Belinda and Dave were wonderful house / pet sitters. They are both so lovely and took great care of our home and fur babies. We were kept updated each day with lovely pictures of the boys being treated like kings!! On our final day we were delayed and Belinda and Dave were so understanding and stayed later until we made it home. I think they actually left the house cleaner than when we left, we would highly highly recommend them to anyone.
Second time Peter has sat for me and he's always great! My cats loved him immediately and he left my place in better condition than he even found out lol
What a fantastic experience! Aurelia looked after our two Romanian rescue dogs, Bruin and Pixel, for nearly one month while my husband and I were away on holiday. It was our first time leaving them for more than a day and we had only adopted Pixel about 6 months ago so needless to say I was a nervous wreck at the idea of us both leaving for so long. She very kindly took the time to come and meet them prior to our departure and it was immediately clear that she was great with dogs. By the end of the visit, Pixel had let Aurelia pet her which was a first! Apart from my husband and me, she would jump away if anyone tried to pet her. Aurelia was so incredibly patient and understanding with our dogs! They are both from abusive backgrounds and can be skittish around new people. However, Aurelia took the time to get to know them and build their trust. By the end of the month, they were both very attached to her and it was easy to see how happy and comfortable they felt around her and her boyfriend (no easy feat given Pixel is especially skittish around men!). It meant so much that she took the time to learn about their individual needs and preferences, including a few behavioral hang-ups that Bruin has around his harness, for example. Since we've returned, I've even noticed that Pixel seems much more confident. I truly think that spending so much time with Aurelia and her boyfriend has helped her on her socialization journey after a difficult early life and adoption. In addition to being patient and understanding, Aurelia is also very organized and efficient. She kept our apartment spotless and sent me regular updates with pictures and videos which set our minds at ease so that we could enjoy our vacation. She took them for regular walks, played with them, and showered them with love and attention. I would absolutely recommend Aurelia to anyone looking for a housesitter or petsitter. She is a kind, compassionate, and responsible person who will take great care of your pets and home. I am so grateful to Aurelia for taking such good care of my dogs. I know they had a wonderful time with her, and I would absolutely book her again in the future! I know Bru and Pixel would love to see her again too! :)
