Thoroughly enjoyed sitting for Matthew and Sharron looking after Timmy. Did a video call first then visited meeting Timmy. Matthew and Sharron perfect hosts and made me very welcome. The cottage is in a beautiful setting and so warm comfortable and cozy all mod cons, looked after great feel to it. Had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. Spare room with comfortable bed and pillows I need in my own home! You do need a car the local Nisa grocery store, a pizza/kebab shop, fish n chip and pharmacy 5 minutes drive. You are in the countryside with adjoining neighbours next door so even you were rural location - being on my own I felt totally safe and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Timmy was extremely easy making sure his food and water topped up. He had his own agenda and his happy sleeping place in a shed outside. Would see him in the back of the garden with the neighbours cat. Thoroughly recommend to other sitters - great location for Cambridge, Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds all within 20 mins away. Thankyou for giving me my first sit - would definitely sit again for you
Our time with Jake at John and Lynn’s home was wonderful! Their home is very well kept and so welcoming, as are John and Lynn. Jake was such a well behaved boy and we enjoyed his snuggles at night after our fun filled days on the water. Jake follows commands and is the sweetest boy. We had no issues with feeding schedule or medications, he did wonderful!
What a delightful housesit on this small holding in rural Buckinghamshire! We thoroughly enjoyed spending our time playing and cuddling with the adorable super six. The dogs were so much fun, with such unique personalities, extremely affectionate and well behaved. Taking care of the chickens, ducks, geese and sheep was easy and straightforward. Nick and Dee's home is really cosy and has everything you could possibly want to have a comfortable stay. The peace and quiet of the surrounding fields allowed us to enjoy being outside in nature with all the animals. Nick was really friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We never met with Dee, as she was already travelling; however, we kept in regular communication with them both throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this housesit and would jump at the chance to do so again!
Had a lovely stay at Karolin apartment for a few days before my departure home :) You are bound to feel at home and comfortable in her apartment! While Luna is a bit cautious with new people, you just need to be patient with her :)) Thank you again Karolin!
What a 'gem' of a sit ! Lovely house, great little village in a fabulous area of the country. What more would you need ? How about two four legged 'angels' to take on walks and play with. Bella & Rosie are just fantastic companions. We had a meal with the family the night before they left for their holiday, which helped us settle in and know where everything was and what to do. Becky and Angus were great hosts. As you can probably tell we had a thoroughly enjoyable sit.... Perfect !
