Caroline's home is beautiful and homely with lovely gardens surrounding it, and with access to walks through neighbouring fields or along the Basingstoke Canal. Caroline and her husband are very warm and welcoming and gave clear instructions with how things work around the home. The cats are sweet although mildly distant, in that they are not the cuddly, lap cat type. But lovely to be in their company all the same! The house is very comfortable, my bed was heavenly, and it's a wonderful home to retreat to for a relaxing and chilled stay.
I had a lovely time housesitting Miro and Luna! They're adorably large Maine Coon cats who love to play or have lazy, sleepy afternoons and hunt for kitty treats in the "puzzle" box. Luna is the tuxedo softie who loved to curl in my lap in the evenings when I settled down with a book and otherwise liked to run around and play with spiral toys. Miro is the orange who is super sweet, a bit talkative after you get to know him, and a little bit clutzy - I saw him slip off a counter, poor boy. He was fine, though, thank goodness. Michal and Maria were very nice and went over everything I needed to know in person as well as sent detailed instructions via email which were very helpful during the sit. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to play with some silly Maine Coons. I'm not gonna lie, after going on this sit I now want a Maine Coon myself, lol! Highly recommended!
Tito is a DOLL precious little baby and so low maintenance. Kristie was so kind and welcoming and communicative and her apartment is super convenient! So grateful for my stay here and would absolutely come back and hang with sweet Tito anytime
We had a lovely week with Maisie in Sevenoaks. Sarah met us and made us feel at home and she also provided all the information that we might need. Her home is very comfortable with easy access to the town and surrounding countryside. Maisie is very independent but will come for a fuss and cuddle on her terms, she was no trouble at all. We would happily sit for Sarah again!
We had such a great experience looking after Riley. Gladys is a super generous host and made the handover process very smooth. Riley is an absolute delight, with the biggest heart. Walks wonderfully on the lead, loves to be rewarded with treats and is the best hot water bottle anyone could ask for when curled up the sofa. We were sad to say goodbye. The apartment is very well located and has everything you need. Thanks so much for having us 💙
Katherine is amazing. Her place is sublime, so comfortable, so well designed. Bea is a very special girl. She is calm, kind, sweet, well-trained, and your best friend. I like to think of her as a spa-princess in an elite athlete body. She loves her spa-cloth wipe downs with warm water, her pedicures, her special treats, walks, and playing ball. It is critical to treat Bea as the sensitive being she is - and with a sense of delicacy. Bea will chase a ball and not see a stone wall in her way, for example, due to being such a serious athlete. I made sure I was careful with her, as her doggie-sitter. She's a delight and I miss her and cannot wait to see her again!
