Our pups loved it here! We had them there over the holidays and the Paw-gress reports with pics the staff sent were comforting to us while we were separated from our babies. They seemed happy and content when we picked them up. No fleas or cough or anything after pickup. Seems to be a well kept establishment.

I left my dog mocha here and was pleasantly surprised. My dog usually is timid around new people but from the start she was excited to meet the employees there! They immediately welcomed my dog and reassured me everything was gonna be fine. She was signed up for daily playtimes and I received daily photos of her playtimes which put my mind at ease. I accidentally didn’t leave enough food and they texted me letting me know and they even provided food for my pet. I also had brought some of her stuff and was amazed that they washed her blankets. I would recommend this place solely on the customer service I received but the cherry on top is my pet was well taken care of.

A short explanation of this place is its great. A longer one is if you have any doubts about taking your pets here...dont. Staff is amazing. Facilities look great. They answer their phone. I called and emailed around two months before my vacation and got a response from a "competitor" the day after I got back. Do you really want to leave your pets somewhere you can't get anyone to answer or even return a phone call or email for two months? I also called before returning just to let them know when I intended to pick them up. They answered then too. They sent me a photo of the pups playing without asking. Amazing place. Amazing people. Can't say that enough.

Surely recommend. We choose this location for our cat. Boarded for 3 nights. First time so our cat was stressed out and even stopped drinking. With upset stomach in addition we were so worried for our cat. They took time and took great care. He recovered well. The place is clean and nicely organised. Our go to place from now on for sure. Everyone we met at the front desk was so nice and polite. Helpful. Explained everything clearly. Love the place.

If you're thinking of boarding your dogs for the holidays, find another place. One of my dogs came out with a UTI and the other is exhibiting characteristics of trauma. I don't know what they did to my dogs, but I am appalled that this is the results of 1 week in the care of petsuites.

Super friendly and caring staff. Never had any issues. The webcams are awesome! My pup is very possessive of me but does great here with the other dogs and employees. Give it a try!

I have a 9 year old German Sheppard that I thought they would have trouble grooming but they did an amazing job. She wasn't stressed out or appear it in any way. She seems happier and healthier without all that fur in this heat. She's an older dog and is showing signs of dementia so you made what may be her last year much more bearable. The staff was friendly and even when she growled and showed her teeth to one staff member she showed no fear. Thanks to all who dealt with My huge girl Abby. You made an old lady dog happy.

The absolute best place to have your dogs to play and stay! My dog loves to come and play here and the staff is amazing! They truly love your animals!

I have been dropping my dog off here since they first opened and he is now 4 years old. I have never had any issues and the staff is awesome. He always seems to enjoy his stay while he is in there care. I would highly recommend leaving your furry baby here when considering dog care

I take my small dogs here. They have special diets and they take excellent care of my dogs. Management is very professional. Great groomer. I’m taking my dogs there tomorrow for 4 days. I’m not concerned for their well being. 4 lb and 8 lbs Kairn terriers. Mocha and Latte

Cloud Nine grooming is top notch. They take pride in their work, and at an affordable price. I’ve tried many in Wylie/ Murphy and all things considered, they are the best.

I've brought my two large breed dogs here for both boarding and grooming. The owner is without a doubt one of the best in the business. After a grooming session he informed me of inflammation/possible infection in my golden's ear so that I could get it treated quickly. He appears to be available to his staff and works right along side them as evidenced by his commitment to work the holidays and weekends. The grooming has always been phenomenal: so much more attention to detail than going to someplace like PetSmart. Also, my dogs have been excited to go every time I bring them so I know they're well taken care!

My 2 nervous dogs come home from each stay feeling happy and relaxed. The staff is kind and accommodating. I am so appreciative of Cloud 9. I would not take my dogs anywhere else. ❤️

This review is LOOONG over due!! We have been customers for a very long time. They have taken care of all our animals needs. Top notch groomers we love the owner he communicates as needed and converses with us each time we lick our dogs up from grooming. Chico and Fifi always look amazing.

Awesome Folks! I use the daycare & grooming for my miniature pinscher chihuahua mix and she gets a lot of exercise that would be hard for me to do otherwise. No other groomer could get her to let them grind her nails and here it is no problem which my legs really appreciate. I highly recommend these folks!

1st time I have ever been here and I will be back. Staff was nice and helpful. My dog whiskey look great and it was the 1st time he has ever had a grooming.

My Audrey has been here several times and comes home happy. This time my newly fostered/adopted dog Mo went too. He is a little guy and I was worried. They both came home happy (and a little tired) and I am so relieved. The staff is great - every one I have ever met. Cloud Nine is not too close to me, but worth the trip for peace of mind.

Vicky clearly cared about my dog. She would thoroughly document the visit, send pictures, and give a subjective description of the disposition of my pet. Since she got to know my pet, she would notice things I sometimes didn't, like his nails becoming too long or certain behaviors to which I became inured. She's very responsible, even remembering to lock doors more often that I remember. I'm moving out of DFW, but I can only hope to have a dog sitter as reliable and courteous as her.

I've never met a more loving animal caregiver and I've had many. Up front honest and delivers above and beyond. Want to know for sure your fur baby is in the best of hands call Miss Vicky! She gets my vote and I think my pets agree! Wish I could give more stars. Thank you miss Vicky.

We have used Miss Vicky for over 5 years for trips ranging from a few days to over a month long, and I would recommend her without hesitation. She is extremely professional and reliable, and also very good with our three cats. She is diligent about checking in daily, providing pictures, and giving updates not just on the cats, but also mail and anything else she notices in the house that may need to be addressed. She has also been great with my oldest cat Gus, giving him meds when required and keeping a close eye on his health issues. If you want peace of mind while traveling, don’t hesitate to leave your pets in Miss Vicky’s care!

My wife and I have been using Miss Vicky’s pet sitting service for almost 2 years now. I can’t believe I haven’t given her a five star review until now! She is absolutely wonderful with all of our animals. We have a larger dog and a small Yorkie, two tabby cats and a black-and-white cat. Some stay upstairs some stay downstairs, some like certain treats, some get sick if they eat others. She’s very cognizant of all of this and medicates the dogs and cats when necessary as well. Special props this time for figuring out who’s been eating all the “lil” cat soups lol. Turns out it was our dog Daisy, who has decided going up and down the stairs even though it’s against the rules is OK as long as we’re not home :-). On our last trip, I came home to find the trash bins out on the street. She asked about all this in the introductory interview when she came to meet all the animals, but I guess I’ve just never been gone on the day that she would have been required to do that. For our animals, she stays about an hour. She sends photos of them looking all happy and fed. She watches the one carefully that is supposed to poop while she is here, and we even get reports about that. If you’re looking for a pet sitter, I highly recommend Miss Vicky’s pet sitting services. And although it’s called Miss Vicki‘s pet sitting services, we’ve only ever seen Miss Vicky. I think it might be just her running the business, which I can’t even imagine. Sometimes when she hast to squeeze us in for a last-minute trip, she’ll come at 4:30 in the morning sometimes 830 at night. I know she would spend the night if we asked her to. Once again, just bringing home that five star review! (Here is a note she leaves. She writes one every day and sends an email.)

I just can't say enough good things about Ms.Vicky! She watched our 2 dogs, kitty and home whenever we would travel for the past 4-5 years. We trust her completely with our home and pets. Would recommend for anyone searching for someone who really loves on your pets when you are gone!

Miss Vicky did an amazing job taking care of our two dogs while we were out of town. I was stressed before leaving because one of my dogs is rather high-maintenance and runs off if given the chance. After meeting Miss Vicky, I knew that she would be able to handle him. I requested that she texted me pictures of my dogs everyday, which she did, and I was able to see that my dogs were very happy - I know they loved her homemade dog treats. We came home from our trip to two calm and content dogs and she had even cleaned up the messes they made in the house while we were gone. Highly recommended!

Miss Vicky has helped watch our dogs several times and she is the best! She is very thorough and truly cares for the animals. She always gives us updates on how our dogs are doing and will keep in touch with us when we are home to make sure we made it safely. I am very, very picky who takes care of my dogs. And I truly believe she possesses the skills, love, and compassion for taking care of animal! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my furbabies!

Miss Vicky is the best! She took care of my sick cat who would hide from anybody, but not for Miss Vicky! I was amazed! She has taken care of my pets for a couple of years now, and I trust Miss Vicky extremely! I can leave for a couple of weeks and know my pets are in great hands! She now is pet sitting my dog, who was very skidish of people, from being abused from past owners. Hugo, my dog just loves her and pretty much jumps out of the car when we get to her house! She takes incredible care of my pets!!! I am definitely recommending Miss Vicky's Petsitting!!!!

We used Vicky's pet service once and had good enough experience we decided to reach out to Vicky again for an upcoming trip we planned for next month 10/5-10/12. We paid Vicky $180.00 for deposit on Tuesday 9/10/19. On Wednesday 9/11 (next day) we then found out our itinerary changed and reached out to Vicky about possibly sitting our dog for an additional day and she advised she already had overnights booked and still offered our dog could stay overnight but not sure how that would be without her supervision. We understood the circumstances and advised her we would make some calls and get back to her. I notified via text Vicky this afternoon (2 days later) that we needed to cancel the reservation and she quickly responded via email cancelation paperwork; no text or call back. While we understand the terms of the contract I called Vicky to see if it was possible to get any kind of refund (keep in mind this is only about 3 days and our trip is 3 weeks away) and she firmly said no and reiterated how busy she was and how many appointments she did not confirm because we reserved these dates. While I understand this is terms of a contract, we felt this was plenty notice considering how "busy" she reiterated she was and how many cancelations she had because of our reservation. We believe Vicky is great with animals but her service this time around was pompous and aggressive.

Mrs.Kim was absolutely amazing. She boarded both of our dogs, Leila and Poppa. We previously explained that our older pup, Leila is not easy to trust as she is a rescue, but she assured me she they would be safe and have lots of fun. Our dogs had a blast!! She sent updates daily and that made us feel more and more comfortable and have less and less anxiety. We will absolutely be utilizing her services as long as she is offering and space is available. We highly recommend Nitro Daycare and Dog boarding!!

Great boarding service. More like leaving our dog with a friend than at a typical kennel. We'll definitely use Nitro again the next time we need to travel and can't take our pupper with us.

At first, it did not appear to be a prison like most of the places in the Dallas area; however, when we came to pick up our Cat Hamlet, he was miserably sleeping and soaked in his urine; if we had seen the reviews before bringing him, we would have never brought him. What the hell were you people doing? How long was Hamlet soaking in his urine? We had to immediately bath him and wash all of my daughter's bedding the day after we brought him home! Never again….

We've been using Pet Paradise for 4 years and absolutely love it. Although our dog dislikes car rides, he’s always excited when he realizes we’ve arrived here! The staff is fantastic—friendly, responsive, and attentive to the care notes on our account. We highly recommend this spot for pet sitting and grooming.

Love the staff great place We started bringing our two dogs this summer. Was one for the best thing we did They love it and I feel great that they are getting good care We decided to take a week out of town So we dropped them off and I felt very comfy with them there I could see them on camera if I want but more importantly they called me to let me know one had a touch of a bug we discussed giving the a probiotic Such good care with love as well

I am a very anxious pet owner but I feel very safe leaving my dog in the care of this facility. The staff is always very friendly and they remember my dog when I bring her in, which impresses me. I love that play group meets at the same time daily and it brings me comfort to be able to check on my dog with the live camera.

We love Pet Paradise Premier!! Hadley’s tail immediately starts wagging as soon as she gets there in the morning and with my hectic schedule, I always feel good dropping Hadley off for their full-day daycare option! The staff make it a priority to get to know and love your furry friend! They take cute pictures, give a detailed update/report card of your dog’s day when you pick them up, so you are able to know just how loved they were! You are not treated like another number at all and staff is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. With reading the other reviews.. please keep in mind that some places are understaffed and are doing the best they can! I have never felt uneasy or scared to leave my dog here - please do your due diligence and come into the facility to get a tour and ask questions! Highly recommend this facility! My dog was injured while in their care. She had to be taken to the vet and had to have stitches taken. The staff did not keep me posted on her wellbeing and the only reason they called was to collect payment for the vet bill. I don’t recommend leaving your dog here if you want peace of mind while you’re away.

We have boarded both our dog and cat here and have had great experiences! Our dog has anxiety and doesn’t usually do well when he’s not at home but the staff here does an amazing job at making sure he eats and participates in play time. It means a lot to know they remember him and look forward to seeing him. Same with our cat - he can be a grump but they love him and it brings me so much peace. Thank you so much to the team here!

I brought my 12 pound dog in for a simple nail trimming. The employees decided they needed 4 different people to hold our dog down. One bear gripping squeezing our dog, one holding the arm, one holding her paw, and the other (not even looking at times) holding the clipper/drimel. After her appointment one employee told me there was an incident and our dog cut her self on Rabbit's belt. Rabbit is the name of one of the employees. They were holing her so tight she cut her paw on Rabbit's belt. (At least that was the story we were told). If that is the case they are not following safety measures where no sharp clothing should be implemented. Her paw was soaked when they brought our dog out because they had to rinse the blood the cut her so bad. They also cut her really far up on her paw no where near where any cutting device should be. We will NEVER be taking our dog to this place of torture again.

We've used Pet Paradise since they opened this location. Our dogs are happy to go there, we can watch them playing through the video feed online while we're away!

Miles is always happy when I see him and loved by the staff. I’m glad he has a place that makes him feel so welcome when we travel, and that can give him a bath and trim his nails.

First time at this location. People are nice but I had HUGE vet bills after my cat spent a week in their care. She had been to the vet 2 days prior for a checkup and all was fine. When I got her back adter a week, she had runny eyes, runny nose, cough, sneezing...URI.

My fren has so much fun staying here. She's happy in all the photos they take and comes back so happy. The staff is friendly and prices are good.

I highly recommend Lori’s Loving Pet Sitting. She and her sitters are wonderful and caring. I knew my dogs were in good hands so I could focus on work. Lori is very accommodating and you can tell she really does care about animals and people’s pets. She was very quick to respond and very nice. Fortunately my circumstances have changed and I no longer need a sitter but I would definitely use Lori’s Loving Pet Sitting again.

Can't say enough great things about Lori and her team! Lori is always happy to accommodate my requests (even when they're last minute and on holiday weekends) and my dogs are well looked after. Not only do they feed and water our (2) cats when we are away, they play with them, brush them, clean the box and the tracking and even bring in packages from the front porch on a daily basis! I appreciate that they send me photos while they are there and give me a quick daily update. My pets are never stressed or anxious but always seem relaxed when I get back home. I have used Lori since 2003 when I found out one of my cats was diabetic and needed twice daily insulin injections. I no longer could use neighborhood kids so I was thrilled to find Lori. I have been using her ever since, even though I no longer have that diabetic cat. She is that good !! Lori is trustworthy and loves all the furry critters and spends time tending to their needs, as well as playing with them. She will also do some stuff around the house as needed (take in the mail or water my plants once a week). She is a joy !

Lori has been my pet sitter since 2002. She and her team not only take great care of my cats, but also of my house -- adjusting lights, picking up mail, etc. to make the place look lived in. I travel a lot and trust Lori completely. When my Mom had a heart attack, I threw clothes in a suitcase and got on the road, only then calling Lori to ask her to just take care of things until I got back. All of my pets over the years have loved her (except my newest kitten, who is just shy and persists in hiding). I recommend Lori's Loving Pet Sitting highly.

John is the absolute best. He has been my Standard Poodle "Ranger" groomer going on 7 yrs. I would follow him were ever he goes in the DFW metroplex. He found a tumor on my dog that I would have never found. How often do owners look at their dogs anal area? He is just attentive, understanding of all my dogs quirks and patient to the core. If your dog is touched by John he is Blessed with Love.

Lucky Paws Pet Lodge came through in a big way for us! Our Leo loves staying here! He is always well taken care of.

This is a GREAT place to take your dogs to be groomed! We have taken our pets there for years. John is excellent with animals! We took a dog directly off the streets years ago. She was skittish and sometimes aggressive. John took his time to get to know her before trying to cut her hair. She now loves him, as do all of our fur babies. We now make a nearly 30 minute drive to take them to Lucky Paws. You can trust your pets with them.

John was great, walk in to 2 dogs to have nails clip. John is great with dogs, and did a very good job clipping the dogs nails. Definitely would recommend, we will be be back again.

Took my puppy Lucky there for his first haircut. Friendly crew, very helpful and informative. Told me what I need to know about my puppy. And gave me a good price for a first time. Definitely recommended

So happy we found Lucky Paws for our doggy day care needs. Biscuit loves to go to daycare and always comes home tired from his busy day at the daycare.

PLEASE READ THE RECENT REVIEWS FIRST THIER OVERALL RATING IS MISLEADING!! I dropped my Boston off for a little over a week while I was on vacation. When I picked him up I almost did not recognize him. He was so skinny and looked like he wasn’t fed once. And on top of that he reeked of urine and feces and his butt was caked in feces(I had wiped some of the wet feces off but you can still see the old stuff). I should’ve known better as the place itself literally stunk of urine when I first entered it. Y’all please PLEASE do your fur babies better and take them elsewhere. I will be filing a formal complaint with the city as well as this is just horrendous. I’ve attached pics so you can see what I’m talking about, although they still don’t tell the full story. The pic of my leg is feces that I noticed on me after he rubbed up against me. The same thing for his harness. Y’all heed my warning this place is not the 4 star establishment it was last year please AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
