Happy to sit for Sara's family with the calm cat, Patitas who was easy to take care of. Sara was so kind to arrange cleaners to come on the day I finished sitting. A bit surprised with the traffic in Oxford, probably too many cars and buses running on the road.
Staying in Oak Harbor and enjoying island life was so peaceful and fun, but having Snow and Jojo to share my adventures with was the icing on the cake! They have a lot of energy and I found the loop at nearby Joseph Whidbey State Park to be wonderful walking place several days a week! Warhorse is a very reserved cat—very vocal when she wants out the window to her catio, and otherwise almost always in hiding, but she was warming up to me at the end of my long stay and I was getting leg-rubs and head-butts! Their very clean and welcoming home is in a quiet subdivision—the kind with Little Free Libraries—just a few minutes from town. Andrea was very responsive every day and made sure I and the pets had everything I needed. I had happily already signed up for a second sit with them, but sadly, the US Navy is relocating them sooner than expected.
Estela and Mike are very friendly,welcoming people. They even provided/shared a yummy brunch with us before leaving on their holiday. Their apartment is very clean, cosy and well organised. Very close to public transport which was perfect for us as we had no vehicle. Estela left very comprehensive and easy to follow note re looking after the house and their two very low maintenance young cats, Mel and Honey. A lovely sit - great pets, great location and great people!
Great location!!……..a couple of houses away from the PICKLEBALL courts! We played every day and liked all of the people there. We slept well and enjoyed the lovely area to take walks with Buttons. Buttons is a well behaved dog. It was our second time in Hilton Head and it’s a gorgeous place for rides, walks, beaching, and eating out. Nice dog sitting opportunity.

Chino’s Caring Kennel always gives my mini schnauzer, Gabby, the best care and the cutest cut. Their groomers are first rate! I have taken her to others in the area, but they just don’t compare. Have been bringing our two dogs Buddie & Ollie here for about 3 years now and we couldn’t recommend them more. Ollie is a 16 pound Maltese and Buddie is a 78 pound Labrador retriever. Both of our dogs have boarded multiple times and have gotten bathed and groomed here multiple times. The staff has always been helpful, kind, and friendly. It was my first time at Chino Caring Kennel. I felt nervous leaving her at a new kennel. The wonderful thing is that they were able to update her shots for me as well as keep her for three days. She also received a bath service and she was very happy when I picked her up. Thank you to the wonderful employees at Chino Caring Kennel for taking care of and loving my Princess when I could not be there for her. I also was able to call and get a progress note on her.
I felt very comfortable leaving my dog there for 5 nights as this was my first time doing something like this. The staff was very nice, and answered any questions I had! I knew I could trust them with my dog. When I picked my dog up, she was happy and hyper. Highly recommend. Also, super affordable for such great quality care!
My Rottweiler has been going to Chino Caring Kennel since he was a baby. He is 4 now. He has boarded there and he is groomed there. He is always excited to walk through the doors. Peso is not the nicest dog at times, and is very opinionated about what he wants to tolerate and what he doesn’t. This doesn’t stop the groomers and other handlers from getting done what he needs done, and they never complain. Archer is our old rickety German Shepherd. The groomers at Chino Caring Kennel call him grandpa. He is special needs in that he can’t stand up long and sometimes falls over, but is well taken care of—treated very gently. I will never take him to anywhere but Chino Caring Kennel for his grooming.

No other grooming facility was able to clip my dog’s nails, she really hates it. Norma Jean was very patient with her and got them all done! I love Chino’s Caring Kennel, all the staff there are professional and kind.
We have been coming here since we had our first dog in the early 2000’s. The boarding and grooming are top notch. All of our animals have always seemed comfortable going and coming from Chino’s Caring Kennel. The staff are always nice and really seem to enjoy working with the animals. We have boarded for a weekend and up to two weeks, we have always been satisfied with the care of our dogs. This is the only place we will take our dogs to get groomed or be boarded.
I have been taking my baby here for 2 months now. He is a very shy dog, but I am thrilled with how much he loves to come here. I have been taking advantage of the many services providing, daycare, training and grooming. Junior is patients and helpful in the group trainings: though I have a challenging pet, he provides specific tips to help me try and help my dog. My pup got his first hair cut this week and the groomer being able to cut his hair/ears/bum hair/between his toes is nothing short or a miracle. My did is skittish and squirmy so I have no idea how he even accomplished that. I can't say enough positive things about how friendly, communicative and accommodating all the staff is. Special Shout out to Junior (training) Chris (grooming) and Ricardo (I think that's his name; the longer haired attendant) he is my baby's favorite. I appreciate everyone patience with my sensitive guy. I hope one day he can participate in pictures when he is not too scared. Lol Chicharrón loves his Dogtopia Family.
Mr.Red loves the staff and is comfortable running around with his doggie friends. He is so tired when he comes back home and just jumps in my bed. Thank god for Dogtopia I have no clue what I would do without them being there to provide care for Mr.Red when I can’t.
Love Dogtopia for daycare for my pup. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a live feed so you can check in on your dog, except during quiet time from 12-2. My girl loves going, she practically drags me to the door and is always excited to greet everyone. They do crafts with the dogs and have photo ops every month - just like daycare for a human! :)
The staff is so friendly! They’re so caring and wondering with my little Arlo. He’s so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot and almost jumps out of the car just to get inside so I know he’s being well taken care of there if he’s that excited and happy. When I pick him up he has a big smile and his tongue is hanging out from all the fun and silliness hes been doing all day.

At first my dog was nervous going to Dogtopia because he's not used to being around other dogs. But when I picked him up at the end of the day, he looked like he had a great time and was very happy and upbeat. Thank you for taking good care of my pup, I cannot recommend your place more highly!! I love this place. Our puppy loves this place. The groomer, Chris, is fantastic. Junior gave me a great tour and answered all my questions and helped me feel comfortable. We look forward to daycare days and report cards from Dogtopia.
The staff is great! The facility is nice, and a fun place for the dogs. I love the things the dogs get to do when they are at daycare, bubbles, movies, crafts, picture day etc…… They offer different treats and lunches you can purchase for your dog. They fund raise to obtain a service dog for a military vet. I love everything about Dogtopia!! It’s the perfect place if you want your dog to have fun.
Dogtopia has been great with walking Hachi inside Dogtopia for me after having surgery. Today X brought him out to the truck. I’m very grateful for Dogtopia helping me out and most of all being the best part of Hachi’s day!

I absolutely loved my dog sitter!! We found her last minute and she was such a blessing. We went away for the weekend and our sitter with Rover flaked. So finding Leslie was such a relief. She gave us updates when we'd asked and you could just feel that he loves your pet. Our trip ran a little late and she was totally okay with our dog staying longer with her longer. My dog loved her and you can tell he had a great time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAW HOTEL STAY!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to paw hotel stay!! Leslie saved my butt this weekend she’s super sweet and her husband as well I’m so pleased that my fur babies were well taken care of!! I’m a bit iffy with people taking care of my fur babies as I’m very over protective and both Leslie and her husband made sure to make me feel at ease! She even gave me an update on them which made me feel even better!!! Just to add my puppy (Snooki) is very dramatic and tends to cling on to people easily but they helped so much with her which makes me so happy and my other puppy (luna) is a bit timid but I just know they took care of both my girls🤍 once again thank you to paw hotel stay for taking care of my babies! My boyfriend and I decided to leave our two dogs with Leslie. We left them for 5 days. We have a small chihuahua and a Shih Tzu. It was our first time leaving them with someone we didn’t know. It was a great experience. I dropped my little chiwawa off on a Friday morning with his food and crate and returned the following Monday evening. I was going to let my neighbor care for him, but he would be lonely in the back yard by himself. I was very happy because my dog was able to play with the family dog, and he was happy and well taken care of when I returned to pick him up. Very pleased with the service.

Annie was exceptional. We had a 2-week vacation in Europe and Annie would be staying at our home. She met us and our dog before her stay and really got to know our little girl, Hana Lulu, our 17-year old Shih Tzu. Annie made detailed notes and shared with us daily. She also created videos with commentary and shared often. Annie was great with Hana and we felt very comfortable with her care. Annie really understands the extra care needed for older dogs. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Annie and will be sure to use her in the future.
Annie set our hearts at ease while we traveled. She cared for our two senior cats for more than two weeks, and we were delighted with the care she gave them. She was very attentive to their needs and communicated with us clearly during every visit. Our kitties warmed up to her right away. Annie also watched over our cottage. We came home to happy, healthy cats and a tidy house. We would recommend Annie very, very highly.
I first found Annie online a couple of years ago and asked her to sit with my dog, Dulce while I was away on vacation. As soon as I met her, I was impressed with how caring and gentle she was, and she took the time to get to know my situation and she didn't judge me. The reliable Ann Marie make it possible for us to go see family and feel like our pets (and home) are in safe hands. From our original meet-and-greet interview, we got a sense of Ann Marie’s character: honest, responsible, and professional. Her expertise as a Veterinary Technician makes us feel comfortable about the health and happiness of our dog, 2 cats, and 10+ birds in our aviary. She arrives in the agreed-upon timeframe, stays, plays, cares for all the “kids”, mists my orchids and keeps me updated with photos and messages. When our dog had a vomiting accident, Ann Marie cleaned up well (in fact, she has been *astoundingly* clean every visit, rain or shine! Sooo appreciated!) The fees at Wagging Tails are comparable to other pet services- but worth every penny, as we feel very little stress when away. We’ve never had any issues, and highly recommend the services of Wagging Tails Pet Care by Ann Marie.
Ann Marie is a godsend! I found her on a recommendation on Nextdoor and she is amazing! I don't like to board my dogs and we had to attend a funeral out of town so we had to find a dog sitter on short notice. Although she couldn't stay the night to care for our dogs, she made 2 house visits a day. She took excellent care of them and was very meticulous about her services. We recently adopted an 8-year-old shepherd, but needed to travel for a few days over the holidays. Since Ben’ was new to us, we were a little worried about leaving him just a couple of months after we had gotten him. Luckily, we found Anne Marie of Wagging Tails on line. Anne-Marie came for an initial interview and asked a series of very pertinent questions. I immediately felt more comfortable leaving town and knew that Ben would be in great hands. We didn’t worry at all about Ben while we were away. Anne-Marie had everything covered. She sent regular texts and even took notes each day. We came back to a happy dog and a house in order. She even watered the plants! We will definitely be in touch with Anne-Marie for our future dog-sitting needs.

Critters Hotail has been such a lifesaver for my Guinea pig (Panchito) finding places that are knowledgeable about taking care of exotics is really hard I’m so lucky to have found this wonderful place. I boarded my Guinea pig with Azucena for one week and Panchito was in the best hands! I received daily updates and pictures of how Panchito was doing. Critters Hotail is the perfect fit for our high anxiety Weimaraner for extended boarding, or short stays. He had been to a previous facility and was malnourished, stressed, and in pretty bad shape. At Hotail it is the opposite. Azu worked with him to get him comfortable and less anxious about being away from us. He became a totally different dog in her care. We feel so relieved knowing he is getting the same treatment at her home as his own home. We call it his "vacation home away from home". Azu has so much respect, patience, experience with all the animals in her care. I highly recommend Critters Hotail for your fury family member pets.
Both our dogs are special needs: one is a senior Lab/Dane with kidney disease and the other is a Lab/Doberman with osteosarcoma who is a tripaw. Both are on special diets, and the dog fighting cancer has a complex mix of supplements and homeopathy from her vets. After a year of never going anywhere without two giant dogs in tow, we finally took a long weekend to Vegas for some much needed R&R and "couple time". The dogs had a FABULOUS and safe time with Azu at Critters Hotail. She sent photos and updates, managed all their special needs, checked in with us about what treats she had that each were allowed to have in their diet restrictions, and even sent them home a little goodie bag of super high quality natural treats that they loved. They had a great time and so did we. We will for sure be repeat stays! Thank you for giving us our lives back! Can't recommend Critters Hotail enough to dog parents of special needs doggos.

I reached out to them and Kylie immediately responded to my request/inquiry. Kylie helped to schedule a consultant to meet our dog and to go through his routine while we were on vacation. Kylie and Steph came to the consultation and they took thorough notes along with playing with our dog and making him comfortable with him. I have always been so paranoid with taking my baby to a groomer. I have experienced the groomer from hell and this place is far from it. They treat my anxious little girl so well! I’ve never had an issue with the style of cut or booking appointments either. On top of that they’re extremely affordable in price! Will be going to then from now on
Went for the first time because I couldn’t get to my regular groomers who are half hour away. I don’t like to leave my dogs with strangers so I was hesitant but they were so sweet to my dog and he looked great. Loved the place and the people! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a caring, gentle groomer.

I was looking for a new groomer for my dog Nola. I had been taking her to another place, and they started to get more well known so they were not cutting my babies hair the way I wanted. They were cutting as to what they wanted. I believe if you are a paying customer you should get the hair cut you want not what they want especially if i'm the one paying for it. I let it slide one the second time I was done and not to mention my baby was scared to go in there. So one day we were passing by Fetch-N-Play and we had our baby with us and we stop in to see and talk to the young ladies regarding my baby. Nola came in and she came in with her tail down because she was scared at first then she started playing and enjoying the ladies because she was getting attention. We made an appointment for her when we brought her in as they were cutting her hair they were sending us pictures to see if we liked it or they need to cut more. We are very picky when it comes to her face. They were so on top of every thing my baby Nola came out looking like a clean queen. These ladies are amazing. Nola will not be going anywhere else for her grooming. If anyone is looking for a groomer I highly suggest you stop by and speak with the young ladies they will explain the entire process to you, and I bet you will book you appointment. Once your baby is done and you go to pick him or her you will be so satisfied. I know I sure was because when it comes to my Nola I am very picky. Please check them out you will not be disappointed. Thank you ladies you did an excellent and we are so glad we stopped in because now we have a groomer who knows what we like and want for our baby girl.
The best Dog Salon ever, the staff the service is impeccable. I will always be a customer here with this type of service, who would go anyplace else. I have 3 spoiled dogs and I will continue to bring back.
The entire staff was friendly and personable. We brought in all 3 of our dogs and they took the time to know a little about each of them. Skeeter is our grumpy old man and we explained all his challenges, they didn't hesitate and accepted him without judgement. He came out looking absolutely adorable. Another plus is they are reasonably priced for the service they provide. We look forward to using their services in the future.

The ladies that work at Fetch and Play are awesome! They are very sweet and attentive to my pup. My senior dog has special needs, and they are willing to adapt as needed, which I appreciate. Its helpful to have text reminders of upcoming appts and when to pick them up. I've gone there several times and it's always a pleasure.
Hands down, my new groomer from now on! I needed my two small dogs groomed so bad and I was able to make an appointment same day! This is a family run business and they make you feel so welcome like family, even my boys! I have never seen them leaving a groom appointment so happy. I think it 1was the little handsome bow ties they were wearing! Thank you so much!

Boba absolutely loves going to Pet Service Solutions for playtime and daycare! He always looks forward to seeing his furry friends and getting the chance to socialize with both his four-legged and two-legged buddies. The staff is outstanding—they truly take great care of the little guy, making sure he’s happy and well looked after. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and attention they provide.

Great staff. Great daily updates. Keep that up. Could use some cleaning of corners. Every where else looks good, but those corners and along walls need help. That said.... Likely will be our go to place.
Left my dog here over the weekend and it was great! Got updates and pictures everyday and my dog looked very happy in them all. I will definitely be coming back!
My dogs love going to PSS in Upland. They get excited each time I take them there.
Absolutely the BEST doggy daycare/boarding ever! Most recently, I moved, and my 2 doggies had to spend 20 days here. I don't think they wanted to come home! They were in good hands and received so much love! The daily photos are awesome! I think leaving my beagle here has also helped with his anxiety. He has calmed down so much because of the daily stimulation from socializing with all of the other dogs. Love love LOVE Pet Service Solutions Upland.
We started going to the new Upland location, but it has the same awesome staff as the Pomona hotel. Strongly recommend PSS, they are friendly and will love on your babies!
My dogs are always happy in the pictures that they send. they must use some special instagram filter I am not aware of. my rescue dog has PTSD and this is his happy place. affordable daily rates and the staff are really friendly. my diva dog loves this place too! so happy they have 2 locations now!
Great place to leave your pet. We’ve dropped him off for up to a week, and we always get photos and updates for how our beloved dog is doing.
