short and prolonged stays and I can tell you without a doubt your animals will receive the love and care and personalized attention you give them at home. The staff is top notch. The setting is beautiful natural pasture land. They truly care about your fur babies and are kind, professional and thoughtful people. If I were a dog I'd want to stay there.

I have taken my dogs to Marcy for over 10 years. Marcy and her team are amazing. They always take great care of our dogs when we are traveling. They always come home super exhausted with all the playtime. I appreciate that they make it easy to drop off and pick up while traveling. If you are looking for a place to board your dogs while traveling, go see Marcy. She is amazing!

Ruff Ranch is our dog's home away from home. Boarding here is great. Our dog gets ample (sometimes more than at home...) time to play outside and be social with other dogs. Most places that board offer play time as a small, costly extra service for boarding, At Ruff Ranch play time takes place the majority of the day. The staff take great care and are flexible with scheduling. Our dog is eager and excited to see the staff - I would assume because he is treated like he's one of their own. I'd highly recommend Ruff Ranch.

Over this summer we boarded 2 of our dogs here at ruff ranch for a week and when we picked up our dogs they were VERY SKINNY as if the were not fed AT ALL! Our dogs are over 80lb-100 lbs dogs and we could see their ribs when we brought them home! I don't recommend this place after speaking with a couple other friends who said the same happened to their love pups! If I could leave no stars I would but unfortunately I have to put 1 start to share my terrible experience with others!

Boarded our two dogs for 5 nights last week so we could have a trip to the coast. It is obvious that they were very well cared for and had lots of fun ! knowing the dogs get to spend plenty of time outside in the dirt and yelling at squirrels is a huge priority for us. Both dogs were cleaned up and smelled fresh when we picked them up . We will absolutely be using Ruff Ranch again for daycare or boarding when we need it !

Ruff Ranch is amazing! I've been bringing my dog Luna here for about 6 month now, she has totally come out of her shell and is so much more happy than she's ever been! The staff is cool and I feel great knowing my dog is in good hands and is having fun! Defiantly recommend.

This was my first time ever boarding my dog and it was an excellent experience! I am really picky about who she stays with because my dog is a little nervous, but she did amazing here. She came home happy, healthy, and confident. The daily updates were a highlight for me and really allowed me to enjoy my vacation. Seeing snapshots of her enjoying her daily activities was so cute and comforting. The staff here are wonderful and I love that this place is owned by a vet- it gives me the ultimate peace of mind. I will definitely be using Remington Pet Ranch again!

My two Cavaliers stayed at Remington Pet Ranch for 10 days. I received daily email updates with the cutest photos of the two of them playing outside together! One of my dogs needs daily medication and the staff took detailed notes to make sure he was medicated appropriately. I was able to enjoy my vacation so much more knowing that my babies were being so well cared for.

This place is great! My pup loved playing with friends and exploring the ranch. It was like summer camp for him he wants to go back so we are going to do some daycare days for him a few times a month. This was the first time he has ever boarded and I felt completely at ease and confident that he was safe and having a good time ❤️

Remington Ranch Team, Bubbles, Bradley and Astro had a blast! They were so happy about being able to swim, play with their many many buddies and cuddling with their special caregivers! We looked forward to receiving their report card and photos at the end of every day they were with you all. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our babies. This was our first time sending our dog to Remington Pet Ranch and we were so impressed! The staff is very friendly and answered all our questions. We received daily “report cards” for our pup listing the things he enjoyed that day, and received one-two pictures a day as well. He clearly had a great time! It was so nice to know he was well taken care of while we were out of town. Thank you all for loving our dog!

Seriously the best place to board your dogs! They’re very attentive with the pups and have the sweetest updates. I strongly enjoy being able to pick them up and the front desk tells me all about how they did! Worth every penny and will continue to board here :)

Sabine loves the staff at Remington ranch. She goes every week for custom play because she loves the one on one attention. As her parents we have been thrilled with her treatment for the past 3 1/2 years. We highly recommend Remington Ranch for anyone’s pet. Would give more than 5 stars if possible! We travel regularly and it’s so nice to know that we can count on Remington pet ranch to take great care of our yellow lab, Charlie. As soon as we pull into the parking lot you can tell she’s excited to see her friends! From our end the communication with the staff has always been great. The entire team is very professional and accommodating.

Pepper and Ginger loved their stay at Remington Pet Ranch. RPR came HIGHLY recommended by another facility. Our girls had separate playtime from the other dogs bc one is still intact. We were happy to have them stay there, and their smiles indicate that they agreed!

Thank you so much for providing Ariel with SAFE and comfortable boarding. We have always been anxious about boarding her, and we have been so impressed by your amazing and reliable family owned kennel. Big Oaks is always thorough, flexible, and accommodating to our dog’s special needs. We rest easy while we are out of town knowing our beloved dog is in good hands. We travel a lot, and our schedule is constantly changing. Usually this would be a disaster for boarding but they always go above and beyond to be there for us, and our dog. We’ve had last minute flight changes multiple times now and they have taken her in early and kept her late, assuring us that she will be safe and cared for and causing us no additional stress while dealing with flight cancellations and other stressful life events. Our dog has also had some health issues recently and they go above and beyond accommodating to her special diet and other restrictions she has had while healing. They allow her to have her own bed and toys and watch her closely to ensure she is comfortable. No dog is perfect, and unlike other boarding facilities Big Oaks does not expect them to be. They listen to what YOUR dog needs!!! They also don’t leave your dog outside in the heat all day or force your dogs to play with other dogs for hours on end if your doggo is not feeling it or is overstimulated. They make sure your dog is having a good time based on individual needs, and actually watch and understand behavior of dogs. If you are looking for a reliable and caring family to look after your dog, can’t recommend them enough.

Brie absolutely loves Big Oaks. She can't wait to get in the truck to go there. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, from the owner , the front staffer, to people who work Brie.

My Golden Retriever has stayed there before without incident. This time my normal groomer was busy and I needed him groomed before we took off on a lengthy RV trip and I remembered Big Oaks Kennel offered grooming as well. They were able to accommodate us and I emailed them his current shot record. I dropped him off without incident and talked briefly with the person who I think is the groomer and empathized that I need him bathed and deshedded, also nails done, feathers and sanitary trim. When I picked him up, he looked OK, but still slightly moist. In the days that followed I noticed that the sanitary trim wasn't done and the deshedd also apparently wasn't done either. I paid $120 for a "full groom" and got less that 50% of that value.

Absolutely love Elaine, Hardy, Terry and Robin amongst the rest of staff who took great care of my fur baby Pearl. Thank you for reforming my baby.

Did a great job of helping my dog learn to be around other dogs in daycare. They reall seem to care about their service and the dogs. Great kennel experience too.

I found Big Oaks Kennel after the Canine Hilton closed (I'd been a client of theirs for 30 years). I'm so happy with this place! My three dogs have been very well cared for each time I've boarded with Big Oaks; they are happy when we arrive and happy when I pick them up. The prices are reasonable for the care level. Plus you can tell the staff actually like animals and that is a huge plus. Nice grounds, very clean and well kept and only about 5 minutes from my home.

Beware! I exclusively used this facility for over seven years, and I personally recommended both face-to-face and online. Unfortunately, with the passing of Hardy, the care for animals has suffered. It is unsafe for dogs. Beware!

Our dog loved staying 2 nights at Big Oaks! Our family felt at ease with leaving our fur baby in the hands of their care. We called last minute before a vacation out of town and they made arrangements to fit our dog into their kennels. And WOW what a beautiful property Big Oaks is! Next time we’re in need of a kennel, training and/or dog park we will no doubt choose BIG OAKS!

Update- Just got my dog back from boarding here again. It’s a drive from where I live, but I will continue taking her there because of the people and facilities. I can’t recommend them enough. They took great care of my dog! Fantastic people!

I recently had to leave for an emergency trip to California for my aunt’s funeral and needed a place for my dogs to stay for 6 days. My choice was obvious. I absolutely love Pups and Mutts and my dogs used to come play often back when we lived in Buda. I moved about 2 years ago to Manor and will still make the hour drive to Pups and Mutts because my dogs love it there and I know my dogs are well taken care of and are being loved while I’m gone. I am very thankful and grateful to Pups and Mutts for being such a trustworthy and safe place to leave my dogs. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Rini and Coco when I had to leave for such a heart wrenching reason. It made my heavy heart feel just a bit lighter. ❤️🙏

I am beyond happy with Pups & Mutts! My dog has been coming here for months is always excited. Those that have shelter dogs know the concern dropping them off at a new place, but he has the time of his life running around with the sweetest staff. They do themes for holidays and it is always so funny to receive the pics at work. Staff is amazing, price is great, and my dog is happy- what else can you ask for? Love them!

They got a new groomer and does not know how to cut goldendoodles. I particularly state need a 4 with teddy bear cut around the face. I picked her up and they shaved her entire body. They even read back correctly what I said but the groomer shaved her beautiful fur. She was not matted has I brush her daily. Below is the before and after picture. Beware of their grooming services. After 4 years, I will not be back. Any recommendations for a new grooming services?

Never again! My wife booked an appointment to have our 12 yr old mixed breed dog groomed. She brought the dog in at 10:30AM as directed. She was told it would take anywhere between 2-3 hrs to groom the dog. After 6hrs with no indication that the dog was ready, she went and picked up our dog only to find out that after 6hrs, our dog had only been given a bath! (dog wasn't even brushed out!). They even had the nerve to charge her $20 for the bath!! Unbelievable. Lost a customer for life.

I normally don’t get involved with my daughter’s business, this time I have to say something. We searched for a placed to house my daughter’s puppy while visiting family nearby. The excitement of her puppy being able to interact with others besides her normal surroundings was a huge factor for why and where we settled with Pups and Mutts. Unfortunately after picking up my daughter’s puppy, we noticed a huge difference in her behavior and temperament. The puppy appeared to be very unhappy, not her usual bubbly demeanor. Never had experienced her puppy ever growling or showing aggression towards anyone less anything. Once we were home she drank water as if it wasn’t enough. Never seen this before. She didn’t want to do zoomies in the yard or play with her favorite toys. Basically she just laid in her crate without any prompting. I’m not sure what has happened to my daughter’s buddy, but this is not what we expected. Services that were paid for don’t appear to be done. The puppy was actually damp upon picking her up. Nails are not trimmed. We are not asking for anything, but we will not visit this place again……

I've used P&M's grooming multiple times through the years, and have been satisfied with their services, but the most recent experience was unacceptable. There was miscommunication about grooming preferences and staff difficulties so I had to bring my dogs back multiple days and wait late at night for them to complete the process. They were still less than satisfactory groomed, and my dogs have been traumatized by the visit. I was followed up by a phone call from the manager who was sympathetic and apologetic to my experience. She offered reparation and promised to review the staff and procedures. I don’t think one awful experience should condemn them and I believe in local businesses, so I’m willing to try their services again, but I will proceed with caution and review their procedures before I bring my dogs back. Hopefully there will be a better review after my next visit.

My doggy loves this place. They know him by name and make my life soooo much easier and better. When he goes for daycare he comes back tired and happy. When he goes for boarding they take the absolute cutest photo updates. I’m moving closer to Austin in December and this place will be the one place in Kyle I will absolutely miss. We kennel our dog here anytime we go out of town. Our dog gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff is fantastic. We always have our dog get a haircut while he is there, and the groomer does such a great job

Pet Gal pet care service was excellent. Communication, availability, booking and website were easy and reliable. The service itself was the best care we have ever had for our pets which include a rabbit, 3 guinea pigs, and a cat. We received a full report plus pictures and video everyday after the visit. The animals were all happy and healthy and well loved and cared for. They followed instructions and went the extra mile. Thank you! Highly recommend!

The Pet Gals who came to care for our 3 dogs were amazing while we were gone for a week! Each one of our dogs had their own issues or got into their own predicaments, and the Pet Gals took care of them wonderfully. I loved the reports and pics after each visit. Our dogs had a great time with them!

The Pet Gal Theresa caregiver gave Scout the best care possible. She was on time everyday and communicated by text after each visit. If she had a question about something, she would send me a text. The best part was receiving pictures of their walks and seeing my Scout happy.

Everyone at The Pet Gal is amazing! My cats are always well taken care of and it’s clear that the sitters enjoy their jobs and take the time to get to know your pets! Highly recommend due to their easy and reliable scheduling.

I cannot say enough good things about The Pet Gal. I am so impressed with the care and kindness they provided to my dog while I was away at a wedding for the weekend. My dog is a quiet senior dog, and wouldn’t have been comfortable in a pet hotel. Finding The Pet Gal was the best thing I could’ve done for him. I had never left him alone before, so I was a bit nervous. Wanda gave me detailed updates every time she arrived and left. She always secured my apartment and ensured I knew so. She gave Benny all the love, and even scheduled a last minute potty break for me, as I thought he could use one more time out. When I arrived home, she had left a card and some chocolates. WOW! I can’t thank them enough and will recommend them to ANYONE. Thank you so much!!

Brian did a great job taking care of my two dogs while we were away on vacation. He took pictures of them and sent them to me. He kept me updated on how they were doing. I was not worried about leaving them in his care. He did wonderful. I will definitely use this service again.
