I really enjoyed sitting Hero and the house at the weekend. Communication was excellent and I was greeted and made welcome when I arrived.

The house is lovely and cosy and in a good location for York city centre. It’s beside a rural area which you can walk through with plenty of woodland. This takes you to the river and the millennium bridge.

Hero was a little love. His mobility is very poor so he needs to be carried/lifted a lot. He loved cuddles on the sofa and at bedtime. He also likes to go into his bed which is near the front door.

If anyone gets the chance to sit here they will love it. BUT please take into account that Hero is an old chap who needs TLC and a lot of lifting/carrying.

I had a great time housesitting for Kate in her lovely apartment and was sad my stay wasn’t longer! Her two cats, Monday and Max, are very easygoing and adorable and were no trouble at all to look after.
Kate was so friendly and welcoming, and met me before the sit to talk through everything and give me a tour of her building. Inside her apartment, everything is clearly labelled and organised neatly, which helped massively.
I totally recommend housesitting for Kate, and hope I can return one day!

Jessica was a super nice host. The house and garden is super beautiful, clean and in an nice area. Sunny the cat is easy maintenance, likes a little attention(playtime with his favourite toy) but is out of the house most of the time.
Absolutely recommend staying at Jessica's!

A beautifu home and wonderful pets makes for a happy sit. I enjoyed staying with and caring for Kolby, Ellie, Cleo and the fish. These pets are so loved and everyone of them is happy to be with you, snuggling on the sofa or as with the 'puppies' playing out in the back yard. This home is so comfortable and inviting and organized. Kolby and Ellie are low key and easy to care for. I have a soft spot in my heart for senior pets and sat with Cleo as much as I could; she is just awesome and snuggles and 'talks' to you like she was a kitten. It was a pleasure to spend time in this happy home while passing through TX.

This was a delightful, super relaxed sit. Rosie is an extremely self-sufficient cat who clearly loves being out and about but at the same time she is very friendly and will curl up on the sofa in the evening. She enjoys being petted and playing, chasing small objects round the living room 😊. The house is lovely, opposite the wonderful park, very quiet and comfortable. It was perfect to work from. Vibrant Brixton Market is great to get your fresh veg and wander about. Buses are a minute's walk away from the house. Sit on the number 68 to go to Covent Gardens, Somerset House, Royal Opera House etc. Highly recommended sit.

We had a great time sitting Lesli’s cats, chickens and goats. We could tell the animals are well-loved, and they quickly adapted to having us there. The goats and chickens were easy to take care of, due to their well-designed enclosures.

The house is located in a unique part of Oakland. It’s only a few miles from downtown, yet due to it’s location in the hills, it feels like a whole different world. It’s very serene and beautiful.

We’re so happy we had this opportunity. We would gladly sit here again.
