What a lovely lovely home. My husband and I were warmly greeted by Jayne and Sean and the doggies. They showed us around their clean home and made sure we had everything we could possibly need! We loved the area. The dogs were amazing, they loved their walks and we loved all the cuddles on the couch while watching TV. We had an easy routine and really got settled. Jayne responded to all my messages despite her time difference. I really loved this family and the dogs which made it difficult to say goodbye. Thank you Jayne and Sean, hugs xx
We had a very enjoyable stay sitting for Jazz and Timmy. Jazz is quite a big dog, but she is very sweet tempered and really well-trained and we were able to walk with her off-leash in the forests, which she loved. She has great recall and mostly stuck by our sides and was really good when we took her into the town and local market to get groceries. Timmy is an affectionate cat who doesn't stop purring and often joined us in the evenings for TV time. We loved the small town of Gif-sur-Yvette and bought all of our food from the small local shops as they have a bakery, really good butchers, a fruit and veg store and the weekly Sunday market. Clare's house is really comfortable and she and Pascal are a lovely couple. We stayed the night before they left and Clare cooked us all dinner on our first night. Thank you for a great sit.
Loved how close the townhome was to lots of fun activities. Easy drive to San Francisco, Napa, and Sacremento. Felt safe walking the pup after dark around the neighborhood. Both Belleza and Rocky slept with me most nights. Can’t believe how quickly you get attached to the pets. My elderly mother was along on this sit and she got to snuggle the pets during the day while I worked.
I had a wonderful time housesitting for Bev and taking care of the best boy Bravo. Bev was thorough in her handoff and available when I had questions but there weren’t too many since Bravo is an easy-going, lovable boy who wants to you to throw the ball already! Bev’s home is lovely and I was happy to be in such a beautiful space. I absolutely recommend housesitting for the two of them.
We had the pleasure of looking after Mimi, Chloe and Oscar for a week and they were the loveliest kitties with their own unique personality. They are all quite young so they love to play and they are entertaining to watch. Zoe was a great host and very easy and quick to communicate with. The loft style apartment was very comfortable and has everything you might need for your stay. It was very central as well which was amazing for us! We would highly recommend this spot if you get the oppertunity. Thanks again Zoe :)

This was my first time using a pet sitter and it very much paid off! Jessica and Matt are warm and inviting and asked all the right questions for when they watched my cat. I came back and found my house clean and my cat happy as can be! Even when I had a question at 9PM, they picked up my call and assisted me. We really appreciate Jessica and Matt's caring approach to pet care. The first time Matt came to walk our scared little rescue dog, Rocky refused to leave his crate. This business is the best of the best; well run and staffed, excellent caregivers and definitely worth paying a bit more than other services. Our petsitter Naomi sent us daily pictures and briefings on our dog and two cats while we were in Italy; it made it so much easier to have a good time knowing our pets were in good hands. Once Upon a Dog Tail was the BEST pet sitting service that I have ever used. The owner is wonderful and went beyond all my expectations to make sure that our three cats were cared for and loved while we were gone. Since we had 2 and a half feet of snow while we gone, the owner made sure the cats were set with food and water before the storm and the owner's husband personally made the snowy trek to our house the day after the storm to get our cats fresh water and food. The owner also made attempts to get our driveway plowed for us before we returned and even picked up glass from a light that broke from winds while we were gone. Above and beyond all my expectations!!! I highly recommend Once Upon a Dog Tail. You will not be disappointed with their services!!!
The team at OUADT is reliable, kind, compassionate, and awesome with my dogs. I have a high maintenance pack - crate and rotate requirements, medications, escape artists - and yet I never worry when OUADT is taking care of them. I love the messages and pictures I her after each visit. I know my doggos are loved and well cared for in my absence.
I moved to Lancaster from Philly at the beginning of September of this year. Besides moving, one of my top priorities was finding a great pet sitting company for my 11-year-old calico cat, Candy, since I'm out of town for quite a few weekends and holidays. Naomi was able to meet with us that Sunday so that I could get care scheduled for the following weekend! Everyone at OUADT provides wonderful care to Candy while I'm away--it shows that they are animal lovers! I love how they use the Time to Pet app and write a message with photos after each visit. Even when Candy has days that she likes to hide and not be social, it's evident that they still love seeing her! On other occasions, Candy greets them at the door and is social, allowing pets! After our meet and greet I felt completely confident that Candy would receive great care, and she has, each and every visit. I'd highly recommend that anyone looking for pet care in the Lancaster area contact OUADT!
I have had bad experiences in the past with o bels but Besa Pets has been above and beyond! My dog Clove has some separation anxiety and can be high strung, every time I drop her off at Besa Pets, she is beyond excited to see the owners! She always tries to stretch over the counter to see them! She never seems super stressed when I pick her up either which is a huge relief! I would recommend Besa Pets to anyone who asks. The owners are fantastic and you can tell how deeply they care for your pets!

I used Besa Pets for the first time to board my two huskies for 9 days and my dogs came back home happy and healthy. We’ve boarded our dog a few times now and have zero complaints. The owners are super friendly and helpful and our dog comes home happy and healthy. We can tell our dog feels comfortable there and doesn’t get stressed, as she has at other larger boarding facilities. I can’t recommend this place enough.
The staff at Besa makes it easy to feel comfortable leaving your pet in their care. Owners/staff are friendly, responsive and have an obvious love for dogs. Our pup came home from a week long stay exhausted but HAPPY and completely himself… something we haven’t been able to say with every place we’ve boarded him. We will definitely be back.

We used Besa Pets boarding for the first time while we took a week vacation and we loved it!!! Five stars!!! The place look super clean, safe and secured. Great service and very responsive... Our dogs have been going to Locust Run Kennels for the past year. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our dogs always have a great stay there. I highly recommend trying them out if you are looking for a great kennel at a fair price.
Best place to board your dog in York area. The staff is so friendly, and they treat my dog like she is one of their own. Bertha loves going to the kennel and gets so excited when she sees us packing her bag. They have very clean facilities with big indoor/outdoor runs which is great for our large breed dog. Pricing is very reasonable and great value compared to others in the area we used previously. Locust run has long hours so it's easy to pickup/drop-off nearly any time or day. Very flexible if plans change and you need to add an extra day or pick up early. They also have grooming on site and will bathe your dog for an extra fee, which is nice after you've been away to have one less thing to do after coming home from a vacation. It's kind of out in the middle of nowhere so it is a bit of a drive however it's worth it to know our pup is having fun at "camp" where she's happy.They even let you walk your pet back so you can help them get settled and walk in to pick them up so you are the first to greet them on your return. I love that they let people come in and out like that, it shows they are confident and comfortable showing their facilities at all times.

Inquired about bringing my dog in for Daycare. Was instructed I needed to schedule an appointment. Scheduled the appointment and told them I would be traveling to get there for the appointment. Received a call 30 mins before my scheduled appointment to cancel after I left work early to make the appointment at the time they requested. Unwilling to accomadate a he mistake and sent me on my way.
