Thanks for a great weekend in the country Adrienne. We enjoyed all of the animals and the peace and quiet! Bunzie and Zorro were very well behaved and love to play ball. The cats very smoochy especially Pavlova and Mango. Nitro needs lots of coaching to trust. Gorgeous sheep too. Great communication and Instructions. Loved Pukekohe especially Monach cafe which had good knowledge of coeliac needs and provided options.
Sitting high up a hill just outside of Underhill Center, this beautiful home and the family, offered a comfortable stay, and they were gracious hosts. I gad everything I needed, even getting snowed in, more comfort was not compromised. Be prepared for Vermont weather when you come, but what an amazing location. Mishima and Libby were such lovely ladies to care for. Once we got into a schedule, we had a very relaxed and friendly visit. I can't wait to see them again!
Rascal and Tinker are two beautiful bengal cats. Rascal is extremely affectionate, playful and curious and loves to get involved with everything you’re up to… especially in the bathroom 😂 he seems to be very fascinated by water. Tinker has a slightly more reserved nature but once he trusts you it’s all belly rubs, purrs and lots of chats. Jackie and Danny were so kind to pick me up from the station and also offered a taxi back as I travelled from Brighton to Tring. They are both quick to communicate with via what’s app and on THS messenger. The house is a three bed with a lovely garden space and with many country walks nearby. Tring is a quaint village and I enjoyed Tring yoga studio and the park, I also ventured to nearby Berkensted for a few hours which has some nice boutique shops and cafes alongside a canal with boat shops. As this was Jackie and Danny’s first sit I gave them some feedback regarding how the sit could be improved to 5 stars. Overall I loved spending time with these cuties and I’m sure anyone else will love them too, but I personally would have just preferred the house to have been cleaned properly before I arrived and full info about the cats to be given beforehand, just to make the sit more comfortable.
Rachel was very generous and friendly with us, she really made us feel at home. And staying with Kevin was great, he's really big, one of the biggest we've ever taken care of, but there's only so much he's very friendly, affectionate, and loves to play. We loved spending time with Kevin!!
Vanessa has the cuddliest and most loving cat I have ever met!! She is so content, easy to look after and happy to see you if you have gone out for a couple of hours. Vanessa has created a lovely "home" environment in her Port Coquitlam condo and has a beautiful patio where you can sit and relax at the end of the day! The neighbours are extremely friendly and shopping is within easy walking distance. There is a community outdoor pool and a beautiful hiking trail around the rivers of Port Coquitlam; both within 2 minutes of the condo. I would highly recommend looking after Vanessa's cat if you are travelling in the area.
Iris was such a sweetheart! She was a bit shy at first, but eventually warmed up. Taylor communicated very well and made sure I had everything needed for a successful sit. Taylor’s place is also perfectly located near the metro and the wharf. I would highly recommend Taylor and Iris and would be happy to sit again!
