Cat Sitters in Nanoose Bay

It is clear that Gillian and Richard love animals. Our dog Cooper was very well cared for while we were away. Cooper was given plenty of attention and taken on what sounded like some great and adventurous walks. Perfect for a Labrador. He was in very good spirits when we returned. Gillian and Richard happily stopped by a few weeks in advance so we could meet each other and talk about the pet sitting. Communication was easy and they always responded quickly to my questions or comments. They were very easy and tidy house guests. The apartment was clean when we returned, sheets were changed on the bed and all the dishes had been washed. And I was very appreciative that they were so flexible when our train was late returning on the final day. Gillian and Richard are 2 very kind people, and I definitely would welcome them back to pet sit.

Cheryl was great! She sent us pictures of our dog out on walks and was a great communicator. The house was spotless when we arrived back home. We would be honored to have Cheryl back again!

Fabulous! Thank you so much for taking good care of our pets. Charmaine and Nick were lovely. They kept us up to date with photos of the pups and cats. Even the complex feeding schedule for our maine coon cats unphased them and we returned to a sparkling clean home and happy animals. 😊

I have been privileged to have Davina again care for my three boy cats this year. In 2024 she was here for two months and the wonderful, kind and meticulous care she showed Paris, Felix and Colin last year was mirrored on this latest stay of one month. Once again, I returned home to a pristine house and three very contented boys that, I suspect, would have been more than happy to stay longer with Davina. I cannot recommend Davina highly enough as a pet carer and housesitter. She is friendly, flexible, organised and self-motivated and I really hope that she will return again in the future. I wish her well on her adventures. 😊🌈🐱🐱🐱

Well Pearl and Jack the Port Douglas Standard Poodles and their Mum won the ‘Best House Sitters’ lottery when Paul and Deena answered my enquiry for (preferably a couple) to care of my Poodles and my home. After losing my husband in February 2024 I needed to take time to see my family but I didn’t want to leave Pearl & Jack and had reservations about going away for so long. From the time that I collected Deena and Paul from Cairns Airport it was like meeting family. We then had 2 nights and the day in between for Paul & Deena to acquaint themselves with Pearl & Jack and the run of the house. They were all over it took notes and attentive, but super relaxed which made me relax. I was so impressed when after they unpacked, Paul came to me and asked if I minded he put tags on P&J’s collars with a cable tie stating they are being cared for by a pet sitter with their AUS mobile number! They updated me while I was away even with a rain/ flood issue and kept me briefed on P&J’s demeanour. Paul and Deena invited my parents to dinner and my good friend, they were so thrilled with the hospitality and their company but also they had the opportunity to still be able to see Pearl and Jack, so a good situation for them too. On my return I could not have found happier dogs, they even went to Paul & Deena’s room the first two mornings after I arrived home looking for them. They left fresh milk, cold meats, olives, cheeses and beautiful fresh bread for me, and the house was as I had left it, clean and very tidy with everything in the cupboards where it belonged. I cannot recommend Paul and Deena enough, and hope that we have the opportunity to have them back …….. in fact anytime at all they would be welcome, I would take a holiday to give them a holiday and Pearl & Jack a holiday as they loved their twice daily long walks and the way Paul and Deena spent time with them and followed the routine. Deena even cooked up their veg for 3 weeks in advance and put in the freezer for me! On a personal note, they’re a couple that you can just click with, very honest, transparent, personable and respectful. 10/10 +++++ Thank you Paul & Deena🐩🐩❤️❤️❤️ Ronni, Pearl & Jack

I am pleased to have had Joanna and Mark pet sit for my dog and cat and to leave them a well deserved 5 star review. Joanna communicated well, including any questions they had as well as responding to me and giving updates while I was away. They were responsive to, and respectful of, my pets needs and particularities. They left the house tidy and clean and even ensured that the garbage and compost went out on the appropriate day - which I had neglected to inform them of. They also saw that I had forgotten to water my indoor plants before I left and let me know they had looked after them. I'm hopeful that they will be able to sit for my pets again and definitely recommend them to others.

Cécile and Aurélien provided great care of my two Great Danes, and my home. Their sit was being passed off to another sitter who confirmed that my house was clean when they arrived. Pepper and Maisy were walked daily in the specific timeframe I requested. My driveway and sidewalk was always cleared from snow in a reasonable amount of time. Cécile and Aurélien even sent me amazing professional quality photos of both my girls. I would recommend them to care for any animal.

Whitney and Dawson took care of our cat and home for a long weekend. They were very communicative leading up to the stay which we always appreciate. They took great care of Lady and our home and we came home to a clean house and happy cat. We recommend them for future sits.

Lily and Ryan were amazing sitters for Archie, whilst we were on a family holiday. They kept us updated with pictures and a lovely video of Archie during their stay. It was so nice to see Archie enjoying their company and feeling reassured he was being well loved and cared for whilst we were away. Our house was left super clean and tidy - just as we left it, which made our return from holiday even easier! We would definitely recommend Lily and Ryan as sitters and would love to have them sit for us again!

Mary was great! Three weeks is a long time to leave your house and loved ones in the car of someone else, but Mary made it seem easy! I strongly recommend her if you need your house and pets taken care of!

Lorna and Ken were the perfect dream sitters :) excellent at communicating before we left and during our trip, impeccably clean and tidy, amazing with our two pups, and extremely interesting and fun folks. We left very early for our trip so we had then come for dinner the night before and had such a nice time. I was completely relaxed our whole trip and knew that our pups were happy as can be! Coming home to a perfectly clean house after a busy trip made unpacking and settling in super easy. We highly recommend these two for any trips you want to plan! Thank you again Lorna and Ken.
