Nigel & Pierre were my first pet sitters so I was a tad nervous initially as my dog Ella is quite a nervous girl. Because of this I wanted to meet them the day before I flew back to the UK so I could see firsthand how she interacted with them. As soon as I met them I knew she was in good hands. She was a bit wary at first but that didn't last long! she ended up sitting in the middle of them - each one giving her a fuss which put my mind at ease and Ella was putty in their hands! I loved how they sent photos of her each day either on walks or playing at home, looking happy and content on each one. By doing this and sending me some funny pics of her too, it meant I could relax on my holiday. I can't thank the guys enough for looking after my gorgeous girl so well, keeping the house clean and tidy and being great company too!
Yvonne is amazing. We had the chance to speak before on Zoom and it was clear that she has loads of experience with animals. Whilst we were away Yvonne was great at keeping us informed on how he was doing (and importantly behaving). Otis is still a puppy and was being fussy about his food just before we left. Yvonne handled this perfectly and her caring nature really came through. She went above and beyond, reaching out to her friend (a vet) for advice, trying different food combinations as well as taking Otis for extra walks. This really made us feel at ease as we were slightly concerned about leaving that extra burden with her. Yvonne has a very caring nature and clearly formed an instant bond with Otis. She also took some incredible photos of him! We would 100% recommend Yvonne to anyone looking for a companion to care for their pet and there is an open invite for her to hang out with him whenever she is in town. Dan & Carina
