My little girl Aspen and I got a great first impression from the Wags & Whiskers team + all of the wonderful dogs she met today during day camp. :=) We have moved around a few times so Aspen has had lots of experience playing at different doggy daycares. This one is so spectacular from the way it is organized in there: - Clean facilities - Friendly + knowledgeable handlers - Behaved dogs (requires evaluation) - 3 different fenced play areas - Not to mention, reasonable prices. I can feel like I trust this boarding/daycare facility which is one of the most important aspects of deciding on one. I highly recommend!

My dog had trauma from a grooming salon in Lawrence, Kansas called Pawsh Wash and you did a great job with him. Your workers, front desk personnel were super kind. We highly recommend Wags and Whiskers! Rochelle was so helpful and answered all our questions. We came to Flagstaff to run the Flagstaff Trail Half Marathon and needed to find a place to take our pooch while we were tied up for part of the day. We decided on Wags and Whiskers and they exceeded our expectations.

When in need of an out of town daycare service, I got a local recommendation from my airbnb source. I was able to register online and know that my pooch would be evaluated and well cared for while I attended my function. They are responsive to both owners and pups, with clear engagement and warmth. I dropped my sweet girl, BB off for the day so I could take care of things I needed to take care of. The staff is knowledgeable, gentle and polite. They are great with the pets and I am so glad they were able to care for my girl. They were able to accommodate me if I needed to have her stay the night, but that ended up not being necessary. I had brought food and medicationfkr her. And when I picked her up for the daycare, everything was neatly labeled! I even got a free tote bag when I got her from the daycare. Wags & Whiskers is a truly an AMAZING pet resort. The minute you walk through the door you are greeted with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I knew Goldie, (my large 7-month-old great pyrenes and border collie mix) would be super happy and lovingly cared for. Check in and out were both quick and efficient. The stay for chewy was great the pictures sent to me were awesome. We now have a new safe place to leave chewy when we go on vacation. He had walks and playtime with other dogs.

My puppy absolutely loves this place. He’s 8 months old so he’s still learning, but I’ve noticed his behavior around other dogs and people continues to improve every time he comes home from day camp. He is much more social and less shy than when I had first adopted him. The crew is very nice and responsive when contacted. I appreciate that they email me when photos are tagged with my pup on them, it’s nice to see pictures of his time there. Lastly, I really appreciate how on top of the health and well being of the dogs they are, you must submit vaccination records before bringing your dog in so it’s nice knowing Hank won’t be at risk of getting sick.

Yesterday was my dog (Togo) first day at Wags and Whiskers hes currently 4 months old and this is the perfect chance for him to start socializing with other dogs. He came back home so happy and of course tired. We definitely gonna come back. The staff is super friendly and took care really well from my baby!

Our dog, Pumpkin, loves going there, which makes it easier for this dog mama to go on trips without her. I love that when we go there, the staff is always super excited to see Pumpkin, and Pumpkin knows that she’s loved at Cinder Hills Kennels. ❤️

My dog is always happy to go tot Cinder Hills, even when it has been a while. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I really love their new loyalty program as well since I tend to drop my dog off for long periods of time during holidays.

Anytime I take my dog to Cinder Hills Kennels I know he is in great hands! I get daily updates whether he is boarding or at day camp. He comes home and is so tired he sleeps through the night from all the fun he had with his friends. I never have fears about him getting sick or hurt because I know they keep record of all their clients vaccines, and make sure they all play well together. No playground bullies at Cinder Hills. Taking your pet for the first time to a kennel is much like dropping off a child at preschool, you are nervous and sad and they may be hesitant, but the staff is so welcoming and friendly by the second day you’ll be hesitant and they’ll be running in the door.

My cats are precious to me and I rarely have to board them, but when I do I will only take them to Cinder Hills Kennels. They've thought of everything to make this a positive experience, at least for me... because no cat really likes to leave home. The kennels are spotless, the staff is attentive, AND the kennels are somehow sound-proofed so there is no dog noise to scare the cats!! I never worry about them when they're there because I know they are being well-cared for. Cinder Hills is the BEST!

My 2 little babies must have had a great time at day care. They came home happy, had no GI issues from having been stressed like I thought they might. Everyone was so loving and sweet to my babies. Definitely recommend them!!! I plan on starting to vacation but would not until I found just the right place for their care!!!!

Great facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. First and foremost they don’t discriminate against breeds. They also took great care of our boy for 3 weeks while we were completely off grid rowing the colorado river. We own a boarding and pet sitting company in Atlanta GA and could tell their staff were committed to taking the best care of all of their clients. We will use them again the next time for sure.

Cinder Hills Kennels provided a nice, easy process for requesting a stay for our pup. They were responsive and had great communication. Our dog was pretty happy to see us when we picked him up, but he seemed very well-adjusted afterward (no signs of fear or anxiety). We would use their services again.

The ONLY kennel I would trust to care for my dog when I have to go out of town is Cinder Hills. Just a few of the many reasons include cleanliness, loving care for my best friend, and so many options for boarding, exercise, interaction with other pets, and so much more. Awesome kennel, we couldn’t be happier and our dog Diesel loved it. Staff is outstanding and really care about their guests. The facility is excellent and we are definitely bringing our dog back. Wish they would open up a location in Tucson!!!

I was SO nervous to bring my bun, Mac, here for a last minute stay but the workers at Kingsmark Kennel are top tier and reassured me that she'd be in good hands. In order to transport her to the kennel, I had to get a much smaller cage (which made me feel terrible). Luckily, they have a bigger cage in their break room that she was able to run and hop around in! On top of that, they consistently took her out for cuddles (which she adores). This was my first time separating with her for so long, and it was also my first time letting strangers watch her... but after checking in over the phone and ultimately picking her up, it was clear that the Kingsmark Kennel staff loved her and took great care of her. They make you (and your pet(s)) feel welcome as soon as you walk in. With their amazing rates and lovely staff, I'd recommend this Kennel to anyone looking for a safe and secure place for their pet, exotic or not. Thank you guys so much for taking care of Mac!

Was looking for a daycare for my new blind puppy when I couldn’t leave him alone at home. This was recommended by several people I work with and when I went for a tour, it was everything I was looking for. This is a very professional business with great facilities and friendly staff. My pup has stayed there twice now and I’ve been very pleased with them so far. I bought the ten stay package and it represents a good value.

Kingsmark is exceptional in every way. Ages ago, one of our shepherds was mauled by an unsocialized dog at another Flagstaff kennel business. We made the switch and have never looked back. Not a single hiccup or bad day in over a decade! We’ve used them for both boarding and daycare, and both were excellent. Shannon, the owner, is also a BIG contributor to her community, using her facility to help out during evacuations! We love Shannon and everything that Kingsmark does for our fur-kids. It’s fantastic being able to support a great business with a great person behind it. We look forward to many more years to come!

Kingsmark Kennels took amazing care of our babies while we were away for 5 days. We put our 4yr old lab and 6 month old GSD in the executive suite over Thanksgiving! They were so well taken care of! We love taking them there for daycare when we need to. They are the best! The staff are so sweet and kind. Love the report cards. The 24 hour care is excellent!! I highly recommend Kingsmark Kennels! They took such excellent care of my sister’s cat while she was in Flagstaff Medical Center recovering from a terrible vehicle accident. I chose Kingsmark because they allow their kitties a chance to play and roam in their special cat room that has a large screen TV and window. This was important since I knew that we would be boarding for at least two weeks. I was not disappointed! The staff is kind and caring and they made a stressful and frightening situation much more tolerable because I knew I didn’t have to worry about the care my sister’s cat was receiving. Kingsmark is one of the best kennels that I have ever used for daycare or dog boarding. They are very responsive and attentive. Furthermore, I know that my dog loves attending because she always runs to the gate anxious to get in and play.

Staff is AMAZING, They greet my pet like an old friend each and every time we come. They found out My dog was turning 10 and made it a special day for him. I rest easy knowing my boy is in capable hands all day with Kingsmark...i highly recommend them if you want peace of mind.

We drop off our dog Beans for daycare and she has stayed for overnight boarding a couple of time. She's well taken care of each time. The staff are nice and friendly. Recommend.

We have a large standard poodle that was very shy. We got there she was playing having a good time and she loved everyone. I also had my Maltipoo in with her neither one of them acted weird they were happy to see us but they were in good shape I love this kennel. We drive 2 hours from Snowflake to keep our dogs there because we know they will be safe and well cared for. Their staff to guest ratio is amazing.

This is the best place for pet boarding I have ever used! Beautiful! Gail is a lifelong animal lover and caregiver who has dedicated her life to the compassionate and attentive needs of pets and pet owners. I am impressed with the healthy and respectful design of the property that provides very adequate exercise and restful, clean, and homey accommodations. Our pets were kept together in a room with a lovely bed and TV. Amazing, also that the price was the same as places that so not provide luxury and comfort. Our dog and kitten were healthy, happy, and safe! Thank you Gail, we are so grateful !

We are so thankful we found Bed, Bath, and Biscuits. Gail and Randy have been so fabulous to us and to our pup Aspen. She is very high energy and young and they handle her so well. They don't only provide a comfortable, home-like place to stay, they also take your pet out on walks (extra if you'd like), have play time, and Gail offers grooming. She groomed our dog and did a Wonderful job! I love getting pictures and updates of our dog while she is staying there. They respond very quickly to calls and texts and are so easy to schedule with. If you are every in need of a place to keep your dog overnight, go here! It's a much more comfortable atmosphere than the kennels!

We LOVED our experience here!! Since dogs aren’t allowed to hike the Grand Canyon, we needed a place for our puppy to stay. We dropped Lizzy off for an overnight stay at 7am, and went to explore the park, while Gail took amazing care of our puppy! Just look at how much fun she’s having!! The facility is very spacious and clean (if they took human reservations, I’d stay there). The play area is a dogs dream! And both Gail and Randy are on-site 24/7, which makes us feel good just in case. We will definitely be back! Thank you Gail for taking such amazing care of our puppy ❤️ EDIT (April 2022): Since boarding here, we've taken our puppy to several different places and this was HANDS DOWN her most enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend this enough.

Our first time using the grooming service. My terrier mixed pups were so shaggy! We got “summer cuts.” They did such a great job, my dogs look great! Nice, friendly facility. Took over an hour for both dogs. We will definitely be back!

Going to Grand Canyon and needed a spot over Christmas for my dog. I felt so good dropping him off and I could tell he had a great time. They fit us in during a very busy time. These are good people who will treat your dog like their own. Even got him groomed during his stay. Santa also visited him.

We are so grateful to Bed Bath and Biscuits! Mars had a wonderful time playing with other dogs, as I could see from the daily text updates! It was comforting to know that she wasn't just being shut in a kennel all day, but being well taken care of and happy. The price is affordable, and Gail was even willing to take on a "spirited" 6 mo old puppy! We will definitely be using Bed Bath and Biscuits in the future.

Can't imagine a better place to board a pup! We were super pleased with Gail's service and loving care. Our border collie mix is a recent adoption with some separation anxiety and lots of energy. However, the daily updates from Gail made us feel much more comfortable, and I know our dog was much better off with the regular walks and play times that Gail provided. As a nice surprise, she even bathed him before we picked him up. Will definitely be coming back!

We loved Bed Bath and Biscuit! We were visiting the Grand Canyon from out of town and needed a place for our sweet (but nervous) pup to stay. Gail and Randy took such great care of our girl—she had a blast, and we knew the whole time she was in wonderful hands. And they sent us pictures of our pup daily. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

We took our large dog, Titus, for boarding in 2019. He greatly enjoyed his time here. Having private rooms and play time in the fenced yard was such a treat. The staff was wonderful! Have recommended to others as a pet boarding option and I would use again if I'm in the area!

Shadow just had his second grooming by Gail and she did an awesome job on him. I love that the appointments are only about an hour long and that Gail and her husband are so kind. I live in Williams so it takes me about an hour to get to Bed Bath and Biscuits and it's worth the drive! I highly recommend them!

My coyo dog used to tremble at being left to board ; B 'n P owner Joel would have to come gently scoop her out of my car and carry her inside. She must enjoy her stays, as now she bursts through their doors and heads for the kennel without even a goodbye kiss!

My name is Joy Musacchio and anyone that knows me knows that my dogs are my life. I have 6 poodles that I would lay down my life for in a second. Jana has been grooming my babies for years now and she is the only one that I will trust with them. Period... Ever... This Christmas, I was going out of town for almost two weeks and I boarded them at Bark and Purr for the first time. For forever, I always had someone come and care for them at home while I was away, but this time was different. They were there for 13 days and were so well cared for and happy. Infact, I didn't worry for one second about them while I was away. And this is the first time that I have ever been out of town and didn't worry. When I picked them up they were happy, looked awesome, healthy. Actually they were in better emotional and physical states than when they were cared for at home! I'm not sure that they wanted to leave! I can tell you guys this, no none will ever touch my little babies and they will always have their vacation at Bark and Purr. (I think I would like a vacation there next time myself) So if you have to go away and want peace of mind that your babies will be cared for and loved like you card and love them, this is the place! Honestly.

Wonderful place and friendly people! This place has such a nice energy right from when you walk in. Took my dog for a nail trim (her least favorite activity) and I could hear the people talking to my dog and comforting her while they cut her nails. They were very gentle and made my dog at ease. I will definitely be back!

The folks at Bark N Purr know their business and it shows! If my dog could, he would jump into the owners arms, except he's a Husky! The love they have for all the animals shows. The place is clean, the staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most of all I know my fur baby is safe and will have fun and excellent care! I've been a customer for 17 yrs and wouldn't think of leaving my dog anywhere else and I live 30 minutes away. They do excellent grooming too! LOVE Bark N Purr!!

Wonderful park , 2 different areas , small dogs and large . Benches to sit on and watch dogs . Shade trees 🌳 and tables . One of the nicest dog parks I've been to. Loved it and so did my dog . He was sad to leave . The view is quite fantastic, too.

On a recent trip to Arizona, my husband and I wanted to spend the day shopping in Sedona. We were traveling with our 3 month old Goldendoodle, Nala, and did not want to drag her around in the heat all day. Bark N Purr was amazing. Not only did they have the availability last minute because their facility is quite large, they were able to give my baby a bath, clip her nails, etc. She was very well taken care of. The staff is also very friendly and empathetic to the emotions I was feeling leaving my fur baby for the first time. We had to leave our kitty 🐈‍⬛ for day care as we were doing outdoors activities in Sedona and it was too hot for her. I think she had a good experience when we picked her up she was ok and no stress visible symptoms. I would recommend this place. …

Applewood was recommended by a friend and I am so happy they did! This is a great place to bring your dog. My dog, Gus, made many friends while he was playing during daycare. There are plenty of dogs for him to play with, and there’s always a staff member watching them. Adriana is wonderful! I definitely recommend this kennel.

Boarded parents little dog while we had a little 4 day vacation in Cottonwood/ Sedona. Picked her up and she smelled CLEAN (no bath) and was tired. Staff is friendly, facility is kept clean and was a reasonable price. Would board there again AND recommend.

I have gone to other dog kennels around here and was not happy how they treated my girl. Finding Applewood Kennels has been the best thing for me and my K9. They are caring to her and she loves them. Jazz has learned to communicate with other dogs better and she is happier there. They truly care. Thank you.

For the past 18 months, our pup has been hanging with the friendly man and his pup crew and we have never been happier! He gets great care and gets plenty of exercise with his puppy friends. We are so grateful for Isay Pop!

A fantastic experience! We got tons of picture and progress updates. Our dog loved his time and making friends. Everything was handled at his pace and for his personality. Isay was beyond understanding and accommodating. Especially to us humans who didn't deserve the same patience. Please don't take abuse sincere goodwill like this. About 5 months ago I was told my dog was considered an aggressive bread and we couldn’t house him anymore . He previously watched my beautiful dog for a vacation and told us he would take him in indefinitely and if there was ever a chance of getting him back we could get him. He has loved on my dog unconditionally and cared for and loved him as if he was his own. Tomorrow 4.21 I get my dog back! And the love and patience Isaa has given us and my dog is something I will never ever be able to repay him for. There is no place in this area I would take my dog to other this man. He is a blessing from God.

I recently stayed in Cottonwood,AZ for a month with my 10 year old lab and 1 year old mini newfypoo. I met Isay when I was looking to board the dogs so I could go to the Grand Canyon. We did a meet and greet with my dogs and it was immediately clear that Isay’s priorities are the dogs in his care. My dogs had a great time staying at the house with Isay and his dogs. I would highly recommend Isay for doggie day care or boarding!

CAUTION: GO ELSEWHERE the man who runs the daycare abuses his dogs. He has said these are "his" dogs that he is allowed to kick and punch. Dogs get out and often run into the street, dogs that are not his, that he watches. There are no real fences and he lets dogs off leash. He puts 2 dogs in one kennel. He screams in the dogs faces when he walks them in the afternoons and evenings. County Sherriff have been called on him multiple times, the latest for beating his dog in the street that got loose and attacked a woman and her dog walking by. He blamed the dog and repeatedly punche, dragged, choked and kicked it. You could hear him beating the dog inside his house from the street after. There is video evidence. Your dog is not safe here.

Highly recommend! Training has been successful & my pets love being boarded here. They are always well taken care of.

On a quick day trip to Sedona to go on a hike, I dropped off my sweet senior dog with Isay for a couple hours so he didn’t have to hike in the heat. Isay was amazing - available with only one day’s notice, texted me many pics while I was hiking, and was flexible with our arrival and pick up times. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area and need a dog sitter!

We needed a last minute stay for our pup while we did a tour out of the cottonwood airport. Isay picked up his phone right away, got our sweet George in with a few days notice and his fees are very reasonable. It’s clear that he loves the animals he works with and George was extremely happy and playful when we arrived and when we picked her up again. Isay has a super sweet pack and Romeo is the sweetest welcoming committee dog! Tucker was also a doll and Clearly a rehabilitated angel! If I’m in or around Sedona and in need of a dog sitter, our dog George is staying with Isay!

I went to Isay for help with my father's dog Dani. My father had a massive stroke the day after Christmas and is currently in a Rehab facility. Dani was a rescue and not socialized at all. Aggressive behavior was her claim to fame with other dogs and people. Isay is amazing with her. She started out at the bottom of the pecking order, the pack. It is so shocking to see her just mingling and fitting in with all the dogs around her. I told my father that Isay is a true dog whisperer. I hope to continue to have a long lasting relationship with Isay when my father and Dani return home. Thank you so very much Isay. It has been a great honor to meet you. Lori Sue. Amy is THE most caring and reliable pet sitter we have ever had caring for our pets. She bends over backwards to fit your schedule and gives you a detailed account of the times of her visits, and how the visits went for the pets, cats and chickens in this case, although we have had her sit our dogs when we had them. She's the best...ask my pets!

We've used A and D Pet Services numerous times over the last four years for our babies (2 cats). And have always been super pleased.
