He took the time to get to know Juno, and befriended her very quickly. It was evident from the photos he sent that Christian truly cared about making sure Juno was comfortable and happy. We loved the daily updates and photos he sent, and was so glad to hear she was sleeping next to him at night very quickly - mega trust building there! Christian's attention to detail was remarkable. He followed our instructions and gave 10/10 communication. What set him apart, however, was the extra mile he went to make Juno feel comfortable and loved. He left our house immaculate - fresh sheets were a godsend after 24hrs of travelling! He's a very friendly and welcoming person, too. Both are kind, gentle and responsible people who are so respectful of property, home and any tips you give them. Teresa updated me during her sit which was so reassuring that it made our trip better. We came home to an extra clean house and very happy animals. I think our pups actually miss this couple. I would invite them again and again.
Joy was an absolute Joy! I cannot say enough about the extraordinary job Joy did caring for my pets and maintaining my home. Each morning and at the end of each day, I received pictures of the roll call she took of my 5 cats. She even staged a fun photo shoot with each of them! She cared for my home and personal items as if she owned them. She used her expertise in natural cleaning solutions and left my coffee mug sparkling clean. She left my gas tank full of gas and had it professionally cleaned before I returned. I could go on and on and on about all the wonderful things Joy did to make sure my cats and home were taken care of and that I had peace of mind. Four words I’d use to describe her are knowledgeable, communicative, responsible and generous. I would hire Joy back in a heartbeat.
