Ophir and Aviv did a great job. We had some issues with a water leak in the house and they did a great job of helping us coordinate everything to get it fixed. This included quite a bit of flexibility while workers came and left to get the jobs completed. They were very reliable and responsive as well. They sent us pictures every so often and asked us on multiple occasions how they could help with different things in the house. We appreciated everything they did for us!

Marla is a dream cat sitter. She asked all the pertinent questions about my cats care which made me feel comfortable that Lil was in good hands. Marla left my home spotless. Mark and Rola were more than gracious regarding the situation, and I truly appreciate their understanding and flexibility while we were dealing with our emergency situation. I have no doubt that had the sit proceeded as planned that Mark and Rola would have been the same excellent caretakers of our house and dog as they have been on their previous sits with us. We were so glad to have Terri and George back to sit our (new) cats. This time around they went out of their way to pick up some meds for our cats and administered them successfully while we were gone. From our first "meeting" over Zoom, I could tell that she was incredibly attentive and detail oriented, which was fully borne out across the course of her stay, during which she provided regular updates on my cat, Juniper, and the apartment. Kristen concluded her stay with a highly detailed sign out note, including some incredibly helpful feedback on her experience with Juniper that I'll absolutely be taking to heart going forward. She also comprehensively cleaned my home, leaving it cleaner than she found it. Overall, Kristen exceeded my expectations in every possible way. She provided me with immense peace of mind while I was away from home and I couldn't possibly recommend her more highly to others in the future. She was truly fantastic.

Alexs communication was quick and efficient. I had no hesitation at inviting them to my home. You can completely rely on these two to keep an eye on your house and care for your pet.
It was our first house sit, but they both put you at ease, and looked after fifi perfectly. The house was left clean and tidy, fifi very happy, and we had a very relaxing holiday knowing she was cared for.
