Dropped my two Yorkies (Billie and Maggie) off with Nick on the Friday. He was very accommodating, welcoming, and reassured us that they would be fine. We went to pick them up again on Sunday, and they were so happy, waggy tailed. He loved them and wanted to keep them lol. He enjoyed having them and said it was a pleasure to look after them. I recommend Hayfield 100% and wouldn't hesitate in Nick looking after our girls again :-)

My 2 dogs had never stayed at kennels before and my cocker spaniel was also very wary of strangers. Nick spent a lot of time before their stay making sure that both dogs were happy and comfortable being with new people and with being at Hayfields. The dogs had a great stay and I would definitely recommend Nick and his team. Our dogs will definitely be staying at Hayfields again.

Fantastic dog kennels, would even go as far to say it's better than some hotels we've stayed at! Nick was a pleasure to deal with, always available and answered our queries within a few minutes. Our big dogs have had a lovely stay and came back happy and nicely worn out which is no mean feat! They'll be staying here again in the future for sure.

Grace and Iris obviously enjoyed their stay at Hayfields! A home from home for them with plenty of attention and space. Nick and his small team obviously love dogs. Cannot recommend highly enough. Grace and Iris can't wait until we book another holiday so that they can enjoy their own staycation.

I cannot recommend Hayfields enough. Nick and his team and very friendly and caring towards my two pooches. My dogs are always excited to stay at Hayfields and that is saying something as my two never really like leaving my side. The first time I arrived to look around Nick focused on talking and interacting with my dogs more than myself. He said first meeting is always important as this effects the dog's reaction to their stay and the first impressions of people are as important to dogs as they are with people. It is refreshing to find a place that see's a dog's stay through the eyes of a dog :)

This is a fabulous place to leave your dog. Our black lab loves it here, he has a comfortable bed, loads of room and runs round the attached paddocks at full tilt. This isn't the cheapest option by any means, but the owner Nick is passionate about dogs and their well-being and this is reflected throughout the kennels. Recommended without reserve.

Nick and his team provide nothing short of the best facilities that a dog could ever want when on their holidays. They are well looked after and in more than capable hands when staying at Hayfields. What's more you can count on them coming back pampered and well loved. Thanks for the stays.

Extremely friendly and efficient. A very clean and safe place for dogs. It was the first time that we have left our puppy in the care of others. She obviously enjoyed her stay. Good value for money. Nick and his team are caring and professional. Would totally recommend this dog hotel.

These kennel's are superb- everything your dog could wish for when you are away. We have a Flatcoat Retriever and she knows and loves the owners who take really good care of her when left. The kennels are new, clean, modern, heated and every dog can have their own run. Just great! Colin

Vickie has looked after Mabel - my cockapoo - several times now. Spots and Tails is like a luxury holiday camp for dogs! Mabel has an amazing time and Vickie is caring and thoughtful and sends me lots of updates. Mabel knows when we are getting close to Spots and Tails in the car and gets very excited. She ran in and didn’t even look back last time I dropped her. That for me is brilliant because I know she’s happy and safe.

Teddy didn't like going anywhere without me but after being introduced to Spots and Tails Day care service Teddy he became more confident. He really looks forward to his day out with Vickie and his friends and I know he is safe. Vickie always sends videos of their day which is lovely to watch.

My dog always has the best time here , Vickie is so caring always keeps him busy, he is always excited to see her. She gives me regular updates and always accommodates last minute. The farm has so much land they can run around and its fenced to protect little ones, its a like a retreat for my dog

Loki has loved boarding and being there for daytimes too. So much so that he doesn’t want to come home. Get sent plenty of pictures and videos playing and hogging the doggy pool! Vickie and the team have really shown they care about my dog and his well being.

Our dog is always very happy to spend time at Spots and Tails. She runs to Vicki when we drop her off. There is a very caring feel to the place that gives you the confidence to leave your dog there.

Vickie has looked after my Labrador, Luna, from 6 months old, and she loves her time there, including boarding over summer holidays. She is always excited when I drop her off and Vickie has always been incredibly accommodating.

Vickie looked after our miniature schnauzer for 10 days while we were on holiday. Her updates were great and he clearly had a brilliant time with her. I would really recommend to any pet owners.

I have been using Spots and Tails for over a year now for my dog Zuke. After spending months looking for a daycare service that would cater to Zukes needs. Unfortunately Zuke has separation issues and most places I contacted could not guarantee he would not be left unattended. Until I found Spots and Tails, they listened to all my concerns and offered a few short sessions to see how Zuke was. Zuke is not an easy dog, as well as his separation issues he is muzzled due to eating things he shouldn't and he can get very excited and noisy. Spots and Tails have been very accommodating, nothing seems too much for them. They often send pictures of how he is settling and him playing with other dogs. Zuke is my world and I feel confident and reassured that Zuke is safe in Spots and Tails hands.

My two dogs absolutely love going to Spots and Tails .The excitement builds when they get to the end of the drive and they can’t wait to get out . I have used Spots and Tails many times and my dogs always have fantastic care and it’s a really excellent service .

I would recommend Spots and Tails for anyone looking for dog boarding. I have two dogs, including a really nervous rescue dog. Vickie has been so kind and patient. Infact my rescue dog Elon ran up to her excitedly after a couple of play dates, which is testament to Vickie as Elon virtually never does this. Holly also loves it, with plenty of space to run around. It was such a relief for me when we went on holiday knowing that Vickie would be taking care of them. Thanks Vickie!

We used Purely Pet Sitters for a few visits recently - we were a bit nervous as had never used a professional sitter before & our cat Ziggy had only recently been rescued so was quite… lively. We have 2 birds that can be harder to find someone to look after since not many people are confident in looking after more exotic pets but Annabelle's service went perfectly for us while we were away for 2 weeks. These are some of the photo updates we got each day as well which are so cute. We'll definitely be booking more in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very caring and attentive pet sitters who are also very communicative and include photos. Leaving our cats to go away is very difficult, but made easier when you know you can trust someone to make sure they are looked after. I would definitely recommend Purely Pet Sitters and will certainly be using them again. We were very appreciative of the effort taken to ensure our cats were eating from clean bowls too. Purely a side note, but the photos taken were actually quite striking, so there could even by a side hustle in pet photography! Thank you again!

I can’t recommend Annabelle and Purely Pet Sitters highly enough. It’s such a relief to know that our cat Dizzee can be looked after in the comfort of her own home and doesn’t have to ho to a cattery which she hates! The service is fantastic- from being easily able to book services on the portal and leaving instructions to knowing that Dizzee is getting fed and lots of fuss at each visit. I also love that we receive photos of Dizzee after each visit. I have no hesitation in recommending Purely Pet Sitters for a fantastic service and peace of mind knowing Dizee and the house are being looked after whilst we’re away

Annabelle is wonderful! We were quite nervous leaving our young cat Toby for the first time for a whole week but her professionalism, care and genuine connection with our cat left us with no worries at all. It was so reassuring knowing that Toby was in the safest hands. The online booking system makes it a breeze to book services and add information. Annabelle is so organised that multiple keys and instructions for different doors were no problem. We came back to a clean house with no cat smells and a very happy settled and content cat. Annabelle was professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She looked after my cat Lorenzo while we were in Cornwall for the week. He is a rescue so we didn’t want to put him back into a cattery type scenario. Annabelle replied almost immediately to my enquiry and came to visit the flat within 2 days to understand Lorenzo’s needs. The online portal is really good too, he now has a profile and I can rebook dates and times with ease. Will absolutely use again! Photos are the ones that Annabelle sent me for the daily photo updates so we knew he was doing ok 🙂

Annabelle and all the staff at Purely Pet Sitters offer a really professional service. They are reliable, flexible when we needed to change schedule and most importantly - I feel they really care about our cat! I always know she is being well looked after. They also send us photos which is lovely to see and reassuring when you're away!

Annabelle and team have removed the stress of trying to sort out cat care for us when going on holiday, we can easily book through the website, get confirmation very quickly and then get reports twice a day when we are away with pictures. A fantastic service!

Corin has been a godsend, walking the dogs for me when work gets in the way and looking after the cat when I go away. It's nice not having to put the cat in a cattery and knowing that there is someone coming in and out of the house if I'm not there. 100% recommend the barn for boarding. Zoe and Martin are fantastic at communication, ensuring our dog is happy and content while she’s staying with them, and the regular updates we receive give me 100% peace of mind while she’s staying over. Our boy Ted loves going to stay with Zoe and Martin. He starts his excited noises as soon as we turn on to their road and can’t wait to get out the car to see them. Ted is a sensitive soul but loves people and other dogs so a home away from home style suits him well. We’ve built up from daycare to overnight and weekend stays in preparation for a long stay later this year. I love knowing how he’s doing with regular updates/videos/pictures from Zoe and I can tell how well looked after he is. Always hard leaving your dog but knowing he is happy and safe at Granary means the world. Thank you both so much!

My dog Benji has separation anxiety and from lots of videos and photos I could see he was having a lovely time with Zoe, Martin and the resident dogs. It was great to see and it really put my mind at ease. I love the way they both are with the dogs, calm and very caring. River loves Granary Boarding! She has stayed quite a few times over the last couple of years and it has really helped with her confidence. Zoe is brilliant at providing updates with what River has been upto, It’s so lovely to receive them and I can see she is being cared for and is happy. To sum up, Zoe and Martin have been thoughtful, caring and professional with our doggie, we wouldn’t leave her anywhere else.

My two dogs have now been to Granary numerous times and absolutely love it, it really is 5*, the care is second to none. I know they are well looked after and well loved. All the dogs they have met they have loved and thats down to Zoe’s strict vetting to make sure her home stays safe and secure for all. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Granary to anyone who wants the best care for their pups!

Our dog has stayed at Granary Boarding several times now. She is always welcomed as a member of the family and taken very good care of. We really appreciate the updates while we’re away. Zoe and Martin provide a true home from home for any dog that stays with them. They took incredible care of our boy Charlie, and the regular video and photo updates reassured us that he was having the time of his LIFE! We also can't thank Zoe and Martin enough for working with us to overcome Charlie's initial overnight anxiety on his trial. Zoe and Martin have been excellent carers for Ralph. I’ve used them for over 3 years now both for boarding and walks. He loves being with them and they love him too! I would highly recommend.

Our miniature labradoodle, Reggie, has been going to Granary Boarding since he was little and he absolutely loves it there! Zoe and Martin are amazing with him! The way the dogs are loved and cared for is just lovely. During the hot weather, Zoe has a little paddling pool for them and they enjoy woodland walks. Reggie has been to stay overnight many times and is always keen to go back! I would highly recommend Granary Boarding; a real home from home.

My husband and I are delighted to have found Suzanne to walk our dog a few times a week. Suzanne is kind, professional, communicative, and clearly loves dogs. We first arranged a meet and greet where she came to meet us and our dog and then we scheduled a first walk. Suzanne was careful to use a lead at the fields in case Misha had issues. I appreciate the safety consciousness. She listens and cares and we are fortunate to have her! Oh, and she sends the best photos of the dogs out, it’s a real joy to know your fur baby is being taken care of! Would recommend to anyone.

I feel very lucky to have found Suzanne for Bailey. From the first meet and greet I knew he was in safe hands and was someone I could trust. Bailey has the best time with the Warwickshire woofers and it’s so lovely to see him get so excited to see Suzanne and the gang when the van arrives for pick up! It gives him an hour of burning off some energy and having play time but knowing it’s in a safe environment with other wonderful dogs. She does wonderful videos and pictures that you can view after the walks and you can see how much fun they all have. Suzanne is so lovely and clearly adores Bailey as much as he adores her 🥰 I highly recommend Suzanne and the Warwickshire Woofers.

Suzanne has been such a dream to deal with since we have been using her. Great with communication, always punctual and importantly for us super flexible when she can be. We often need to odd extra walk in last minute or a check in when we are out. Our dog absolutely loves Suzanne and you can tell she has such a genuine love for the dogs she walks. Always a bonus as well, plenty of photos and videos everyone she takes your dog out which is such a nice part of her personal touch service. Highly recommend her services, best dog walking service we have used !

My new rescue puppy has just had his first week with Suzanne. She has been absolutely amazing with him and he has had so much fun! She even managed to get him to jump in the car for the very first time! Communication has been fantastic right from the start, I get photo and video updates of him having fun on his walks which is just so lovely to see. I am extremely grateful to have found Suzanne, my puppy is going to gain so much confidence with her and hopefully make some new doggy friends too!

My dogs (mini dachshunds) are a bit nervous and I asked for them not to be off lead, just in case and I had nothing to worry about as they were absolutely fine. So grateful to of found Warwickshire Woofers! Suzanne has been absolutely fab with our dog Nelly. She has been going to her for the last 2 weeks and loves her time out walking! It’s so nice to receive photos/videos of Nelly out on her walks as I know she’s well looked after and having the best time. Our puppy Bruce absoultley loves his walks with Suzanne! She is brilliant with him and he has so much fun! Her communication is fab, and we get videos/picture updates of him when he is out! She also sticks to her words with timings! We’re so glad we found Suzanne and Bruce now has a lovely time out whilst we’re at work having fun with his friends! Suzanne is a dog whisperer! She has a wonderful way with dogs. They are very well taken care of. Also not too expensive which is great considering the great standard of care. Highly recommend.

We recently sought the expertise of Adam for our 16-month-old reactive Border Collie, Willow. Before meeting Adam, taking our dog to public places like pubs and coffee shops was a constant challenge due to her reactive behaviour. Adam and his service was excellent, the girls arrived safe and sound from Cumbria with great care for them during their journey. It was a pleasure to meet him and to hear about his services and his Kennels. He is a natural dog handler as his interaction with them was brilliant. A very caring man! I did not have a good experience with this business. And it is a business, where money comes first. Having been told that my dog needed a trial stay at £50 a night to ensure she would settle in, I paid for half of this along with half of the kennel stay to ensure my place. Within 2 hours, the owner cancelled the overnight hotel stay as I couldn't get the injections done in time. Having discussed this on the phone, the owner agreed to transfer the amount I had paid to my kennel booking. He didn't do this. I've written to him three times since asking him to rectify this and he doesn't even bother to reply. How very rude. Not impressed and I would never take my dog there again.

Our 7 month old Malamute Rebel has just stayed here for a week and seems like he had a great time. Staff are lovely and I think Rebel liked the girls a little bit to much 🤣. Was lovely to see pics of him while we were away he looked so happy. He was very well looked after and would definitely board him here again and feel happy leaving him

A fantastic service on all levels! Would highly recommend. We have used Kitty Angels now for a few of our holidays abroad and I couldn't be happier with the communication, care and commitment of the organisation but also its cat-sitters. They have very sweet "added-values" too such as sending you little note and photos of your cat each day and even coming back to a pint of milk which is so kind and thoughtful. We do not like leaving Yola, our cat, when we go for a break but knowing Kitty Angels are looking after her makes the whole thing much easier. Brilliant service which we will definitely use again next time we need to leave our moggy Shama home alone for a few days. Helen and Lisa were wonderful. Their detailed daily photo updates and commentary were so sweet. They also went far beyond the call of duty in watering the plants and looking after Shama during the recent hot weather. Brilliant service. I've had problems with cat sitters not staying for very long before but Kitty Angels reliably stay for 20-30 minutes each visit. They send loads of photos and will turn lights on/off, close curtains, water plants and bring in post. They may be a bit more expensive than independent cat sitters but in my opinion it's worth it for the guarantee of good service! I've been a customer for several years and will continue to be for many more.

We used Kitty Angels to take care of our cat Rosie while we were away. The service provided was excellent - Kerry and Beverly took the time to sit and play with Rosie during their twice-daily visits (they didn't just feed her and leave) and keep us up-to-date with regular messages and photos. It is clear that those at Kitty Angels genuinely care for and love cats, and this shows in the brilliant care that they provide (all at a very reasonable cost!). We will definitely be using Kitty Angels again!

I was so apprehensive about leaving my cat as I never have before. Kitty Angels completely allayed my fears. It's a brilliant service, they were so thorough, friendly and reassuring and got a proper professional care plan in place for her, even finding out what her favourite toys and games are! Nikki was my Angel and she was just brilliant - she genuinely took care of Pixie as she would have done her own beloved pets and every single visit she sent me thoughtful and detailed updates and photos so I felt like I stayed in touch with my little girl every day. Nikki was just wonderful, I can't speak highly enough of her. I can recommend this service unequivocally, and I would never use anyone else. Kitty Angels is a fantastic cat sitting service. We were so impressed by the quality of care our cats received when we were away. We have been very happy with Kitty Angels' services. We are frequent customers and love how our cat Mia is being cared for while we are out on holidays. We receive very regular updates and pictures and it is clear Mia is looked after by people who truly love and know cats. Wonderful service provided by the lovely Kitty Angels each and every time we have used them. Our kitty Peaches took to them so quickly and always seems so happy and relaxed when we return. Nothing has been too much trouble, be it giving Peaches her medicine, working round the complications caused by having builders in while we were away, even sorting out the problems with the intruder cat from next door! The Angels really know about cats and clearly adore them too. The peace of mind we have when we book Kitty Angels is priceless.

We have been very happy with Kitty Angels. Penny keeps is up to date via WhatsApp every visit so we are reassured that our cat is ok and we always arrive home to find a very content kitty! We also really appreciate the house being looked after while we're away with the curtains being opened and closed each day, a light being left on overnight and the bins being put out. Kitty Angels have looked after my two cats Tig & Kitty three times now and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I can relax and enjoy my holiday knowing that the cats are not only taken care of but have time spent with them playing and having a cuddle. I love to receive the pictures to see what they are up to while I’m away. Kitty Angels are also so thoughtful and even left us some milk and bread because we had late flight home. I am so pleased I found this service and would recommend it to anyone, especially if you like your cats to have that little bit of love and extra care while you are away.

Rachel looked after my Hungarian Viszla whilst I was away, she gave regular updates and I couldn’t fault her, she is very trustworthy and I will definitely use her again!
