Khalua is a lovable and sweet girl. She will follow you wherever you go. She will love sitting out on the porch with you or gladly take a walk in nearby neighborhoods. She will lay by your feet and let you rub her belly while you watch TV. BUT what really makes her day is to swim! She will swim with you all day if you let her and she is a great swimmer. Games of fetch in the pool and racing dog paddle style from one side of the pool to the next are the best things in life! Khalua also prides herself on being the perfect guard dog for the house. She will keep you very safe under her careful watch. Dorene is the perfect hostess! She made my time at her home feel as though I was visiting an old friend. She provided so much detailed information about her home and pet I felt as though I could handle any situation while she was away. She genuinely wanted me to enjoy my time at her home and I truly did! Dorene’s home is a wonderful place to relax, sit out on the porch and watch the humming birds (there are tons!) or take a dip in the pool. And although her home is an oasis, if want to drive to Austin to take advantage of things there the drive is not that far. Also, our Covid friendly hand-off went off perfectly on both arrival and departure. I so appreciate her trusting me to stay with Khalua and to keep things in order at her home.

Dani and Phil have a beautiful, comfortable, modern home in a lovely village with lots of local walks to keep the dogs happy. Rosie and Toto are great company and love to play in the garden and hide their toys. Toto, still a puppy, is a big dog, however he's a gentle giant who will win your heart. Rosie is now a teenager who loves her baby brother yet needs her time with the humans. Both will try and share the sofa with you. And the bed. We absolutely loved spending time with them, so much fun. Phil and Dani appreciate lots of photos and updates, which is easy to do as the dogs are so active and amusing to play with. There is a local grocery store and a good, dog friendly, pub within walking distance. A short drive away is Oxted with a supermarket and East Grinstead with some good shopping choices and more supermarkets. Would absolutely love to house and dog sit here again.
Jessica and the Mills were amazing. Actually amazing is an understatement! As a newbie on the app it was such an overwhelmingly positive experience to look after their staffy's Mikey and Lola. Jessica is a warm, generous, and super friendly woman and was communicative during my whole sit. She went the extra mile to make me feel at home and even organized a Christmas meal for me since I was sitting alone! Jessica's pets were so much to look after and definitely made my day taking them out on walks and spending each day with them in their beautiful house in San Francisco. If you get a chance to sit for their family and to meet Mike and Lola, consider yourself lucky! Thank you for everything. I hope to see Mike and Lola soon.

This sit was absolutely delightful. The animals are all so sweet! If you are looking for a week full of snuggles and cuddles this one is for you! The neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery with access to walking trails. Luke and Joy were welcoming and offered some local recommendations. I highly recommend this experience! I certainly would go back in a heartbeat!
