Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. In short, I feel lucky to have connected with Victoria through zeewoi, wouldn't hesitate to call on her again, and recommend her without reservation.
This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

This is my dog’s favorite place! He’s happy to be there and comes home exhausted from all the play.
I just have to say that we love that place they take suck good care for our dog that sometimes I don't know if he want to go home or stay. Topnotch thank you to all of you. We really appreciate everything you do cause when you leave your pet or as I say my kid you don't want to worry that they're ok. There I know he's breathing the best fresh country aire.
Okay, first of all, Country Aire Pet Resort does not discriminate based on breed!!! They accept all animals on a case by case basis. As long as your dog isn't aggressive, bring them!! I was so nervous about leaving my pit bull for a week since it was the first time we'd left him anywhere since we adopted him 4 months ago and he gets really shy and nervous around new people/places. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. He went right up to the staff and, though he was shy, he went with them willingly. When I picked him up, he was getting along well with the handlers, tail wagging and everything. They took the time to get to know him and hear my concerns. I highly recommend Country Aire and will bring him by for daycare and socializing.
Honestly so nice and there facility is so clean and well taken care of. My dogs didn’t end up staying here since I was able to get someone to watch my dogs at home but when working with the staff and taking a tour, it was beyond amazing. I would not hesitate having my dogs stay here if I couldn’t find someone to watch them. I do definitely recommend this place!
I have taken my dog here many times and he always has a great stay. The staff is very friendly as well :) highly recommend!
Steve and his team are great. On the one hand they are professional and demand all pets checking in are current on shots and not sick. On the other hand you can tell they love your animals by the way they greet them and talk to them. A clean, well maintained, safe and cheerful place to board your pet, drop off for doggie day care, or a grooming. Very highly recommended!
We LOVE Country Aire Pet Resort, but perhaps more importantly, our Walter loves Country Aire. The staff are professional and treat our dog lovingly, they know him by name, and they even send us videos of him playing in the yard with other dogs!! We trust them to take care of our big fella when we cannot.
We toured the facility. Read the reviews. Did our homework. Dropped off our two healthy dogs who were to board together. Brought food with instructions on how to feed. (Please wait so Sadie eats her food.) Notes were taken at drop off. We left feeling ok with leaving our girls for 5 days. We boarded so they wouldn’t be alone while I was out of town and my husband worked. No photos or updates on our dogs the entire time they were there. My husband was available if there were any problems. He told her at intake to call because he worked in town. On day 5 our daughter picked up our dogs. They tell her Sadie our Weimaraner, didn’t eat. Really? No concern for her health? No phone calls to my husband who could come pick her up? She could barely walk. She was taken to the vet. She was severely dehydrated And malnourished. She was given fluids. After tests, We found out she had cancer. She had shown no signs of illness prior to boarding. This facility didn’t cause her cancer, but they let her suffer alone instead of calling us. We would have picked her up. We are just heartbroken about the way they treated our dog. This is animal abuse. expenses of $390 for 5 days at this place and over $1200 at vet to try to save her life. Please take your dog elsewhere. She crossed the rainbow bridge on Nov 3. 3 days after she was picked up. I didn’t make it home in time to say goodbye.
I reserved 5 days, my dog is a working dog and never stayed at a facility like this. Every single dog is going crazy, barking like crazy, it felt like a madhouse! You can use your bed and food bowls but not the strong collar. They tried to put a skinny piece of webbing and hung the noose over her head and my dog was not having it. I coaxed my dog to receive the skimpy leash and she went willingly with the employee. 15 min. down the road they are calling me to come get her! They put her outside, alone, isolated in 100+ degree weather with NO SHADE! They did say they'd isolate her from the madness. But now they said she's baring teeth and won't let anyone near her. The guy said I have to cut the umbilical cord, even though my dog is fully socialized and works in different environments. If my dog wasn't in such great shape she probably would've stroked out without any shade during this episode. I believe the employee should've stayed with her outside, that's where they blew it in my opinion. Country Aire Pet Resort does not describe this place accurately at all! Get some shade sails for outside!
I dropped off and picked up my roommate's dog from here. They are very friendly and helpful. The dog had a wonderful time and we will definitely be going back.
