Kristin was a wonderful zeewoi! I feel so fortunate to have found her. And I was thrilled to share this wonderful area with someone interested in visiting. Kristin was kind, interesting, self-sufficient, tidy and reliable. She was communicative with me about my old dog Blueberry while I was traveling away, and she took care to provide Blueberry with the the care that she requires. I would definitely recommend Kristin!

I loved having Elizabeth at my house! She was so good with my cats and the nervous one even came out a lot sooner than she usually would! Was very good at giving me long updates every day and never let me worry about my cats once. She also left everything even cleaner than I left it! Highly recommend :]

To sum up Clarice and Tom’s 25 Day Housesit for me in one word, ‘exceptional’. Clarice and Tom are beautiful souls, I knew this from our first video call. I also ascertained from this call that they had a big love of animals and that they were totally committed to taking excellent care of my pets and my home. There was something very special about this couple. And as time went on, this was very evident…… It is extremely difficult to fully capture the extraordinary work that this couple did during their stay. To begin with, they took excellent care of Maia and Lucy, my dogs. Lucy is a sheep dog cross, and a more outdoor than indoor dog. Lucy became Tom’s shadow. Tom did a lot of training with her, and this was very obvious from the moment I came in the door, and from reports from my sister and father who had witnessed this on their visits. They also looked after my two pet sheep, Lola and Zola, giving them fresh water, grain and hay every day; and took great care of my two cats, Ebonii and Stella Artois. Tom asked me if he could build a shelter for my Beloved Donkey, Nobby. I was beyond thrilled and very impressed to say the least. Tom proceeded to build the most amazing shelter for Nobby, dismantling the large old monstrosity that previously existed. This was the most precious gift to me. Nobby absolutely loves it and now spends most of his time in his very own ‘bachelor pad’. It’s a perfect build and visually very pleasing. I can’t imagine how much it would cost to pay somebody to build an equivalent. In addition, they groomed and brushed Nobby, and gave him fresh water and hay every day. Nobby looked wonderful and befitting of his new pad. Tom also took it upon himself to fix the lock on my front door, & to rebuild my large front wooden gate which was falling apart. Both masterfully done. I only wish that I could include ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures with this review. He also reinforced and mended the extensive fencing around the farm. I came home to all these wonderful surprises, as well as a perfectly groomed front lawn. Clarice sent me extensive daily updates and pictures. I am normally very anxious while I’m away, but, from the getgo, I felt relaxed at the end of every day, and content in the knowledge that my pets were being so well looked after. At one stage, Tom and Clarice called me to tell me that my dog Lucy needed to go to the vet - they had got an odour from Lucy, and based on their previous experience, correctly identified that her anal glands most likely required draining. They proceeded to take her to the vet, and had her treated. Tom and Clarice showed their great compassion and generosity by visiting my elderly father who lives next door on various occasions, and taking him to the nearest town to meet my brother. My brother would then take my father for a spin in his haulage truck. They also attended his 94th birthday party!! Tom and Clarice collected me from the bus on my return (they had dropped me to the bus on the morning of my flight too). I came home to a beautifully clean and tidied house and a gorgeous vegetarian meal prepared from scratch by Clarice. I have already asked Tom and Clarice to do my three/ four week sit next summer too, but unfortunately they’ll be on the other side of the world by then. I am so grateful to them for everything. They have promised to come visit Tim, me, and all the pets soon. They are forever friends and I feel truly blessed to have met these ‘Heaven sent’ people and housesitters. To whoever is lucky enough to have Clarice and Tom housesit for you, Congratulations, you’ve struck Gold!!!

I thoroughly recommend Amelia and Tom as house and pet sitters! They are friendly, kind and interesting people. They took fantastic care of our two labradors, sending us photo updates every day. The dogs looked like they had so much fun and I'm certain they are missing Amelia & Tom. They kept our house very clean & tidy and watered my veggie garden too. We'd be very happy to have them come and stay again!

Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs, Andre and Margaret. They were conscientious, respectful, and really cared for our pups. We would welcome them to stay and sit for us anytime. Thanks again!

Kendal was wonderful to have sit!! She was responsive/communicative during her stay and my kitties were so loved and well cared for. My apartment was cared for and nice and tidy when I arrived home. I would welcome Kendal back to my home for another sit in a heartbeat!

Axel was wonderful and even came up a day early to get the keys. I really appreciated his flexibility and it seemed as though crou was in good hands. He left the apartment as clean asas I left it.

We were very nervous as this is our first time with zeewoi AND the first time leaving our crew with a stranger. Also we just renovated our house and were very worried it would get damaged. But we had no reason at ALL to worry! Mary did an outstanding job. We kept in contact via cell phone and she sent pictures every day and kept in touch about all the things she was doing. Since it was thanksgiving and her kids (adults) were nearby she asked if it would be ok if they joined her for part of the sit. We were also nervous about this but again - no need. The house is clean, the pets seem to be super happy and healthy - WONDERFUL experience! I can't recommend Mary enough :)

I was a little worried leaving Geeta (my sr dog) this time - nothing to do with Debbi, but the older Geeta gets, the more stressed she becomes with change. Debbi took great care of her - all text and photo updates indicated Geeta was behaving normally, and when I got home it was clear she had made a new friend! Overall, I would have Debbi back again - this despite some remote hand-holding I had to do while on vacation regarding the operation of some amenities, and more post-sit cleaning, mostly in the kitchen and 2nd bathroom, than I’m used to. If you’re better at providing instructions/setting expectations than I am, or the little stuff doesn’t bother you, then don’t hesitate to choose Debbi!

We're always happy and feel safe and secure when Sana stays at our place and cares for our fur babies (1 cat, 1 dog). She is responsive, attentive, tidy, friendly, and our pets love her. Can't wait to host you again in the future, Sana!

We loved having Lisa as our house-sitter. She and her husband Taylor were here in Austin for SXSW and so they were generous enough to play music to entertain our kitties -they are a fabulous duo, by the way, and Lisa has a gorgeous singing voice. I know our cats loved them - which is saying a lot because they are used to having us around. Lisa and Taylor sent us lots of photos of our kitties so we knew the whole time that they were being played with and well loved. Our house was immaculate when we returned and everything was top-shape. The plants were watered, the bed sheets were freshly changed and the mail was in a neat stack on the kitchen counter. They even replaced a whole bag of coffee for us, and left a sweet note for us. It was a great experience having them, and we would love to have them back anytime. I was so comfortable the whole time knowing that our house and our cats were in good hands! It felt more like having a friend or neighbor here than someone we didn't know, which was a great feeling. Karina and Gale we’re amazing house sitters!! They we’re incredibly organized and truly treated my home like their own! Kona was extremely well taken care of and they always provided me with updates throughout the sit. I truly recommend them for any future sits and stays :)
