It was an absolute pleasure sitting for Mel and Mark in their fabulous home, the house had everything you could need and in a fantastic location overlooking fields from the breakfast table and the Flitch (a 16mile disused railway path) on your doorstep for walks with Bertie. Bertie was a dream, he was loving with constant cuddles and very well behaved. In the house Bertie is very attentive and likes noting better than his tummy rubbed or a cuddle on the settee but when you tell him it is time for bed he trots off with no problem, he also has a dog flap so can come and go as he pleases. On walks he is happy to play ball for hours, he walks off lead and has great recall coming back as soon as you call him. We looked after him in the winter which meant he was covered in mud after every walk but stood still to be hosed down before going inside!! We will definitely miss Bertie and would love to sit again if we had the opportunity

It was a pleasure to sit for Dorothee and her sweet boy, Oscar! It was so easy going and Oscar was great company. Dorothee was so kind, helpful and accommodating. She even left me a delicious plate of Christmas cookies! Dorothee’s place is beautiful and well kept. I felt right at home. I would 100% sit here again.
