We couldn't ask for a better sitter for our cat Jackie! She took time to understand our 12 year old cat's routine and personality and took a great care of our house by keeping it clean and tidy too. We really appreciated her daily photo updates and quick communication and felt reassured that our cat was in excellent care throughout our holiday. She's a very caring, conscientious and reliable sitter and can't recommend her highly enough. We hope to have her come back for another stay.

The first words that come to mind are “Above and Beyond” - and that goes for everything. Reliability, communication, cleanliness, respect of my home, friendliness… and of course, dog care!! Elton is a recent revue adopted as an already well formed adult, hence he has his own timeline… He took to Den immediately, with Craig (and men in general) he has to observe and study them first… Craig understood this off the bad, and with neither fuss nor bother gave Elton his space. 2 days later I got a photo of Elton lying in Craig’s arms, tummy in the air… that says it all. To top off their wonderful skills they left gifts for all of us, even for the dogs. If you are lucky enough to have them sit for you, don’t hesitate. Wonderful, wonderful people 🙏🙏🙏 I can’t thank them enough!!!

Karin is an absolute delight, second time around she’s sitting my cats and hopefully not the last! Only downside is that my cats like her more than me, that‘s how well she takes care of them! Do yourself a favor and don‘t look any further.

Giulia was great! She visited us the evening before to get to know the cats and everything that was needed. She kept me posted everyday with pics and GIFs of the cats so I could feel safe they were doing well. Even Perla who is quite skeptical she seemed doing fine. When I came back they were healthy and happy 😊 Giulia is welcome again very soon!!

Anna spent one week here taking care of my cats Stellina, Rio and Grimm. She really understood their different characters and needs, and how to relate with them to make them feel safe and comfortable during my absence. She's also been very communicative updating me about how things were in the house daily while I was travelling, to not mention her kindness in picking me up at the train station after a long journey!

Francesca and Ricardo sat for my two cats for just over a week over Easter. They were great sitters, letting me know the cats were doing well and sending a few photos. Their communication before and during was fantastic - quick and organised and friendly! They took care of the apartment too, and it was clean and tidy on my return. Talking to Deborah feels like reuniting with a long lost friend. She is very easy, approachable, clearly loves the animals, and doing all things outdoors, which is the perfect person for our area and lifestyle as well. We overlapped by a few days at either end because of changing flight schedules and she even cooked dinner for us! She was extremely clean and considerate of everything- the cats, the house, our schedules. Our cats even picked up a few words of Italian now-mille grazie Deborah! She is welcome back anytime.

Henry is a nice guy, we had good communication, arrived precisely when we agreed and was pretty flexible when we came back! He left before we came back (we agreed on that) and he even washed his bed sheets and towels so one less thing for us to do back from an holiday! Recommended

I cannot praise Yuval enough for caring for my cat Sandy. It was as if I never left! Yuval is a very well mannered, respectful, and trustworthy person. Being that he is multi-cultured and a plurilingual (Speaks English, Italian, Spanish and French in that order), he easily settled here at my small village in Italy 🇮🇹 without issue. Very self sufficient and independent. I will definitely call on Yuval again. I totally trust him and my cat 🐈‍⬛ loves him!! Thank you Yuval from me and Sandy 🙏

Melissa cared for our dog Tiger during a 10 day holiday. Our previous sitter backed out last minute and she saved us when we were in a bind finding someone just days before our trip. She was friendly, self-sufficient, and sent periodic updates throughout our travels. We returned home to a clean house, a happy dog, and house plants that looked more alive when we arrived home than when we left. 😜 We appreciated that she reset the linens for us upon leaving and would recommend her as a responsible sitter for anyone looking!

Thor and Loki are both total sweeties and I loved getting to spend the weekend with them. 
Anna was great too, she really went above and beyond to help me to settle in and everything. The apartment is in such a good location with a nice view.
Just all around it was a lovely experience 😊

Lovely peaceful home. Martha is a super host. Easy to reach, clear instructions. Jo is a sweet shy girl. She loves treats and an easy walk.
East Austin has great food. Martha created a special warm environment for an enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay with Hugo. He is genuinely one of the sweetest and easiest dogs we have sat. When we took him out of the house he was well behaved and a hit with everyone. Sandro and Sam were incredibly kind and responsive to messages. Their home was beautiful and in a perfect area that is close to San Francisco and East Bay cities. There is a ton to do in the neighborhood and both hiking and cute shops are within walking distance.
