Wanda and her husband are such wonderful, kind people who went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and at home! Cody and Carson are an adorable duo and a joy to take care of. They are affectionate, sweet, gentle, easy going, and playful; we fell in love with them right away! They are also well trained (easy to walk, great sleepers, etc.). Wanda’s home is spacious and very comfortable, with everything you could need, plus a beautiful backyard pool oasis. We really didn’t feel the need to go anywhere because the home is so nice and peaceful, but there is a lot to do in the area with the mountains very close by. We miss Cody and Carson already and would sit for them again any time! Highly recommend this sit!
Del and Martyn were excellent hosts who communicated with me before and during my stay in their lovely home. They picked me up from the station and made me dinner the night before! The cats enjoyed their time outside running around but also liked to come in and cuddle in the lounge! Very sweet ☺️ I was able to take the bus to the center of Cardiff and explore the city easily. I would recommend this sit to any sitter!
This was our first trusted housesitting experience & wow this will be difficult to ever top! Sam & Joey were the most loving boys with the best cuddles, the cutest faces and genuinely we completely fell in love with them both. We loved taking them on walks to the local woodland and with Dunham Massey on the doorstep we saw the most beautiful wildlife, sunsets and deer. Judi & Robin are the most lovely people you will ever meet, so grateful for the tasty dinner Judi cooked us on arrival, our constant checkins and updates exchanging our pictures of our day and the warmest welcome on their return - we have definitely made friends for life! Our hearts our SO full xx
Jennifer was extremely welcoming and hospitable from the moment we started communicating! She so kindly offered to help me from the station nearby and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even going out of her way for me before she left on her trip! She also provided me amazing suggestions for around town and was very flexible. Juno the old, sweet cat was super easygoing and a wonderful companion, who grew more and more comfortable hanging out closer and closer sitting with me :). The house was also nice and spacious and easy to take care of. I'd highly recommend sitting for Jennifer and Juno!
From the very first meeting via video call, Rose and Michael have been nothing but welcoming and kind. Their bunnies Kamala and Huamo are the most sweet-natured creatures you’ll ever meet. I fell in love the moment I laid eyes on them. Although it’s important to keep them separate, it’s no big deal at all, they’re really easy to take care of. They’re very chill and it’s so cute to watch them do their thing. I could stare at them for hours when they munch on their crunchy veggies, or the look they give you when they wouldn’t mind another banana chip. :) And the fish were very content during my stay as long as they get their food every few days. Rose and Michael’s house is cosy and in the quiet town of Trittau. I really appreciated the serenity and small town vibe with lots of nature walk options around. But also, it’s only an hour by public transport to Hamburg if you want a bit more action. It’s been a lovely sit for me. I really enjoyed sharing the space with Kamala, Huamo and the fishies. I’d gladly come again if the paths align. Thanks again for this opportunity. Best wishes for you all!

Heidi’s is so wonderful!! Our puppy (11 months) missed the critical socialization time during the COVID-19 lockdown and was anxious, nervous, overweight and VERY barky!! After several visits and health consultations with Heidi, she is a different dog! Her diet is on track again, and she is more confident every time I arrive to pick her up! Heidi is so knowledgeable in SO many areas, and she has a way of providing information and alternative options to help your pet, without ever being pushy or judgmental. Heidi's care and level of knowledge about dogs was amazing! We left our Westie Puppy with her and every day Bella returned happy and tired from playing. I truly felt valued as a customer and will be returning this summer for another visit. Her sharing of information to ensure that Bella is healthy with diet and training was exceptional. I found her services are excellent, felt safe, very cozy for the dogs. Her boarding area is spotless and organized! Home away from home feel to it! Her partner plays the guiter for them! My dogs love his music. l use to live in Penticton and on a daily basis I would drop my dogs off to her home while I was at work. Felt comforting my precious babies were happy. I moved to Kelowna, while I found myself in need for care and between homes. I had no place to live with my dogs. Heidi was there for me during my crisis! Lindsey (the owner) and her team take such good care of our furbaby, Ember, whenever we board her at the Penticton Pet Resort. Ember is a special needs dog so it is highly important for us to have the kind of reassurance and peace of mind that their facility gives us each and every single time that she is at their place. Rebecca (one of their pet care professionals) has established a strong bond with Ember. She has also taken it upon herself to give Ember that extra care and attention she needs given her unique health condition. Our home was evacuated due to a fire and in an emergency situation Penticton Pet Resort stepped up and made the check in process quick and easy. I was able to communicate through text and send photos of our dogs vaccination records. Without a date for pick up since we didn’t know when we would be allowed home, they looked after our beloved dog and updated us with photos. How ever long we needed, they would be there. In high stress situations, they made our life so much easier. Thank you for helping us and being a reliable and caring business.
Cannot thank the staff at Penticton Pet Resort enough for all of their help / support over the last few years. I have been taking my dog here for many years now for overnight boarding. He has been returning home happy and healthy every time. The staff are great and the online reservation request is very convenient. My pup gets excited when we pull up to the driveway there so I know he also gives 5 dog bones of excellence!
We've been bringing my (almost) one year old puppy here since he was five months old and I have never been more impressed with such a welcoming staff. They are so kind and treat my pup like he is the best boy in the world. We just picked him up from a two night stay and he didn't want to come home. It's so nice to know we have a safe place for our pup to go if we go away on a trip.
I have had only good experiences with the Penticton Pet Resort. They are accommodating, friendly, and truly care about the pets in their care. My senior dog Pumpkin loves staying at the resort while I’m away and she is always well cared for. We recently had our bull mastiff boarded for 11 days. Booking was easy, Lyndsey was easily reachable by phone/text. The facility was clean with friendly staff to receive us early on a Sunday morning. On our return our dog was in excellent condition, she clearly liked the staff and apparently made a few doggy friends. I would absolutely bring my Lola back again. Thanks for taking such good care of our girl.

Karen Pukanski is amazing with animals. She took care of my 2 dogs (1 that needs medication) and cat. The dogs went out for many walks. I could see by the pictures she was sending me that they were having a wonderful time. They received lots of cuddles and treats. Very spoiled animals just the way I like it. It's so nice to have a stress free day or two to myself because someone that I trust is watching my babies.

My pup had a great time with Heather at Naramata Kennels! We are from out of town and she was able to book Chevy in for a day stay while we ran around exploring penticton and floating the channel. He was so pooped when I picked him up, he must of had a blast with the other dogs there! They have big grassy fields with kiddie pools, sprinklers, balls, and tall fences all around if your worried about jumpers/escape artists. Heather was so friendly and made his stay very easy and effortless for me; I will definitely have Chevy stay here again when we plan our future trips.
First time visit today, this place exceeded all of our expectations! Firstly, the staff (Heather and Jen) were incredibly friendly and professional. Our french bulldog took to them right away. Secondly, the facility was fantastic! Tons of space for the dogs to run around and play, multiple kid pools around the property for the dogs to stay cool and exceptional gating and monitoring of the dogs at all times. We are overjoyed to have such an amazing dog daycare in the South Okanagan area and highly recommend this place. Two paws up!!
I can't say enough about what NBK has done for our 6 month old Jacksen. He loves Heather and Jen and is learning to be around other dogs and getting more confidence, not to mention it tires him out. Heather and Jen are amazing with the dogs and their facility is great. Grass fields with pools and constant supervision. I highly recommend NBK daycare.
Our pup had a blast! She was in great hands too, very good people who know what they're doing. We dropped our pup off for 4-5 hours while we were our floating on the channel. Highly recommended!

Sully had a great time at Naramata while we floated down the river! Such a beautiful place with lots of sp for the dogs to run around. He even went swimming in the kiddie pool to cool down!
Those two need to talk to each other. One week one says we want her to become a member and the next week the other says they don’t want her back. Ok. Hearing the same from others now too.

Visiting from out of town caused great anxiety for us as our high energy dogs are hard to manage while trying to visit family members. We contacted Garnet doggy daycare and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. The daycare was easy to find. Our two active dogs were welcomed and extremely well cared for. Kat's love of dogs was evident immediately as she greeted our dogs which was reassuring. She sent us pictures throughout the day, and the dogs were so happy there. They got super excited as soon as we pulled in to the driveway every day and they got to play in nature all day long. They came home tired and ready for a snooze. We will definitely be using their services again the next time we are in town.
Our labradoodle Zofka adores her time at Garnet doggy daycare & boarding! She always finds old and new four-legged buddies there ready to play! Zofka gets plenty of exercise, walks and fun activities. I must point out that even though it sometimes doesn't look like from the photos which are provided to us during the day, she always comes home clean and brushed! We highly appreciate not only the loving and professional care, but especially the fact that Zofka is not locked in a kennel, but is involved in Kate's family, so she does not miss us at all! Our family absolutely recommends Garnet doggy daycare! You will not be disappointed!
They took great care of our pup, Kevin, for the day. He had a blast on his walk and swim. Kat was very easy to get a hold of and provided pictures of Kevin's adventures. Drop off and pick up was easy. Price was very reasonable! Highly recommend.

Because of the heat we did not want to leave her in the trailer for a long period of time. Shiloh loved being at your home (especially the water hole). Kirstin is reliable, trustworthy, and always keeps us up to date on how Ruby’s walk went. Kirstin is one of Ruby’s favourite people and we receive a happy and content puppy every time she comes home!
Kirstin is the only qualified dog walker in town - using true up to date fear and force free methods with my dog, Siucra. Siucra is obsessed with her and loves all of their adventures together. I know Siucra is in safe hands and is treated well during her time with Kirstin. She is the only dog walker I feel safe recommending. I wish there were more professionals with Kirstin's standards in the dog industry.
Kirstin took care of our two kitties while we were away on vacation. I can say from our experience she is 100% someone you can trust with your animals and your home. Kirstin is extremely professional and has always gone for the extra mile when taking care of our dog Alua. The pictures she sends while we're away always shows her having the absolute time of her life, on walks at the park and the beach. Well worth it.
I am blown away by Dogg about boarding services :) Linda and Arthur, the owners, and the staff provide compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive, patient and highly experienced care. All the staff provide a loving, attentive, nurturing environment. The facilities are immaculate, modern, comfortable, and well equipped. My dog, Daisy looks forward to coming to daycare during the week and gets along well with all of the other dogs. Like one big family. The expert training and personalize care have made a huge positive result in Daisy’s behavior. After moving to West Kelowna over a year ago, I needed to find a daycare and boarding service for my (then) 8 month old Berniedoodle. We tried a few other places both in West Kelowna and Kelowna and they certainly were not the fit for Monte. Then we came across Linda and Art - from the initial contact and the interview process I was impressed! And then we started going and getting to know them and that was it! Their dedication to their work, their love for what they do and the level of care they have for my Monte is second to none. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed this last year without Auntie Linda and Uncle Art! They have expanded their team and seem to have found individuals who share the same mentality for the work they do and care for those who attend. Thank you both so much!!
My dog Brigus has had the very best experience at Doggabout Daycare and Boarding. He attends twice a week and can’t wait to go in. He boarded for 6 nights while we were on holiday. I can’t recommend them enough for the best facility and personal care that he is given. If you need a safe and happy place for your dog to have fun and socializing give them a call.
I cannot say enough about Lynda and Art. My dog is high energy w/ high separation anxiety. Art and Lynda were patient and provided me with much guidance after working to see that she would integrate with the dogs that are already here. They did not take her in without checking both myself and her were a fit which is significant to me as new dogs have to work with my dog and that provides me with significant comfort everytime she is dropped off. I could go on and on but the facility is clean and Art and Lynda truly care about your furry family.
We highly recommend this place! Arthur and Lynda are wonderful! My dog gets so excited we go there and is so tired when he gets home! We love the Instagram reels of dogs enjoying their time there!
My dog used to dislike being dropped off at other peoples houses, daycares, boarding places and Kennels... But man does our dog LOVE to go to Dogg About. Makes my wife a little Jealous on how excited our dog get's when she knows she's going to spend the day there. Highly recommend!
Can't say enough good things about Arthur and Linda at dogg about! Our golden absolutely loves going there as apposed to a different dog daycare where he would flop outside the door and did not want to be there. Will always recommend dogg about to anyone asking about a really good daycare and boarding!

We have been taking our 3 year old French Bulldog here weekly for almost 2 months now and he absolutely loves it. The owners Lynda & Arthur are amazing and love all the dogs like their own! The facility is awesome and very clean! We are so happy we found them & would highly recommend!

I just simply can’t say how amazing Ian is! He is amazing with dogs. My 4 month old puppy definitely loved him and had a great time with Ian! Ian is not only a wonderful dog sitter, but also a person that has a big heart! I am thankful I found Ian and will definitely go to him again.
Ian was super helpful, taking our pup on short notice and he was very nice to communicate with! The pup was walked often, played with a overall came in and out in a great mood!! Would definitely come back to Ian, when we need a pet sitter!
I don’t ever write reviews but I had to share this. Ian was the foster for my dog while he was in care at a rescue before I got him. We kept in touch as he really liked Chewy and they really bonded. Ian has always been the one we look to take of our dog and I wouldn’t trust him with anybody else. Ian takes him for walks and plays with him and sends videos and photos for me to see. I recently moved out of Kelowna and if I visit again, Ian will be my first choice. I don’t have enough good things to say about him and his kind heart. He has really helped me out and I could not recommend him more. His love for dogs is indescribable and I am so happy to have my dog come from such a gentle and loving soul like Ian.
I've known Ian for years and my dog absolutely adores him! He's kind and compassionate ans treats your dog as his own while in his care. Highly highly recommend Ian! He's a gem with a very very big heart and years of experience and expertise caring for your beloved fur baby

We had our sweet 10 year old cat with Marge for 3 weeks, she usually doesn’t do well in new environments and dislikes other cats. To our surprise, she adapted so well and gained some cat confidence during her stay! Marge is wonderful, she took such good care of our girl and her space is very well equipped and homey to ensure each cat feels safe. You can tell Marge truly loves all the cats she cares for and she is just the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet. She went above and beyond and kept us up to date during our time away through emails with photos. 100% recommend Little Whiskers Cat Camp.
Marge is the best! I highly recommend her. Her home is a wonderful place for cats. It has been renovated to accommodate all their needs. There are numerous toys and tunnels for them to play. The place is also extremely clean. My cat Misu is always relaxed when I pick her up and this tells me she had a very good time with Marge.
Sweetest lady ever came to the door, introducing herself to our cat, my two children and myself. Gave us a quick tour. Amazing comfortable atmosphere for all involved. Two weeks boarding my cat. When I picked my cat up again, she was calm and relaxed.
