Caroline and Michael were great! We would get daily check-ins on Pip and how he was doing. We could tell he had a great time with them. :) They also left our place in great condition. Would have them back anytime!

Pam was great! We had clear communication before and during the sit, she left the house spotless, sent me updates of the bunnies, and made sure she understood pet and house care instructions. Highly recommend!

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Macy was one of the best decisions I've made for my Opal! She went above and beyond, providing consistent updates and consistently updating me with adorable pictures and videos of my Opal having a blast. Jennifer was very sweet loving and caring pet/house sitter. And her dog Charlie got along well with our dogs, he has a very sweet nature as well.

Kind and communicative

Hannah and Isaac were wonderful sitters. They were communicative, checked in often and very attentive to our pets and their behaviors. They helped us continue our crate training, took our pups on adventures around Charlotte and I know all of our pets were well taken care of while we were away. Though one of our dogs had an accident during their sit, we still came home to a spotless house and we’d definitely have them back in the future!

Michelle was great, and developed a lovely bond with our Poppy. She asked all the right questions and kept us posted. She also took great care of our house and would have her back in a heartbeat!

Katelyn was easy to communicate with, kept things tidy, and did a great job taking care of our cats while we were away!

Mannie was absolutely delightful and a very conscientious pet sitter. I have always just left my cat and came back to a frazzled kitty my who took time to warm up to me again because he was so lonely. She was amazing and followed all my instructions to the letter. The house was very clean when I got back and that wasn’t easy because Mad Max threw up quite a bit. she sent pictures almost every night. I can’t recommend her enough. thank you Mannie !!!

She was very informative and helped get Scout to his appointment. Would love to have her again.
