I cannot imagine any better pet/house sitters than Stan and Erin. This was my first time using Zeewoi and I had no concerns or worries during my three weeks away from home. On my return, my home was tidy and clean, sheets and towels washed, trash and recycling removed, flowers and plants watered and thriving. And it seems they likely played with my young, energetic, curious, and sometimes demanding kitty more often than I typically do. I highly recommend them to any pet parent wanting superior home and pet care.
Thankyou so much to Art and Helena for looking after Baily and Phyllis and our house so well. Both pets looked so well and happy on our return. We know that Baily was very loved and looked after and had some amazing walks and adventures due to the pictures and updates that were shared. Our house was left immaculately clean and tidy and all the bedding and towels etc were washed and dried (not an easy task with the UK weather!). We met up with Art and Helena before the sit started and immediately felt comfortable with them due to Baily's reaction to them both, he was smitten ! Would highly recommend them as house / pet sitters to anyone. We feel very lucky to have found them and would love to have them sit again in the future, Baily especially :)
After initially agreeing to the sit,Kadraj said she could not arrive until a few hours after I left. My smart lock registers comings and goings, so I panicked when she had not arrived until more than two hours after her ETA, and did not respond either to texts or calls. After she did arrive, the smart lock indicated that no one left or re-entered the apartment for 26 hours. When I confronted her with the fact that the dog had not been taken outside to walk, she asked “is she even housebroken?”, Indicating that the dog had been eliminating in the house, as of course, one would expect. My son-in-law came to take the dog to his home. He could not take the cat as he is allergic. When I arrived home several days later, I discovered that my cat, who is on a prescription diet because of kidney issues, had been being fed from the container of cat treats, rather than his prescription cat food. Fortunately, he did not appear to suffer ill effects. The house was well cared for and the plants survived.
We really enjoyed out stay at Charlotte’s beautiful home with Lettice and Tawny. They were both easy to look after and loveable. The cats just did their own thing- we didn’t see them much. The house was clean, tidy and Charlotte was able to do a handover which was really useful. Would love to come back!
