Kevin had excellent communication starting when we met on a video call. He always texted me right back and kept me posted on his travel plans in the weeks before his sit as we coordinated a meet and greet in-person the day before the sit. Kevin was super responsive during the sit and never left us wondering how the pets were. His frequent pictures were much appreciated! Our shy older cat took very little time to warm up to him and we also returned to a happy and content dog! All is well at the house, and we are grateful for a great sit!
Riya and Tipu for so sweet. They arrived one day early since we were leaving for the airport very very early in the morning and they were willing to give us a ride to the airport here in Santa Barbara, which is about 15 minutes away. I had received updates on our puppies and pictures and there had been some problems with water usage and so we had a neighbor come over and look at our water softener and they kept us up-to-date on everything around the house. When we arrived home they had left which we had agreed on and the house was clean. The dogs were happy and I would have them back again in a minute lovely couple.
