We thoroughly enjoyed our experience house sitting for Megan and caring for her beautiful cats Ari and Sia over the Christmas break. Megan was welcoming, friendly, a great communicator and provided clear instructions for looking after her cats and home. Ari and Sia are sweet natured, affectionate and a breeze to take care of. Megan’s home is well cared for and a very relaxed and comfortable environment which we very much appreciated. We would love to look after Sia and Ari again in the future and are grateful for the very positive experience.
Liane and her daughter Erin were absolutely lovely and made sure we had everything we needed for our sit. We absolutely loved looking after their amazing dogs Duma, Maisy and Moose who were always really well behaved and were great companions to us during our stay, we will miss them loads! Thank you Liane for letting us stay in your home we had a great time.
Slesse is so sweet and kind that I started affectionally calling her Sweetness. Always happy to see you and ready for scratches, to play ball, or go on a walk. She was good around other dogs when passing by. We enjoyed going on neighborhood walks or walks to the lake. She enjoyed seeing, and attempting to chase, squirrels and crows. Claire left clear instructions and was very communicative when I needed clarification. The house was cute and cozy and really close to a lake park which was definitely a highlight and made walking Slesse even better. I really enjoyed my stay, getting to hang out with Slesse, and I would stay again if it worked out.
My husband and I had the privilege of house sitting for Sue in Canberra Australia for 2 weeks this past spring. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have been chosen by Sue who is one of the friendliest, kindest and most considerate people we’ve met! She has a comfortable, bright and cheerful home with 2 adorable and energetic Beagles and 2 gorgeous cats. Every day we enjoyed walking the Beagles through the nature reserve that was outside Sue’s back gate. We were delighted to watch kangaroos and their joeys “in the wild” as well as silver-crested cockatoos, exotic and beautiful parrots and other birds. We cannot say enough good things about Sue’s home. She is highly organized and very creative with her quilting and card making. I found in Sue a “kindred spirit” that I will treasure for years to come. My husband and I would not hesitate for a second to return to Sue’s home and house sit for much longer! We plan to continue our friendship with Sue (and her lovely mom who lives close by) and will always be thankful that we had the opportunity to know her! Thanks so much, Sue!
We had a very nice and relaxing weekend with the precious Maecy. She thoroughly enjoyed all of the walks we gave her, so much that she would be tuckered out on her bed on the floor when we came back every time! She seemed to play games with us while we were in the living room or bedroom, and she would refuse to walk through the door, but eventually would run over to us for pets and snuggles. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean! Overall we were very impressed and will miss sweet Maecy dearly!
Staying with Kaja and Nalle was a great experience. They are both well-behaved, gentle but energetic dogs. They are lovable and kind; they love their walks but are patient; they keep you company around the house and enjoy yours for sure. It didn’t take long for me to feel welcomed and accepted. I loved our walks and all the exploring and sniffing we experienced together. I’m not sure which the girls loved more - the forest or the doggy park. Alisson and her family are warm and welcoming, and accomodating as well. Communicating was easy and support was always there no matter if it was a question about Kaja and Nalle or where to print a document. The home is neat, well-organized and comfortable. There’s plenty of light and the patio is beautiful. The neighbourhood is very quiet. There are a couple of restaurants and a supermarket that has everything one might need. The house is also not so far from the Stockholm center. Google maps has it all and everything is easy to find. At the end I said that I’ve ‘adopted’ Kaja and Nalle so now I have 2 cata back at home and 2 dogs in Sweden, which means I really had a wonderful time with them and for sure would love to repeat it if there’s a chance in the future. 😊🐕🐕

I know it’s just hair and that it will grow back, but seeing my baby like this makes me so sad. Paperwork shows he always gets teddy bear cut, i walk in to pick him up and he has a poodle cut.. I asked for them to go shorter and was told that i needed to come back closer to the end of the day bc they didn’t have time to fix him. “I’m going to pull up the cameras to prove that you asked for a poodle cut” Very rude and condescending Fast forward 15 min later after i had just gotten home I received a phone call that he was ready. I walk in and he’s full shaved with this little mohawk.Immediately they start to apologize because they knew they were rude and messed up. Payed for the service and walked out. Very disappointed will not be coming back. Pictured for reference. 1&2 how i brought him home. 3 poodle cut they gave him except for the trim in his legs 4&5 how they usually leave him.
My fur babies had long nails; called to see if you needed an appointment for nail trim; they said no; they accept walk-ins😃 (but I would recommend just to call ahead); Nail trim was only $10 . I forgot to get the girl that helped me with my 3 doggos, but she was very kind and sweet with them; also staff were working and the dogs and they seem very gentle to get every little spot. Dogs seemed to trust them. As far for the ladies who worked today; thank you so much we left happy. Def coming back, seemed affordable when you have more than 1 dog 😅 Oh and also I’m not sure if she was the owner of the business; she gave us cute little bow and bow ties for my fur babies! And also cute setup for the lil grooming salon, very festive! Loved it! Oh and also guys; they ONLY take cash or Zelle! Have that in mind ( no debit/credit).
Took over a dog in very rough condition. I called and they gave me info on the process. Was able to take my dog same day and the results were AMAZING! I 100 recommend! What I paid I know I would have paid much more elsewhere.
My dogs were matted from me being sick and haven’t been able to get them groomed. I called and they got me in the next day. I let them freestyle on what they thought was best for my dogs. I absolutely loveeeee it. Thank you we will be back.
Today I took my pet to get a haircut and as I was waiting to be seen I overheard two of the stylists yelling at a dog. They eventually attended me and were very rude and stand off-ish. Once I picked up my shih tzu I was dissatisfied by his haircut this was probably the WORST haircut my dog has ever received. Once I got home I noticed he was being quite and sad I took a close look at his haircut and noticed he had a red scratch above his left eye. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. Terrible customer service, I will definitely NEVER be coming here again. ALSO THEY CANT ACCEPT WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT!!!

My parents & I have been taking out dogs here for YEARS and we just ABSOLUTELY LOVE the staff there!!! They treat our fur babies kind and gentle and always do an AMAZING job grooming each & every one of them. Every time we go to pick them up when they are done they're wagging their tails & are so happy (& not all shaking & looking scared or traumatized as has happened before at other groomers 😠) & they're absolutely gorgeous & all clean cut & nails trimmed perfect & they smell SO good, & they either have a super cute tie or bow around their collar!!❤❤❤ I HIGHLY recommend taking your pets here for grooming, my family & I won't take them any where else but here!!! 👍
This is the first time taking my beloved Pickles to the groomer. Normally we do it ourselves, but this year we had no time with the holidays. All About Pets Grooming & Daycare exceeded my expectations. My Pickles is beautiful to look at as well as soft to the touch. They even clipped her nails. Very pleasant experience with great customer service. Price was very affordable. Love their work, will bring back again.

My first experience with this establishment was decent I took my dog Mylo (German Shepherd) to get groomed Nov.22, 2022. Everything went well they said he did a good job especially it being his first time. Fast forward Mar. 9, 2024 my dog was nervous returning but he worked up the courage to walk in the front door. As he sniffed around the workers began to complain and said ‘it’s almost been 2yrs since they’ve last seen Mylo’. Keeping in mind I called and booked this appointment prior to showing up. They said Mylo had to be evaluated if he could be taken in. A woman came from the back, looked at my dog and said ‘Hello Mylo’ and took a step toward him with a rope leash in hand. Being nervous Mylo barked and she stepped back and said that Saturdays are busy and noisy. There were a lot of smaller dogs and no large breeds. She suggested that I book something during the week and not on the weekends. I let them know I was very upset with their unprofessionalism. I made an appointment, took the time out of my day and was on time just to be told today didn’t work for them. For the start of this interaction I could tell they didn’t want to see my dog by their comments and energy towards him just because of his size. Other dogs were barking and scratching their cages but because they were small you could tell the workers didn’t care. But the one time my dog barked they didn’t want anything to do with him.
Amy is fantastic. We have been using badlands boarding for 8 months now for daycare and boarding. She cares for and plays with the dogs herself, always excited to see my puppy and my puppy is excited to see her. Very responsive and accommodating for our daycare and boarding needs. They also offer board and train services if you need them. Thanks so much!
Amy is the best pet sitter we have ever had. She is a genuine pet whisperer. She is calm & handles many different personalities. Our Maltese is very hesitant with other dogs but Amy's calm personality sets our pets at ease. Her training, skills & experiences have made her more than qualified to own & manage a boarding facility for dogs & cats. We also boarded our 2 cats. The male cat loves other cats but our female cat can be nasty. Amy took care of them together for 11 days without incidents. She is amazing. She is also is very personable with people. Badlands Boarding is very clean & safe with proper fencing to keep large & small pets safe. Her husband also helps with the pets & maintenance. We highly recommend Badlands Boarding. ❤❤
Boarding our two dogs here makes our vacations out of town that much more enjoyable and relaxing, because we know they are in excellent care with Amy!! They start wagging their tails and jumping all over the car when we pull up, I'm convinced they like it better with Amy than with us! Amy is super communicative, very accommodating since one of our pups does can't do group play, and when an emergency came up she was incredibly thorough and went above & beyond. I highly recommend boarding your pets here, Amy is fantastic and I am sure you won't be disappointed.
The best boarding experience. Amy treats my pup like her own. I feel completely comfortable when I leave him with her, even for long trips (unlike other boarding facilities I've used). He's even excited when I pull up to her gate!

What a great place and Amy is fabulous. She took in our two cats at the last minute while we were having work done on our coach. The cat house was perfect. They had furniture and windows and toys just like home. Amy does a fabulous job of keep her facilities clean and up to date. Her dog kennels were wonderful for their boarders. Highly recommend this and will definitely be back when in the area. Even got a recommendation for a great German Deli nearby for lunch.
I have been to MANY different kennels across the nation and this is the ONLY one my dog (Oakley) is EXCITED to stay at. More accurately, it feels like a second home. We feel so blessed to have found Amy and Christian-- It is no question they love all the critters who stay with them and have the biggest hearts. They are attentive to each critter's individual needs (my dog needs to have exercise and human affection every day) and they go above and beyond that. I know I should have a backup kennel in case they are ever full, but everywhere else falls short in comparison!
Badlands boarding is nothing short of amazing! I’m leaving this review as someone who has worked along side owner Amy and been to her facility many of times. As a trainer I refer ALL my clients here for boarding. Facility is always clean and well taken care. Amy The care for the dogs is above and beyond. Amy treats every dog like they’re her own. Amy is professional and very easy to talk too. Badlands boarding is definitely a diamond in the ruff. I recommended Badlands for all your boarding needs. 10 out of 10.
Just picked up our dog "Daisy" after leaving her for a 6 day visit with Amy. How lucky we are to have discovered Badlands Kennel! Above and beyond the top professional care that Amy provides, Amy really cares about your pet. She hands out plenty of TLC, helping your pet to feel at home! Daily email/text updates with photos were a bonus! Highly, highly recommended!!!
I put my sweet Tulip in a kennel for the first time this weekend 7/30/2022. Amy is very real and great with dogs! It came highly recommended in Redlands. The price is reasonable. Tulip is 11 and needs a place to chill when I go to events. She dislikes crowds. So Tulip got to meet a few new dog friends, she was comfortable enough to eat dinner. And I feel very relieved I found this place! If you need to board your furrbaby check this place out!
Brigitt is the BEST at what she does, and Redman ranch is an amazing property! My Weimaraner is extremely particular, but comfortable, happy, and at home (away from home) when he's at My House of Paws. I travel 40 miles to board him with Brigitt because she is worth my time and peace of mind knowing my boy is in her care. He has been boarding with her several times a year (going on over 8 years now), and we have had zero problems. Brigitt sends photos and updates daily. We feel very fortunate to have found her!
We boarded our 2 dogs, a 9-year-old Puggle and 2 year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback, with Brigitt for a week while we went on vacation. The extra care and patience that Brigitt gave for my doggies was so appreciated. It is truly evident that she genuinely cares for the dogs boarding in her facility. The facility is very clean and there is plenty of space for the dogs to run and play. She is prompt to respond to text messages and sends/posts pictures frequently. I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about my fur babies. I highly recommend My House of Paws!
We boarded our dog Alfie for 3 weeks with Brigitt, and we’re relieved to have found her. She really knows how to take care of animals, as she also has horses and other farm animals. When we picked up Alfie it seemed like he didn’t want to leave. Thanks again Brigitt!
Absolutely recommend! We left Nacho our 7 month old puppy with My House of Paws for an over night stay. We received pictures and updates on him, he was as happy as can be. He absolutely enjoyed his time there. Brigitt is friendly, and had great communication with us, we can definitely tell she enjoys her profession. We recommend My House of Paws and will be taking Nacho back for daycare, boarding and training.
House of Paws is AMAZING! A beautiful facility and Brigitt treats every dog as her own. We've been sending our dogs to stay with Brigitt for 10 years. They want for nothing and are as happy to arrive and equally happy to leave. Brigitt watches the dogs carefully to ensure safety and healthy well- being. We tried other pet sitters and family to watch our dogs. We always return to House of Paws.
We recently left our 2year old pup for 2 weeks while we traveled abroad. This is our first experience with boarding, after much research and tours of other facilities that we didn’t feel at all comfortable with me met Bridget. I immediately felt a connection with her, she is kind, caring and a true friend of animals. Her ranch is amazing first off and immaculate. All of my worry and concern with leaving my baby boy was lifted and we were able to feel at ease traveling. Our pup seemed to really enjoy himself and his time at “camp”. I feel he’s grown a little as wel from the experience and I’m so fortunate to have found My house of paws!

Brigitt has been so great. We have been taking our dog Meelo to Brigitt for over 7 years. You will not find a better person who will take care of your dog. We have been very loyal to her. Brigitt was very accommodating and ensured that our little guy will be in good hands. He definitely was. He made new friends with the other dogs. She has the uncanny ability to calm the energy of the entire pack. At her Moreno Valley home and ranch, he was able to get the exercise and freedom to be with the pack. If your dog has special dietary requirements or other unique needs, you can count on her that those needs are met. She sent pictures and texts during our vacation to provide us a peace of mind that he is thriving and having a wonderful time. This definitely helped our confidence in Meelo's well being. Brigitt is awesome. You can tell she really loves all the dogs and it shows. I will definitely continue to be going to Meelo for our boarding needs.
Waste of truck drivers time. I came in at noon, off loaded at about little after midnight. Night crew does a great job, nice to work with. T does a good job, great attitude. If management could get trucks in and out faster I would give it 5 stars.
We deliver product here, Red Collar Pet, San Bernadino, and have been here 5 times. Have had to wait 3-4 DAYS to get unloaded with no reason given. They leave it all up to the “guard” to handle the delivery drivers. If we didn’t have kids we could go visit while waiting we would NOT deliver here. You are expected to just sit in your truck until they are ready to unload you. Again, for 3-4 days!?!? They need new schedule managers. Doesn’t matter when your appointment ( which they require) is. They will call you in whenever they feel like it and the “average”wait time is supposedly 18 hours. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!
Not bad but why they lie about having empty trailers is beyond me. They expect you to come with an empty but can't give you one... if everyone hoards empty trailers no one will every be able to come and get your products to move. Please take the people who move your products into consideration and have some respect. Also, be mindful of how you guys pack your trailers and where it's supposed to go, you load it unbalanced, on top of all the other minute nuances us truck drivers have to go through including but not limited to disrespectful drivers, we now have to worry about how you guys stuffed the trailers and how to balance them so we can haul your products legally and safely. Like I said this is something very important. My last shipment had came from Washington and had been sitting in Reno to be taken to California, well it was, I suppose okay for all those other states, but the way it was packed the weight was illegal for California (it's final destination), and there was no more room to adjust my tandems to make the weight limit, and there was no way for me to take it back to Washington for you guys to open your seal and rearrange everything up to code... there was a lot of man power and hours lost to get that load to be legal and safe to be delivered to its destination, this shouldn't happen, this should not be a thing anymore in this day in age.
Drivers Beware. My driver been at this receiver since 7am on friday for 8am appt. now its 2:18PM and still no dock. The receiver told my driver we will give you dock when we give you dock go wait. no respect for Truck drivers whatsoever.
Saw sign on the wall in shipping department and it says - Great people . I can't agree Sorry but shipping guy was very very rude . For no reason . I've seen lots of shipping guys but THIS ANGRY AND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL ?? We all can have bad days but it doesn't mean we can treat other people that way . Other than that - nice facility .
I dont. The security people are great. What I dont like is having to drive ten miles to scale out a load from a place that is notoriously famous for overweight loads. I got lucky this time, I didnt have to go back.
They set me 24 hours. So they could unload the locals with exact same product.

Pet food factory, I live right by it an when they cook the meat "IT SMELL SO GOOD". They make pet foods like "CESAR CLASSICS for dogs ect.
