Dog Sitters in Mudeford

I feel like we struck gold! Like most people we were hesitant when we read "family" however it was the best decision to go ahead with Chris, Jaana & family. From first messages, to running out of time on a zoom call, the communication was great. That followed through with meeting Chris at our house beforehand and all the messages & pictures from Jaana throughout our trip. I felt so happy knowing our cat Cooper was being properly looked after, spoilt and cuddled. The house was spotless when we arrived home, with fresh food in the fridge and Jaana had even made us a dinner to reheat! Honestly went above and beyond. We have already arranged the next sit and would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you guys :)

Rich is an outstanding house and pet sitter, who has been here 4 times in recent weeks and we are very appreciative of all his help and care for Sara.. Sara loves him, he loves her and we couldn't be happier leaving our house and Sara under his care. We hope to see him down on the coast again soon, highly recommended Terry and Carole

I cannot recommend Clare and Noel highly enough. They are models for what pet and house-sitters should be. They came to visit and meet me and the cats before the sit, so that Elvis and Tina (the cats) could start to get to know them well in advance of the actual sit. Clare and Noel also arrived a night early to take away any pressure of time – it was great for both me and the cats to have an evening and morning with them. It also gave us time to talk through everything in a relaxed way. Communication before, during and even after the sit has been wonderful. I had photos and videos every day, so I knew my kitties were happy and loved as the purring in the videos testified. Clare and Noel were self-reliant and also asked questions or checked in with me when needed – they showed really good judgement. They took good care of my home, even chopping some wood for kindling and handling communications with oil deliveries. I could not have asked for more care. I came home to a spotless house (and clean refrigerator!), washed linens and towels with the bed re-made and a few essentials in the refrigerator to help me my first day back – so so thoughtful. And Noel had laid a fire for me so I could have a cosy evening with no effort. I think my two cats miss them already, as do I 😊. I feel as though I have gained two new friends. We would all be very happy to welcome Noel and Clare back to Yew Tree Cottage. Thank you, Clare and Noel!

From agreeing to the sit, right through to heading home, everything was excellent. Terry and Ursula communicated well with us from the beginning, and sent us regular updates and photos while we were away. They were relaxed and friendly and the dogs took to them straight away. We felt very confident that they would be able to cope with our dogs, and we had no worries while we were away. They obviously had a lot of fun together. The dogs and the house were very well cared for and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you so much, Terry and Ursula, and we hope you will be able to sit for us again.

Sharon lives fairly close by and so we met each other a few weeks beforehand when she popped over to meet the cats. It was evident as soon as she met them that she was wholly concerned with their welfare. On the day we left to go away, Sharon arrived early at a time convenient for us and she was flexible when my husband had to return home earlier than anticipated. She’s evidently a very organised person, reading our welcome guide and contacting me when I’d forgotten something. Because she works from home, it was nice to know she would not be out all day and would be some company for our cats. She kept in touch with us, sent news and reassurance that Mitsy had been medicated. Our house was tidy and clean upon our return. Sharon has a lovely calm aura about her and instinctively knew I could trust her and she would respect our home; which she did in abundance! We would have Sharon look after our cats again without hesitation.

We recently had the pleasure of entrusting our beloved pets Cooper & Lilo into Jo & George's care while we were away for an extended weekend. Their exceptional service and genuine affection for animals truly set our minds at ease during our time away. From the very first interaction, it was clear that Jo & George are not only professional but also deeply passionate about providing the best care possible for our furry family members. They took the time to understand our pets' unique needs, quirks, and routines, ensuring a seamless transition in our absence. Their attention to detail and proactive communication further solidified our trust in their abilities. Upon returning home, we were delighted to find our pets in high spirits and content, a clear testament to the love and dedication Jo & George invested in their care. Beyond the standard responsibilities, they went the extra mile, providing regular updates and even taking the time to engage our pets in playful activities, fostering a sense of companionship and comfort. In addition to their outstanding pet care, Jo & George also took excellent care of our home, maintaining its cleanliness and security throughout their stay. We returned to a spotless house, with everything in order, proving their reliability and respect for our property. Overall, we cannot recommend Jo & George highly enough. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for animals make them the ideal choice for anyone seeking trustworthy and compassionate house and pet sitters. We are truly grateful for their exceptional service and will undoubtedly be reaching out to them for our future pet-sitting needs.

Delighted to have Patrycja and her daughter back to look after W&W! My house looked and smelled lovely upon our return.. it was spotless! Absolutely 100% recommend this family of fab sitters.

Sue was a lovely sitter for us. She looked after the house and animals so well for the 2 weeks we were away. Nothing was too much trouble and she looked after the animals as if they were her own. The house was clean and tidy on our return. Thankyou again Sue x

Nicolette and Nicholas really do have 3 delightful children and are a really lovely family. They were totally reliable and organised, arriving the day before I left as planned and they were totally self-sufficient. Their pet care was exemplary! They all gave both pets loads of attention and even went to the trouble of bathing Bilbo's eye every day and giving him eye drops twice a day as he had just developed an eye infection. they also watered the pot plants as it was very hot. Their communication was great and they very kindly stripped their beds, did two loads of washing and hung one up AND walked Bilbo before they left to drive North and before I got home a little later than planned. Above and beyond! The house was very tidy when I got back. I would have no hesitation inviting them to sit here again if they wish.

Stephanie and Max were great sitters. They are super communicative and we returned to a very clean house and happy dogs and cats. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a house sitter and hope that they come back and sit for us again in the future.

Annabel, with her friend Abby were excellent carers for Max the cat and Pinot our last surviving chook. They gave them lots of attention, playing with them and entertaining them. I asked for a text and photo at the end of each day which was provided and for them to contact me with any questions. They keep my plants watered and the house tidy. I would definitely recommend Annabel to house sit.
